3. What inspired Strayville?

Well, as for many fics, my sister comes up with a cool idea and I’m like ‘I wanna do that too!’ (but in my own way ofc), so when my sister was like ‘I’m gonna write a detective!’ I thought ‘damn, that’s so cool, but I don’t have the patience and brainpower for a full-fledged detective, so what can I do?’ so I thought, what kind of mystery stuff can I do? And somehow I thought about the Sims 4 Strangerville, bc that has a mystery to solve, so I went on the sims wiki, did some research, asked my sister about it, and came up with ideas for it!

7. How much do you like symbolism in your fics?

I do like symbolism, I think it’s cool, but I always kinda wing my fics, which doesn’t really allow for me to incorporate symbolism bc I don’t really plan fnkhkgfh,, I do love recurring things, repetition, repeating what someone said or thought, but that’s it for me.

8. How often do people catch onto your little details?

I think pretty often? Sometimes people even notice things that I hadn’t even noticed myself! But when I incorporate real life happenings and stuff, people often point it out!

11. What’s a fanfic idea you haven’t done yet?

Oh I haven’t done lots of stuff yet! First of all, something fantasy, but that’s hard,,, second of all, a single dad fic

im hitting you up on this blog because i just reread strayville (im procrastinating) and I NEED to talk about it AGAIN pls lkdshglks can i ask, do you have any headcanons on what happens after the end of the story???? or their backstories??

YOu read strayville again?! the whole 45k? kdfhnjfgh damn I’m happy that you liked it as much as to read it again!!

As for headcanons... I don’t really think of elaborate backstories and most of what I had thought of is in the fic, but I do have a few headcanons of what happens after! (bc someone hinted at a sequel and i tried to come up with stuff but i failed...)

Anyway, for backstory: After Chan graduated, JYP labs established in Strayville and it was the Talk of the Town, and because Chan had just graduated and they were looking for new employees, it was perfect! (They had found their subject to keep the town in their power fhkfg)

Minho didn’t go to college because he helped the cat cafe! So they already went to visit every year during summer and when Changbin graduated, the 00′z and Jeongin, who saw him more often than minchan, teased him about his crush on Minho and that he finally didn’t have any excuses to avoid it anymore, but Bin had found an affordable apartment somewhere near the job that he got so he was a bit reluctant. Minho wasn’t, though, because (as mentioned in the fic) he began flirting and Changbin thought it was a joke but it wasn’t and it was a bit messy because Bin was scared that he would be busy with his new job and that he might not be able to visit often, but Minho said that he could visit Changbin if necessary and just keep him company as he worked so eventually it all worked out :)

Then my headcanons for after the end: as mentioned, Jeongin got a job as a kindergarten teacher in Strayville, Felix helping in the cat cafe to bake and stuff and 3racha and seungmin trying their luck in the music industry while Hyunjin is taking a break to find out what he wants to do!

I had this idea where some time after the ending of my fic, another new company would establish, dry cleaning company called PJY cleaning and them finding out that it’s run by someone named Park Jinyoung and then Chan being like ‘oh my gosh, my boss was called Park Jinyoung!’ and then seungjin would go all spy boyfriends again and they would find out that it was a different Park Jinyoung and that it was just innocent djgnfkjhkjh
