Death Note Exhibition Merch: Playing card set

Sooooooooo I was thrilled to see the exhibition held in Japan, but since I'm a miserable graduate student and can't go anywhere unless my thesis is finished, I decided to buy it from an agent. I chose the card set because I could have a bit of every scene/illustration.

When I got the box it's very simple, with the last manga volume front illustration on the box, very pretty indeed.

Open it and you'll see the cards used the Death Note's cover. Now I have 54 Death Notes.

The First ones are the Jokers. All Shinigamis group picture, very fitting. In Japanese they also call it Joker, but in madarin we call it "the Ghost card" (鬼牌) as ghosts are unpredictable and always changing. They do not belong to the red or black, and sometimes they win. The second one is the illustration that Obata drew for the exhibition.

Light Yagami is Pikes ♠ I don't think the designer has much thought on the arrangements of the cards, some manga scenes, and rotation.

Misa, Mello, and Matt share hearts ♥ The gold frame combined with the black cards makes the set look luxurious. The girl in the last scene is also here.

We have Near for Tiles ♦ And side characters, Matsuda, Mikami, Soichiro, Rem and Ryuk, and three more colored illustrations.

And last for clubs we have L  ♣ Same as Light, he has all the clubs to himself.

I feel like they could put Naomi Misora in Hearts together with Misa, and move Matt and Mello to the tiles with Near, Mikami might also be suitable for Hearts. Soichiro, Matsuda with Light, but that would reduce Light's cards... Yeah, I'm not really sure if there is any special thought put into this, but still, nice deck of cards.
