We have never strongly considered Spider-Carnage for the Wishlist.  It's hard to research how often this persona has surfaced, but it has been in comics and TV. It's basically a Spider-Man (Peter or a clone) paired up with Carnage. 

Should [the editors of the MCOC Wishlist] care? If the criteria is “belongs in the top 600-ish characters to consider for MCoC, is this mashup probably too obscure?

Wanna get really confused? Use an image search to figure out what Starhawk is supposed to look like. Sometimes light wings seem to come outta his butt. Sometimes it's his wife who's the Starhawk. So many questions.

BUT if not, he's too low-priority to consider.

Hyborian Age (Conan's time): nameless tribal hunter finds a red Lifestone meteorite [called the Blood Gem]. It sustained him for millennia and helped him hunt the world's greatest monsters as Ulysses Bloodstone. Also: kind of a jerk. Ulysses's daughter Elsa eventually entered the Battlerealm.
