Selena- Sacred Stones

Grado’s Flourspar, a mage knight who fulfills the inevitable “tragically loyal doomed general you feel bad killing” archetype. But hey at least you get her in post game.

Boons: Reason, Faith, Riding, Authority

Banes: Axes, Flying

Combat Arts: None

Reason: Fire (D), Thunder (D+), Thoron (C), Bolganone (B), Bolting (A)

Faith: HealNos, Recover (C), Restore (B), Fortify (A)

Authority: Rally Magic (D), Battalion Desperation (C), Model Leader (C+), Battalion Renewal (A), Rally Resistance (S)

Talents were easy, all directly tied to mage knight, the biggest question was do I throw a lance talent in to help her qualify for dark knight. I decided against it since she’s never shown using anything but magic, and she’s already got 2/3 of what she wants for it anyway. She’s got a lightning affinity and a bit of an association with bolting (at least in my head) so I went with lightning spells with fire spells to round it out since she uses Elfire too. For Faith spells I avoided light attack spells since she missed out on using light magic no matter what her base class was, mage or troubadour, with recover specifically being an easy pick since she comes with it when recruited. For weaknesses I wanted to contrast her from her fellow generals, and since two of them are wyvern lords and one favors axes I figured weaknesses in the things most associated with those classes/Caellach’s weapon preference made sense. Followed Seteth’s authority progression set up again but with different abilities that felt a little more apt to her.
