Scattering of Emotions
Word Count: 2,317
Characters: Seth Rollins/Becky Lynch, Brock Lesner (minor), Paul Heyman (minor)
Genre: Angst, Romance
Summary: A short look into what Seth Rollins was thinking after Extreme Rules 2019 when Brock Lesner cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase.
Authorâs Note: I wrote this earlier in the year and itâs been up on my A03 since. Itâs my first WWE wrestling fic. There is a companion piece Iâll post soon.
Even knowing what was coming, Colby Lopez still felt all the emotions that came with loss. They came swift and they came hard the moment the refereeâs hand smacked the mat for the final time. The bell rang signaling defeat.
He had lost.
Seth Rollins was no longer the Universal Champion.
There wasnât even a moment to soak in any elation at winning the mixed tag match he just wrestled with his girlfriend. There wasnât even a moment to check on her, laying on the floor outside the ring against the barricade that separated the fans from the action. He knew she would be receiving Baron Corbinâs finishing move, âend of daysâ. She knew it was coming. They had run through the move a few times leading up to the match. He would never step on Beckyâs toes, but if he didnât trust Baron, he would have never let the move happen. Regardless of what Creative wanted. Corbin was one of the safest wrestlers to work with. Though that didnât mean Becky wasnât feeling it.
He never got to check on her.
His music barely started signaling the win. The announcer never even announced their names as winners before being interrupted by different music. The crowd had been loud for their win. When Brock Lesnerâs music started, it quieted in confusion then roared with understanding. Heâd like to say they were louder for his win, but he couldnât be too sure. He wasnât sure if they were ecstatic about the person cashing in their Money In The Bank contract or just the fact that an audible had been pulled.
Jesus. He lost.
It still didnât sit right with him.
It wasnât unheard of to not know the outcome of a match until the very last minute. Heâd been part of a few of those himself. This match wasnât one he expected to be one with a last minute change. The seed had been planted for many weeks leading up the night. Paul Heyman had been on the mic jawing about Brock cashing in his contract. It was possible. He had the time it took Becky to get to the ring to prepare himself. Beckyâs music had hit, there had been time for a quick kiss before she was gone to cheers of the crowd. Then he was being pulled aside. His first emotion was dread. Figuring they were actually going to have both he and Becky lose which meant theyâd lose both their belts to their respective counterparts.
Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans as champions didnât make sense. The storyline wasnât even that good for the belts to switch hands. Creative traveled lesser paths before, so he couldnât be too sure.
There was a crippling moment in the split second it all went down where he thought Creative decided it would be a good storyline to have Becky be pinned in the match thus causing him to lose his belt without being involved in the outcome. Then they would want to have them at odds, bickering each week, until a relationship âsplitâ happened on air. He didnât want to do that. He was absolutely sure Becky didnât either.
She was the one who had the most reserves about making their relationship public because of the fact their relationship could be used in storyline. Why not? It happened multiple times before. He was slightly more optimistic. After all, they were both champions. There were plenty of storylines that came with the belt alone. There wouldnât be room to shove them together in a storyline that went nowhere for the sake of capitalizing on their relationship.
He was wrong of course.
What happened wasnât much better.
But firstâŠ
Colby rolled over to his hands and knees staring up the ramp where Brock Lesner stood with the title around his waist. The same title he had taken off âThe Beastâ some three months ago at WrestleMania. The roaring going through his ears gave way letting the crowd reaction slowly pierce. The Philadelphia crowd was either too stunned or too disgusted. They were a lot quieter than he believed they could be. Philadelphia was always quick to voice their displeasure. He wished theyâd revolt and let the boos rain down on the arena. But he knew boos still counted as a win with Creative. So maybe silence was better. Maybe he missed the boos while he was zoned.
Lesner had disappeared behind the curtain without him realizing. He had no idea how long he was frozen in silence. Movement caught his attention from the corner of his eye.
Becky.
Shit.
He crawled on his hands and knees toward the side of ring where she was stumbling to her feet. A referee handed her the Womenâs Championship belt before quickly backing away. Colby could read the confusion in her eyes as she continued to sell the disorientation from Baronâs âEnd Of Daysâ. He couldnât imagine what was going through her head laying on the floor listening as Brockâs music hit and hearing him being tossed around the ring.
