his wife is a crime boss, those are her henchpeople he's fighting in a john-wick bloodbath

the tension builds until, drenched in blood, our protagonist steps forward for the final showdown. he pulls a manila envelope from his bullet-torn jacket and throws it at his wife's feet. he's just spent an entire trilogy biting & killing & maiming....all so he can deliver his shit wife her divorce papers

hi, I was originally brought on as an artist for the Club Rouge fanzine. You might have even seen my contributor spotlight for it. Unfortunately, though, as you might have seen in the final product, Im not in it.

A bit strange. Whats stranger, though, is that, after the Third Check-in in November, I was removed from the zine server with no prior warning. No info was given beforehand, and no one had reached out to me or spoken to me afterward. To my knowledge, I had not broken any rules nor had made anyone feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Please note that I genuinely think this was a mistake and/or an oversight, if my contributor spotlight still being posted is any indication. (yes, it was posted despite me already being gone for a month at that point. We were already asked for our info beforehand for the spotlights, dw) I have attempted to contact the moderators of the zine, including the head mod, to no avail. Because no correction or clarification has been made, and the zine has been released now, I wanted to make a statement. I hold no ill will towards the members of the zine. Please do not bother anyone on my behalf. This is not meant as a "callout" or whatever. I simply want to make my experience known, and hopefully receive closure if one of the moderators sees it and wants to reach out, as Ive exhausted my options to inform them myself.

I am not upset, just genuinely confused at what is mostly likely someone failing to notice this on their part. Its safe to say Im not in the zine anymore lol, but I at least want to know why this is.
