Soooo a lot of women ask me about how I came feel so comfortable with my stretch marks. Truth is, I'm not 100% okay with them yet, but they don't bother me as much as they did when I was younger. My stretch marks started coming in around 12-13 years old, at the start of puberty. I was never fat & got smaller. I never gained a significant amount of weight. What irritated me the most was that they weren't even uniform. It looked like a tiger mauled my ass See here is the thing. I tried every possible way to get rid of them. All types of butters, oils, creams....I seriously wanted to get laser surgery to get rig of the damn things because I though they were going to take over my whole body. After a while, I gave up because NOTHING worked. I was upper self conscious wearing bathing suits, I didn't anyone to catch a glimpse of these things. But as I got older I started to realize that I was THE ONLY one stressing about them. No other woman came up to me like "oohhhh girl, those things are nasty, no one likes a stretch marked booty". No man ever turned my ass down because of my stripes, in fact, most REAL men don't even care....a lot of men actually love stretch marks. I finally came to terms that these bad boys aren't going anywhere so I have to accept them. I stopped stressing because damn near EVERYONE has stretch marks SOMEWHERE. Whether it be on their breasts, knees, elbows, arms, butt....most people have them. So stop putting yourself down because of an "imperfection" that society has forced on you. The shit is natural.
