Además, la banda presentará las nuevas canciones en directo el sábado 29 en la mítica sala madrileña Moby Dick. Grabado en los estudios 1884 de Madrid de la mano de Carlos Elías y Pablo Fergus, y masterizado en Eternal Mastering a cargo de Xergio Córdoba, cuenta con la colaboración de Amyjo Dherty a los coros. La portada es obra de Lucía Inthesky. El nuevo EP se caracteriza por una clara evolución del sonido de la banda, alcanzando sus composiciones más maduras y redondas hasta la fecha. “Astronautas en el centro de Madrid” se compone de 4 canciones, 3 de ellas inéditas, compuestas y grabadas durante el primer cuarto de 2021 a las que han añadido su ultimo single grabado y publicado en período de confinamiento (Mayo 2020) “Moscas en Febrero”. An unexpected guest

The working day was coming to an end. Walking silently through an empty corridors, he made his way to his chambers. It was past midnight already and he felt weariness creeping at his back like a cold fingers of a skeleton. The comparison was quite fitting as the first half of the day he spend with Xue Yang in his study and corpses playground. Other half trying to get his father from some peculiar brothel he find himself in.

It was becoming more and more tiring to retrieve this man from his drunk escapades, but it was much better, than being hit with a teapot or slapped in the face. Unfortunately today Madam Jin did not spare him, even though he and his father made it before the unspoken curfew. Madam Jin was drinking her tea in the Fragrant Palace’s main chamber, when they came. Drunken sect leader, leaning on the shoulders of a smaller man, rolled into the room and mumbled to be put on the pillows immediately. He started to grumble as if trying to explain himself and hold a pathetic farce of a conversation, but it only enraged Madam Jin.

- „What are you doing?” - she asked Jin GuangYao with twisted expression - „Take him off my sight! This brothel stained...”

- „But zhoneyy....” - the drunken man started to whine.

- „Are you deaf?!” - she shouted standing up from where she sat.

He reached for his father, trying to guide him to the bed chamber, but was shoved back with force. He nearly fell to his butt.

- „Don’t thoch me you dherty rat!” - his father snapped with disgust

Jin uang Yao straightened himself, looking at his father with blank expression on his face.

- „What are you standing there for like a log?” - „You are so useless!! You are both useless!! - Madam Jin shouted as she grabbed an oil lamp from the table. Jin GuangYao was still looking at his father, when he realised what was happening. He only had time to impulsively cover himself with his hand. Boiling oil spilled on his forearm and palm. Pain surged through his body as he grabbed his palm hissing and patting his sleeve.

- „Get lost! I don’t want to see you again!” - She shouted at him - „And you...” - she looked at Jin GuangShan with utter hostility - „You will pay for all of this one day!”

And she stormed out of the room.

He was left with his father half sitting, half lying on the pillows below him.

- „Father...” - he started

- „You ziddnt her her? Get lost!” - he shouted at him, then grabbed his head, like he felt a sudden pain crushing at his temples.

Jin GuangYao looked at him from his standing position. His face saying nothing. He nodded slightly and he left.

  Koi Tower was not yet quiet at this moment. Empty corridors carried distant sounds of chatters. He suddenly felt very small and vulnerable in the wide bright halls of the tower. Clutching his burned hand, he headed to his chambers. He had one more thing to do today, but he wondered, if he will be able with his hand hurting like that. It wasn't that he was not used to it, but still... He tried to block his receptors and send the wave of spiritual energy to his palm. It worked. A bit. His hands were his second most important part of the body - the first being his head of course, so he needed to take care of it properly.

He went back into his chambers. Dark room filled with cold air of approaching night. He left the door to the balcony open for the whole day, so the room felt fresh. He did not turn on the lights, instead, he went directly to the cupboard when he kept some clothes used to wiping ink and cleaning his hands. He used those to wipe off the oil from his hand, wincing as he did so. He then removed his outer robe. He should fetch some warm water to remove the oil from his hand completely, however he suddenly felt very tired.

