"The Bible is so sexist blah blah blah" okay. When it talks about how you can avoid doing stupid things in Proverbs it uses a man in its examples and personifies wisdom as a woman though which I think is pretty funny

random sao thought I had this morning: so you know how in GGO arc Kirito states that many (but not all!) games don't allow you to choose your gender?
and how Kirito choose 'male' in ALO and it stayed that way in GGO?
So if you wanted to play as your chosen gender in any game, all you had to do is make a character in one of the ones that DO allow you to choose your gender and then convert!
and I bet there is like a cottage industry of games that are just character creators to let you pick whatever gender you wanted

So, it looks like someone beat me to getting all the songs remade in Heaven Studio XP, but I still think it's cool to see someone else's take on it~ (The thumbnail art goes so hard~)
And with Heaven Studio sniped off the web, and thus probably putting a halt on updates for the foreseeable future, I probably won't be finishing my mixes anytime soon since they depended on games that weren't implemented yet.
So, if I ever want to finish my own project, I'm probably gonna have to suck it up and swap out more of the games.
*sigh* Vs. 1010 just isn't gonna be the same without Freeze Frame...

I watched Tron Legacy, had a fun time cuz it's a fun 2010's action/sci-fi romp with some effort put into it, but I keep thinking about The Themes and wondering if there's a novelization that digs a little deeper
#ramblings#i keep thinking of that moment Clu is poking around the hideout and. picks up the metal apple. stares at his distorted reflection#the first thing to be converted from physical to digital form in the original 80's movie#also. yknow. The Forbidden Fruit. knowledge of good and evil. but Eve was punished- banished from the garden and her Creator#Clu doesnt have the luxury of 'good' and 'evil' he only knows the directive he was programmed with from the start#made in his image... except Kevin Flynn is just a man who has aged and changed and Clu still looks the same#Kevin being reasonably horrified at his naivety and arrogance when he made Clu. that which is literally hard coded into him. IS him#but he cant take that back without completely destroying the both of them#Clu was doomed from the start#(obligatory joke about how the Trans Guy is obsessed with clone characters and themes of identity)#i also had thoughts about how the movie would be different if Alan had gotten pulled into the computer#but maybe that's a post for another time

Fisker Rōnin, 2023. A folding hardtop "super GT convertible" that will be a new halo model for the Fisker brand who it goes on sale in 2025. The electric supercar will be based on a new aluminium space frame chassis, with integrated battery cells that will provide a range of 600 miles (966 km). Details of the electric powertrain have yet to be revealed but it provides over 1000hp and 0-60mph in “approximately 2 seconds” with the focus on driver enjoyment rather than autonomous technologies.