After all, thatâs what happened in matches with Brock. The opponent would get tossed around for a few minutes like a rag doll while Brock hit his finishing moves before finally covering for the pin. He watched it happen all too often and all too often he wondered what Creative was thinking with continuously giving the man a belt.
Becky took an uneven step forward toward the ring. Her belt hit the mat as she grabbed the lower rope. Another time he would have lightly ribbed her on the acting job, but it was then he noticed the goose egg on her forehead.
âAre you okay?â Colby asked, his eyes straying to the bump, already purple. He wondered when that happened. He watched as she nodded and grimaced as she pulled herself up onto the edge of the ring. She held an arm around her midsection. At this point he wasnât sure anymore if she was hurt, sore, or playing a role. A combination of all three he supposed. Hell, he was all three himself.
Well aware of the cameraman standing next to Becky, filming everything, he held back asking anything more. Likewise, she stayed quiet though the questions in her eyes were loud. Sitting on his hunches, he held onto the middle rope as Becky sat on hers. Her forehead rested against the middle rope. They stared at each other each desperate for more, but still with it enough to remember their roles. Right now he was not Colby Lopez. She was not Rebecca. They were Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch.
Right now he was slightly pissed. Definitely affronted. A little sore. Full of questions.
Why did they take the belt from him tonight? What were they expecting to happen in the weeks leading up to Summer Slam. As it stood, the belt would not be on Raw. Again. The thought left a sour taste in his stomach. Brock held the belt for nearly a year broken up by only a couple months when Roman had it before being forced to relinquish. There were a lot of questions rumbling during his title defense about the fact that the belt was hardly ever defended because the man holding it only showed up for big events.
When he was finally given the nod to take the belt he thought for sure Creative would move away from a part time champion. Apparently that wouldnât be the case. Once again the belt was around the waist of a no-show guy. He could already guarantee Brock wouldnât be on Monday Night Raw. Hell, at this point, he wasnât sure he wanted to be.
He dropped his hands to his knees as he continue to breathe heavily. There was a certain kind of high he was able to attain before his matches that allowed him to block out the pain that was inflicted on his body during any given match. This time though, the high was wearing off. Paired with the fact that he had lost the belt, something he still had yet to wrap his mind around. Normally he had a little more time to settle himself with a title loss.
Why did they wait until the last minute to tell him of the change? Why not tell him at the beginning of the night? There was plenty of time to let him know of the decision. He had the last match. There had only been a small promo with him and Becky they shot. It couldnât be they were afraid of how heâd react. While he wasnât a pushover, he definitely fought for himself and storylines and directions that propelled him further to the top. He also toed the corporate line and trusted the creative process and pictures he couldnât yet see forming. Mostly.
He wasnât sure why he was having such a time right now. Was he just keeping it real? Keeping it in the story? Was his bell rung from the rough match with Baron? Was it because Becky was involved and ringside?
The grimace in pain from Becky when she rubbed her forehead spurred him into motion. He reached for the rope again. Their movements slightly in sync as Becky moved with him.
âIâm sorryâŠâ
The words slipped out. He wasnât even sure why he was apologizing. Maybe for the fact that he had no time to argue to absurdity of Brock winning. Maybe for her receiving âEnd of Daysâ that may have put the bump on her head.
âI let everyone down. I let everyone down.â He spoke as he climbed to his feet. Becky climbed to hers. The ring ropes still separated them.
âNo you didnât. You didnât let me downâŠyou saved my title...â
The Irish lilt gave him a slight blanket of comfort. He did save her title. Unleashing a fury like no other on Baron after he hit Becky with his finishing move secured her title. Secured his too.
Until it didnât.
He stared out into the crowd. The night was over, but no one left their seats. Still in shock at the ending or because he was still in the ring, he wasnât sure. The fans starting clapping as Becky moved closer to him, placing her hand on his shoulder. She faced the crowd, leaving her comforting hand in place and pressed her other hand to her forehead.
The bump needed to be checked out by the medical team but he knew she would never leave him out in the ring by himself. He needed to get out of the ring; get out of the spotlight so he could wallow⊠was he wallowing? Maybe. Becky kept shooting him worried looks. This moment was so much different than the one she expected to be happening. They were supposed to be celebrating in the middle of the ring after their win. They would trade hugs, raise their title belts up high. Hell, maybe he would have kissed her in the middle of the ring.