He sat near the table and noticed a tray of food prepared by servant earlier and left for him to eat when he finishes his job. He usually asked just for that, especially when he did not knew at what precise time he will be back. He was always grateful for this small luxury, making his life slightly easier. He lifted the cover and looked at the food. He felt his stomach flip at the sight of food, however when he took a first bite he lost all appetite. He was just too tired. It was a habit of his to leave part of the food for breakfast. He had it through all of his life, originating in the brothel he grew up in. Back then he often did not have too much time in the morning to prepare anything, and usually there were many leftovers from the night, that needed to be disposed of. So he collected them and ate on breakfast. While being in Koi Tower, he simply liked to eat his food just when he woke up, probably out of old habit. It felt somewhat secure and gave him a kick needed to start his day with full energy. Which he always needed. Plenty of it in fact.

He poured himself some wine. Sitting in the darkness he felt a soft breeze coming through the balcony door. He stood up and went outside with his drink in one hand. He leaned over the balustrade, resting his injured hand on the cool metal rail. Wind was tugging at his clothes, cool breeze fluttering his lapels and playing with his hair. He realised, that he had still his cap on. He untied the ribbon, that held it into place with one hand and took it off his head, placing on a nearby stool. He felt his hair dissolve when the wind run through it soothing his nerves pleasantly. He looked up at the sky. Today there was no moon, only stars adorned the sky with million dots. However lights coming from the Koi Tower and surrounding gardens dulled their light if only a bit.

Suddenly he heard a soft tap on his right. He immediately glanced in the direction of sound feeling alarmed. What he found was however not alarming at all. He looked startled, his brows rising slightly at a unexpected guest who graced him with its presence at this night time hour. It was a small raven, petite in fact. Ravens were usually very impressive when looked on from such close distance. This one however, seemed to be very young, his feathers shiny with a blue hue to them. The bird looked at him with curiosity, tilting his head to the sides as if trying to fully appreciate the person standing in front of him. Jin Guangyao cracked an amused smile. The bird jumped looking excited for some reason.

- „Would you like this older brother to bring you a snack?” - he asked the small animal. The raven stopped jumping and tilted his head to the side once again.

- „Wait for me then” - he went back to his room still smiling softly. He felt mirtful by the sudden presence of an uninvited guest. But treating the guests the best way possible was a skill GuangYao was best at.

He took a small portion of cooked meat from his plate and went back on the balcony. Raven was peeping inside waiting for him to return.

- „Smart beast, aren’t you?” He asked, taking a portion of meat in his left hand and offering it carefully to the raven. The bird jumped back at the sight of approaching hand and grounded itself there looking curiously at the food. It did not approach though.

- „Are you afraid of me?” - he sounded somewhat hurt. The bird did not move, only glancing between his face and the apparently tempting threat in his hand. It was so reluctant, that he finally gave up and placed the food on the handrail just to see it snatched just second later.

- „Hmmm... so you do not trust me...” - it was more a statement than a question.

He put another piece of meat on the metal rail. The bird took it once again.

- „Aren’t you too ravenous little raven? - he asked amused when the bird ate the last piece of meat that he got for him. It was quite a lot of food for such a small creature.

Suddenly the bird swung on his legs several times before settling itself comfortably on the rail.

This time it was Jin GuangYao who tilted his head, small smile on his lips. He took up the cup of rice wine that he left near his hat before, and rested his elbows on the rail holding the cup in both hands. He let his body relax as he did so, looking to the distance, letting the breeze play with his long hair once again. He took a small sip from the cup. His right hand felt a bit better now, exposed to the cool night breeze. He looked at the raven. It sat comfortably, its eyes squinted as if it was planning to go to sleep. Subconsciously he reached his hand to touch the bird’s head, raven however reacted in a flash. It jumped back startled and flown away.

Suddenly the night breeze felt a little less pleasant tugging viciously at his lapels and tossing his hair to his face. He felt a tiny tug in his heart, but he pay it no heed, turning around and walking back to his room, closing the doors behind him. He really needed to rest. He washed himself quickly in a basin of cold water and applied some ointment on his hurting hand. Then he finally put himself into sleep. In his dream a black raven soared the sky as if looking for something. It went circles after circles and when it finally find what was looking for, it bravely nose dived to catch it, but he was not blessed to see what it was as he already woke up.
