'aw man, I like this blog but everytime you go on about shitty Westerners, it's kind of upsetting' *sees that post on cuddles' blog REEEING about the pallet of a cookie cookie contest* 'WOW I CAN'T BELIEVE I FUCKING HATE WESTERNERS NOW' what the fuck even is that fandom?

Wait, I just woke up, what's going on?

*scrolls through my phone*

... Oh, for fuck's sake.

Yeah, that's more of the... 'skin-colors for baked goods' discourse side of the CR fandom rearing its ugly head again.

Which is sad, because I like that user's comics and I really don't want to see them turning into an angry mess over that post.

But, while the whole 'they're too pale' complaint (even though people should stop making mountains out of molehills anyway, they're baked goods for God's sake) could be in place for fanart of characters like Mint Choco, Dark Choco, and Hot Cocoa, with this case it really isn't warranted?

Because, not only is it a case 'THEY'RE FUCKING COOKIES' but the character in question is actually a tree... That took the form of a cookie (just like another character, Pitaya Dragon Cookie, is dragon that took the form of a Cookie because the world was descending into chaos).

And trees... Change colors according to blooms and seasons...