How many times would he be able to do that? Their storyline was ending. That they knew before heading into the match. Of course heading into the match he figured heâd still be champion. So who knew? He was sure Creative was already coming up with something for him the following night in response to whatever this was.
âIâm sorry.â He spoke to the crowd. The microphone was sure to pick it up for the cameraman still recording them. He wasnât sure if anyone in the crowd heard. Not even the front row. It would be something theyâd watch later on at home or at the hotel on YouTube.
Beckyâs hand dropped from his shoulder and it was the grimace that caused him to move. There were no words spoken. It was as if they were one. She just knew it was time to go. They turned away from each other and limped their way across the ring toward the side with the ramp. His muscles protesting the movements. He climbed through the ropes as Becky used the steps to make it down to the floor. He sat on the side of the ring first before hopping to the floor. They met at the end of the ramp and walked up slowly together.
His mind was still in a daze. She was still rubbing her forehead. The crowd cheered them up the ramp, but they paid them no attention; gave them no acknowledgement. It was the only music in the arena. His music didnât play. Neither did hers. At the top, he came to a stop allowing her to enter through the curtain first before he followed closely behind. The curtain fell behind him, hiding them from view.
Becky turned to face him, her mouth opening to speak but he cut her off warding off questions he was sure to answer at some point that night. The ones he could any way.
âLetâs get that checked out,â Colby nodded toward her head. He reached out and lightly felt around the bump.
Becky winced at Colbyâs ministrations, but held steady. âIâm fine. The chair caught me.â
âAre you sure?â Colby let his eyes wander over her body checking the skin exposed by her ring gear. Aside from her forehead, it appeared she came through the match unscathed. When he met her eyes again, he saw the same loaded look she had sent him crouched on the edge of the ring.
âWell I wouldnât mind a hot shower,â Becky quipped softly.
Colby nodded. This time he took her hand as they left the gorilla and headed deeper into the backstage area toward the locker rooms. He heard his name being called, but he waved them off. At this point, whatever they had to say, he didnât care.
Tomorrow was a new day.
Heâd care then.

Wrestling Odd Thoughts: Wrestlers as Foods, Wrestling Matches as Dishes
Sometimes, people use word "meat" or "beef" as compliments toward wrestlers. Because of that and because of me being a hungry caterpillar, I ended up having this idea: What are they like when I explain them as foods? It's rather easy to think about it for certain wrestlers, while really difficult for others. I'll just write down the ideas I came up with.
Gunther: Obviously a beef, especially sir loin or tenderloin. Something better be served as steak. You may add different spices now and then, but in the end, it only needs minimum amount of seasonings. Some people cannot get enough of this, while others prefer to have something different at times. But one certain thing is, it satisfies your urge to have a good steak for like 95% of times.
Sheamus: Another beef, but much more likely different part, like rump. It can be used really well for other dishes like stews, and it even can be used as minced meat. The part is easier to be used for many different situations, with many different seasonings.
Drew McIntyre: He actually can be something other than beef. Venison or lamb, something with characteristic flavor. You know, I think he has a different approach toward wrestling in general, that's the "flavor". (Note that I'm a big fan of him and take my words with a grain of salt)
(âŠSo, basically, their match at WM was like a combo plate of stakes. I totally enjoyed that.)
Baron Corbin: He's a good ham, carefully crafted, but has been wrongly used. They only could've cut it in thick chunk and roast it and may add a bit of pepper to taste its goodness, but they only kept using it in sandwiches and potato salads. Also, bonus ham point for being smokey (he loves cigars).
Bron Breakker: For now, I think he is much more likely a bacon. Simply roasting it makes things already good, but you can also add a bit in the mixture of many different things, like a salad or a pizza. It'll provide a good distinctive crunch. Just don't overuse it as it may end up overwhelming everything else. (And I think RR is kind of like cobb salad)
Chad Gable: Not everything has to be meat. I think he is like a mushroom. Add it on the side of a steak, in a stew, in a salad, and even make a sauce out of it, it'll work. There aren't many dishes featuring mushroom as the main ingredient, but when you have one, you can be surprised at how good it tastes.
