We are Dorsten, a brother-sister band from the hot desert of Phoenix, Arizona. Our goal is to change the landscape of music with the vision of the artist having control over every step of the process. Sophie contributes her insane vocals and beautiful piano playing on our tracks, her artistic eye on creating/drawing all of our album art, and her visual skills on filming, editing and recording our music videos and all of our social media posts. Alex contributes with his multi-instrumentalist abilities by recording guitars, bass, percussion, and banjo on all our songs. He contributes his technical abilities when it comes to actually recording all of our songs in his bedroom studio, his mixing and mastering ability, as well as being able to Atmos mix our songs for specialty platforms. Being able to rely solely on our own abilities in music has done so much for us, BUT… we do need your support because we can can't contribute any more than what we have saved already. Here is a list of the upcoming expenses we have: pressing vinyl, new merchandise, touring expenses, and press and marketing.
