You may not have a 100% happy customer base. Someone may have higher expectations than your standards. When you are confident about the quality of your products and services, then why worry about these one or two bad comments or reviews? If you have thirty happy and satisfied customers and if there is one negative review, it is very obvious that you can’t please everyone. And that one negative review is not going to hurt your brand or your personal brand. So, just stay calm. You don’t have to panic about that negative comment. There will be two kinds of people. One, they are your customers. They will always write detailed feedback on what exactly they didn’t like in your service if they are your customers. And there are some people who will just write negatively about the brand, out of the blue, no idea why they are writing. They could be writing out of jealousy, for no reason. You have nothing to do with that. Your prospects are smart. They always watch you. They double confirm how trusted your brand is. If they see that there are several happy customers, several satisfied people, and there are just one or two not-so-happy people who have written about you, it is not going to hurt your brand at all. In case your customer is writing the feedback, take it seriously. What can you do about it? Stay calm and keep it public. If you see that they have written it in public, try to talk to them in the most polite manner publicly only. Ask them for more details, assure them for the earliest resolve and if possible, offer them your service again, free of cost. It is completely up to you, how you can sort this matter. When you feel that someone has written feedback, which has nothing to do about your service, then let your brand ambassadors handle it. Keep a reputation strong enough so that people can back you up when you need it. And that's what social media is. Focus on your brand reputation, build more happy customers and keep working on the quality of your products and services. All the best