Seth Rollins: Cheddar. NO, I'M NOT CALLING HIM CHEESY. A Cheddar, something good to be put in a burger and on a pizza. But it can be eaten on its own along with some drinks, or can be used to make a cheesecake. It's really versatile and that's something I feel about him. And I choose Cheddar out of all the cheese because it's really popular and has rather strong flavour. (Bonus point with the name "Colby")
CM Punk: Cilantro. Distinctive flavor to take over most of the things. Some people get addicted to it, while others despise its entire existence.
Finn Balor: Chicken leg (thigh). Occasionally overlooked when compared with beefs, but actually really good. Extremely wide range of use. It can be cut in smaller shapes to be in whatever dishes you want, while it can be the main dish if you put entire leg in some sauce. It also goes well with a lot of spices. (Like Chicken Alla Diavola)
Damian Priest: Pork shoulder. It can be served as roasted block of meat but can even get better when it's combined with some spices (Like Pernil). As it can also be used for pulled pork, it has wider range of use than we think. Just make sure to cook it with time and care.
âŠI'll add some more of them, when I come up with ideas.

Dead and Buried (1981) is a phenomenal film! There is plenty to discuss regarding the making of this movie as well as the methods used to achieve its look. The Grue-Crew, joined by Gregory Crosby, are in awe of Stan Winstonâs effects work. âAwe,â they say! Jack Albertson, in his last role, delivers his portrayal of the big-band-loving, splendidly attired mortician with style and grace. James Farentinoâs character, the town sheriff, is put through the wringer as he tries to figure out just WTF is going on in âhisâ town. As Joseph Heller wrote and Sheriff Gillis learns, âJust because youâre paranoid doesnât mean they arenât after you.â Then, thereâs that ending! Donât get the Grue-Crew wrong. Dead and Buried has its flaws, but the good parts are so good!

Ok but imagine Selenaâs son being the son of Xander or Leo. Now heâs an unintentional chick magnet while also being a prince
We really need a name for this guy. I keep thinking something like Corvis or Corbin. Something with similar phonemes as Cordelia and even Chrom.
The thought of him being brothers with Siegbert is great because, while Siegbert may have a much better handle on all the skills it takes to be a king (Colby Jack can be like his mom in that it takes him a lot of effort to achieve decent results), he has absolutely zero rizz and needs someone to complement that lol.
Then if his brother is Forrest, Corn 2 will probably insist on wearing shirts that say âMY SIBLING ->â whenever theyâre out in public together because jealous women keep annoyingly confusing his brother for his girlfriend. (Good old Fire Emblem âno one knows what any important people look likeâ things.)
#fire emblem#fe oc#fe siegbert#fe forrest#someone asked me something#anonymous#btw i saw the ask quoting what rhajat says about her age#i just adhdâd and forgot about it#i also saw the link to a fic on ffn with someone elseâs fankids#which again i keep forgetting about (but i do have it in an open tab!!)#i am assuming youâre all the same person

I have a theory: Part of the reason why Nordic countries continually top lists of the worldâs happiest countries has something to do with how bike-friendly they are. I donât have research to back me up on this exact claim, but the benefits of cycling are clear. As you glide along as fast as your feet can pedal, you get a legit cardio workout that can give you a major mood boost, especially if you do it with friends. Plus, it's far more funâand less headache-inducingâthan driving or taking public transportation. âThere's nothing quite like the cardio you experience on the bike,â says Peloton instructor Hannah Corbin. Whether you take an indoor cycling class or head outside for something more scenic, cycling has a lot to offer. And it's not just the Nords who love it: Cycling has been steadily gaining popularity in the United States, will more than 54 million people riding a bike at least once in 2022. Ready to reap the benefits of cycling yourself? Read on to see what the science and experts say, plus how to get started if youâre a newbie. The 8 biggest benefits of cycling Science and experts agree that there are many advantages of cycling. Here are a few of the biggest ones. 1. It could help you live longer If youâre on the fence about whether or not to take up cycling, hereâs something that might persuade you: A 2023 review1 published in Frontiers in Sports and Active Living showed strong evidence that cycling is associated with a lower risk of death from all causes, plus a lower incidence of cardiovascular disease and type II diabetes. 2. Cycling is a low-impact form of cardio What makes cycling so healthy? As a form of cardio exercise, cycling is one of the safest ways to boost your aerobic fitness without hurting your joints. âCycling is a fantastic exercise to reduce impact while ensuring your cardiovascular fitness can be optimal,â says Palak Shah, PT, head of physical therapy services at Luna, an at-home physical therapy provider. Unlike running, another popular cardio exercise, cycling doesnât involve the impact forces that lead to many running injuries. This can be a relief for tender joints. However, you do miss out on the bone-building benefits of weight-bearing impact. 