I had tried the other cheap medical tape but it was just too hard to pull off in the morning. - I'm super excited for this, I've heard a lot of great things about mouth tape to help your sleep because it helps you to not hyperventilate and instead do more deep breathing during sleep until you get into a deeper REM sleep. - I did already experienced great sleep for three nights in a row with the cheap medical tape but it was so hard to pull off in the morning that it was almost scary cuz I felt like my lips were going to peel off.
