Assalamualaikum. Harini nak tulis dlm bahasa melayu.

FYI, aku sedang cuak & nervous skrg sebab esok aku kena present utk seminar PCM tajuk Hypertension. Dah buat half-preparation. Nak sambung jap lagi tapi disebabkan otak aku nak meluahkan sesuatu kat sini, so aku singgah sini dulu.

Alkisahnya sebab aku terbaca caption insta batchmate aku. Lelaki. Kawan dgn dia sebab dia kawan kepada housemate aku, so aku terkawan dgn dia. Anyway, dalam post dia, dia cerita la conclusion thoughts dia sepanjang 2021 sebab next week kiteorg nak balik kolej dah utk clinical Year 4. Ada satu ayat tu buat aku berfikir, which dia mention yg dia dah discover yg medicine ni the true path for him. maksudnya, dia dah jumpa the joy being a medical student, the joy for having all sort of routine in the hospital. Huhu.

-- kadang-kadang. Itu biasanya bila aku discover benda baru yg WOW gempak gile. Tapi majority apa yg aku rasa adalah cuak. Kenapa eh? Oh... Aku rasa aku tahu dahh.. Rasa seronok tu hanya datang bila aku berjaya jawab apa Dr tanya, bila aku idea apa yg aku belajar, dan bila aku..enjoy?? Tapi masalahnya sekarang, mostly aku rasa cuak, which selalunya sebab aku tak tahu jawapan, terlalu nervous, tak pandai, gigil etc etc.

TBH, aku suka bila aku pandai.

13 june 2021 • honoring my need to rest and recharge

had a slow day today—which i really delighted in. spent most of my time in my room because i took a loooOOOoOOOOooOOooong nap which basically was a midday sleep and then went to the living room to spend time with my fambam. lol.

started my day with me trying to decide whether or not will i do my regular weekend routine, so i did a bit of stretching at first, to see if i would like it or nah. i liked it, so i did my own yoga flow and then did a 15-minute guided meditation that focuses on relaxing the body and the mind. yo! the meditation was ~chef's kiss~. the yoga flow i did was delectable too, ok, BUT THE MEDITATION, MAHN!!! UGH.

after that, i just took a quick shower. gave my hair and scalp some love, dressed up, and had brunch with mah fam. we had chicken fingers with herb and garlic mayo for dip + noodles. loved that for us!

i stayed a few minutes in the living room after having that filling meal and then i went up to my room again to rest; and by rest i mean watch true crime vids and chiropractic treatment content. hahahhajsjjskskskksksl. i felt sleepy while watching so this was when i had my midday sleep.

i woke up, watched chiropractic content again and then started watching homefront while eating chips. had to cut it short bc i got annoyed with a few of the characters + not knowing what's going to happen was killing me, so i went back to watching my crickity-crackity crack crack content. lol.

in the middle of watching dr. mondragon do muscle work and pop bones, i heard my tito shouting from downstairs if i like a big mug or small one for something, so i went down to see what they were doing. that's whan i found out that they were making halo-halo—i chose mine to be put into a bowl, bc im smort like that.

and since im already downstairs and mama ba is into war, crime, and suspense movies, i asked her if she had watched homefront already. she said no, so yay i found someone i could watch it with, bc seriously, it got me all anxious and nervous and a tad bit mad + gigil (((in a not-good way))) with the epalog characters. we finished it and im all good now. i got the ending that i want. sorry if that sounded like a spoiler somehow since i think you have an inkling of what kind of ending i want. i know i didnt say anything specific, but ya know. hehe.

anyway, this is how my day is going—it's going good, especially because i just had pasta for dinner. now, imma have some of the milktea that i made. yay!