3. The versatility is pretty unbeatable One of the major benefits of cycling is its adaptability. Do you like to work out indoors or outside? Want to keep things easy or turn up the gas? Are you craving a solo sweat sesh or feel like being social? You can do it all by cycling. âItâs anything your heart desires,â Corbin says. Indoor cycling classes like Pelotonâs might also include some light weight work so you can incorporate upper body strength training, too. Check and mate. 4. You can get an exercise high Anyone whoâs ever hopped on a bike has likely felt the mental benefits of cycling firsthand. Long periods of moderately hard aerobic exercise are known to release feel-good chemicals in the brain: endorphins, endocannabinoids, dopamine, and serotonin. âAnd that helps in reducing stress, and it helps in improving moodâgetting the âexercise high,â as you will,â Shah says. 5. Outdoor rides immerse you in nature When we spend most of our lives in air-conditioned boxes, going for a bike ride outside can be a great antidote. Cycling coach Colby Pearce, a former US record holder and Olympian, says that cycling outdoors is his âGoldilocksâ strategy to getting out in nature. âI love to go hiking and running, but I'm limited in the amount of nature I can see without a really big time investment,â he says. âI could also jump in my car, but then I'm not immersed in it as much. But on the bike, it's sort of this happy middle ground where you can go quite far, especially as you gain fitness.â Science has shown over2 and over3 that this kind of exposure to green spaces has proven benefits for our mental health. 6. You can gain (or regain) fitness safely Cycling is a smart way to help you get back on your feetâliterally. Shah points out that while you
might have to wait two or three months to start walking after knee surgery, for instance, you could potentially start cycling after just one week. âWhen you haven't really been [able to] exercise for a really long time, cycling provides you a safe environment to train up and get ready for whatever activity you plan to return back to,â Shah says. âCycling is a great way to get blood flow going, get your heart rate back, get the muscles reactivated and re-engaged, [and] get range of motion back.â 7. It can be a social form of exercise Heading out for a bike ride offers an opportunity to connect with friends. âYou get to bond, hang out with your friends, or meet new people,â Pearce says. Whether you join a local group ride or set up a riding date with someone close, cycling outside in particular can be a social sport that gives you time to chat while experiencing an adventure together. Bonus: Research shows sweating with a buddy can make you more motivated to work out, so youâre more likely to stick with it week after week. 8. The planet and your wallet will thank you The environmental benefits of cycling as a means of transportation may seem obvious, but the actual stats can be shocking. The Environmental Protection Agency says we could collectively save $900 million in driving costs and two million metric tons of CO2 per year (the equivalent of taking 400,000 cars off the road) if all Americans swapped out just half of our car trips that take less than a mile for a bike ride or walk. Which body parts does cycling work? Many people think of cycling as just an exercise for the legs. And while the lower body might get the biggest challenge, cycling can actually be a full-body workout. âI've noticed that when I go for a particularly long, hard bike ride, just about everything hurts, which tells me that I'm using all the muscles at a certain point,â Pearce says. Your quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, and glutes are doing most of the heavy lifting. The calves and shins also pitch in to push the pedals. Pearce adds that the internal and external hip rotators help to keep the legs in proper alignment. âAt the same time, your core provides stability to your trunk,â Shah says. And if youâre heading downhill or leaning over while standing up out of the saddle, youâll feel your chest, shoulders, and upper back muscles turn on, too. Indoor vs. outdoor cycling Is indoor or outdoor cycling better for you? Well, the answer depends on what youâre looking for. Pearce points out that an indoor cycle gives you more control over the intensity and specificity of your workouts. âYou can precisely control your power and your heart rate and your cadence,â he says. When you head outside, on the other hand, variables like hills and wind and traffic can dictate how hard you ride. And, importantly: âOne thing that we easily avoid is danger,â Corbin says of Peloton workouts. Thereâs no traffic to dodge during an indoor cycling class. Although you lose some control outdoors, you do gain other benefits, however. âIt's about navigating balance, being mentally present [as] you're navigating through traffic or people and different