We need it for our brain, we need it for our skin, we need it for our metabolism, we need it to lose fat, and we need it for hormone balance! But what do you do when you are going through peri-menopause and menopause and your sleep is so off track? Well, that is where intermittent fasting has really saved the day. When I get asked, How many days a week do I fast? My answer is always the same....every day! Those days I look and feel my best are also the days I get my best sleep. It all matters and it is all connected. I've been sleeping like this for 2 years now. Fasting and whole food nutrition has been a life saver for me!
