Lecce: presentato il progetto O.L.T.R.E

Lecce: presentato il progetto O.L.T.R.E.  Al via il progetto "O.L.TR.E. - Orientamento Lavoro Training Empowerment”, per il quale il Comune di Lecce ha ottenuto un finanziamento di 91 mila euro nell’ambito dell’avviso pubblico regionale “Punti cardinali: punti di orientamento per la formazione e il lavoro”. La presentazione si è tenuta questa mattina alle Officine Cantelmo. Per la realizzazione del progetto sono stati individuati tramite avviso pubblico in fase di redazione del progetto una “rete” di partner che comprende The Qube APS, Confcommercio Lecce, Innova.Menti Ets, Aforisma, Tdf Mediterranea, Società Cooperativa Officine Cantelmo, Ce.F.A.S – Centro di Formazione ed Alta Specializzazione, Factory 47 e la scuola secondaria di 1° Grado ad indirizzo musicale Ascanio Grandi. Rivolto alla popolazione dai 6 ai 34 anni residente nella provincia di Lecce, O.L.T.R.E intende fornire percorsi specifici per diversi target: dagli studenti delle scuole elementari e medie, ai neet, ai cittadini al di sotto dei 35 anni che sono in cerca di prima occupazione. Il fine è stimolare l’acquisizione delle soft skills che oggi sono ricercate sul mercato del lavoro, diffondere la conoscenza delle nuove opportunità, facilitare l’accesso ai nuovi strumenti che consentono l’incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoro. EYE- Rose's eyes are a dark-ish turquoise! And yes, their eyes do have significant importance. On their face, they only have one real eye, the right one. Their left eye, however, is made of glass. Due to some magic stuff, they can still sort-of see out of it. Another eye-associated thing, however, are the eyes under their hat. On the left, right, and back of their head, they have eyes of the void, or 'incarnates''. The eyes on the side of their head are smaller, about the size of a fist. The eyes are bordered in violet, the sclera of the eye is completely black, and the pupils are fuchsia. The one on the back of their head is the biggest eye, about the size of an open hand. The border/lash of the eye is the same violet as the others, but the entire eye is the same color as an ender pearl.

LYING- Rose is a fairly honest person, however, he is pretty good at lying, I'd say.

COLLISION- Rose has trouble dealing with feelings of distress.

MOUSE TRAP- Loved ones being threatened. They can be manipulated like soft clay if someone they care about is in danger.

KNIFE- Empathetic, but that is empathy not easily expressed. It affects them a lot, and they do what they can to help.
