So this is what my first day of eating 'Primal' looks like so far:
Breakfast:
1 Hardboiled egg, broccoli, roast pumpkin, red onion, kangaroo mince, little bit of chicken (because I didnt have much kangaroo left) avocado and cottage cheese.
Snack:
Walnuts w/ mixture of watermelon & grapes.
Lunch:
Tuna Salad w/ Roast Pumpkin, red onion, red capsicum, avocado, apple and danish feta.
Salad Dressing - Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic and mixed herbs.
Snack:
Grapefruit.
AND BUCKET LOADS OF TEA.
Because tea is amazing.
And gives me mouthgasms.
