fish is a minor npc from my dnd campaign. she is a nixie who appears as a school of fish underwater, and humanoid on land.

this mini diorama is made of clear & blue plastic sheets and 3d printed fish. the plastic box is empty inside; the fish are all glued to each other and to the top of the box.

A new scene, flooded ruins of amphitheatre. Eh, overdid it with the waves. Carved shell fragments, stone, quartz sand and resin in a spisula shell.

I finished the little diorama of dave‘s room i think it turned out pretty cute

"Great Spined Dragon, a prize winning diorama by Nick Bibby" -- This was reduced to a small image in the book, but I can see an egg in the nest in the giant skull's eye, and a blue banner or shield with a detailed painting rests against the stones to the left. There is a story about the dragon written in tiny white letters around the edge of the base: "Once upon a time there lived a dragon." (Diorama with Citadel miniatures in Heroes for Wargames by Stewart Parkinson, Paper Tiger/Dragon’s World Ltd, 1986)

A second try, it finally turned out the intended way! A Piranesi-inspired miniature, carved shell, moss and resin. It will be a pendant for a long necklace, and daaaaamn I want to make like a thousand of these.

this was a fancy little chocolate box that I painted and transformed into the set of saw 2004! The box is 11 x 8.5 x 3.5 cm (4.3 x 3.3 x 1.4 in) and I sculpted oven bake clay (which I then painted) to make the 3D pieces. the mirror is a piece of tinfoil and the chains on our heroes' ankles are small segments of a necklace. the titular saws are made of jewelery wire and I used mod podge to create the illusion of water puddles. this project ROCKED and anything you dream can be real so never give up. take my hand and join me in craft world

Paintbrushes and pencils are made out of skewers and twine, paint cans are made out of a cardboard tube with thumb tacks as lids. 🎨