terrains,â Shah says. Of course, you're also getting a healthy dose of fresh air. Pearce points out that if you cycle outdoors in the first half of the day in particular, the a.m. sun exposure could help your sleep cycle as well. How to start cycling for beginners Tempted to get started? Before you hop into a free online cycling class, there are a few tips to keep in mind when it comes to cycling for beginners. Prioritize good positioning As with any form of exercise, the most important thing is to listen to your body, especially when an activity is new to you. âIf you have a back condition and if your posture is poor and you're leaning over, it puts a lot of strain on your lower back,â Shah warns. Learn proper form, and back off if youâre in pain (cycling knee pain is not uncommon). It can help to have a pro assess whether the pedals
and saddle are in the proper position for healthy ergonomics to minimize the risk of overuse injuries. A professional fitter can also help you find the right-sized outdoor bike for your body. Cross-train Cycling is a great form of cardio, but for a well-rounded workout routine you need to balance strength training with indoor cycling. In particular, if you feel like youâre not strong enough to maintain good form while cycling, Shah recommends cross-training with exercises like cobra pose to strengthen your upper back or hip extensions from tabletop position to train your glutes and core strength. Set sustainable goals How long should you cycle a day? âMy recommendation is always to start with short sessions with a slower speed, about 20 to 30 minutes, three times a week,â Shah says. âAnd then gradually increase the duration and how frequently you do it.â âFind something that's sustainableâdoing two classes a week for the next year is better than doing eight classes a week for the next month.ââHannah Corbin Corbin says taking on too much too soon will only lead to burnout. âThe most common mistake I see is people going from 0 to 100,â she says. âFind something that's sustainableâdoing two classes a week for the next year is better than doing eight classes a week for the next month.â Focus on how you feel In the beginning, Pearce suggests not paying too much attention to your numbers, particularly your power metrics. âThat can change your relationship with the sport,â he says. âObsession with the data and power can really detract from your joy.â Instead, he suggests focusing on cultivating an internal sense of perceived exertion to track your fitness and how much you have left in the tank on each ride. Get the right cycling gear For indoor riding, the main piece of gear you need is an indoor bike or a trainer that can convert your regular bike for stationary workouts. If you get serious about cyclingâeither indoor or outdoorsâclip-in shoes will help you pedal more efficiently, though theyâre not totally necessary to start. However, what is necessary is a helmet if youâre headed outside. âAnd you want it to fit correctly,â adds Pearce. As professional bike fitter, he also recommends getting your outdoor bike sized properly. âLook for a good local shop with experience,â he suggests. Recover right Corbin reminds newbies to not forget about stretching and foam rolling after cycling. âWith any repetitive motion, certainly with cycling, you have to release the things that you're asking to perform on such a high level for you,â she says. Be prepared for the challenge Accept that itâs going to be hard to build up speed, no matter how advanced you get. âGoing fast on a bike is painful for everyone,â Pearce says. âEven the people who are winning at the world level right now, they're just going faster than you are, but they're still suffering.â Frequently asked questions Is hand cycling a good workout? Hand cycling (where youâre pushing with your arms rather than your legs) is another way to get in a low-impact cardio workout. A hand cycle will work your upper body muscles, including your arms, shoulders, upper back, and neck. However, Shah points out that these are smaller muscles than those in the lower body. âWhen you think about the kind of workout that you get, the large muscles getting engaged gives you a higher cardiovascular activity as compared to the hand bike,â she says. Who shouldnât cycle? Given how safe cycling is, and the options you have between outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, and even hand cycling, this versatile activity can be safe and beneficial for nearly everyone. âI cannot think of any population that should not cycle,â Shah says. That said, if youâre worried about a particular health condition or injury that might be affected by cycling, check with your medical provider. What are the drawbacks of cycling? Bikes donât come cheap, and if you really get into cycling, the cost of quality gear can add up. Outdoor cycling
also comes with serious safety concerns, whether youâre dodging traffic on the roads or hazards like rocks and roots on the trails. That said, dedicated cyclists will tell you that the rewards are worth these risks. Well+Good articles reference scientific, reliable, recent, robust studies to back up the information we share.
