It is so cold on this goddamn bus. Please. Help

#there is NO reason it should be 65 degrees in here….#I’m wearing a short sleeve dress bc it was so hot this morning because. you know. Florida in the summer #but then it rained and now it’s cool and breezy outside #and I was going to take my scooter home and enjoy the weather but I decided to take the bus last minute bc I was worried it might rain again #BUT IT’S STILL NOY RAINING #AND I WOULD’VE BEEN HOME BY NOW BC THE BUS TAKES SO LONG #AND #I AM SO COLD 😭#this post is sooo light hearted btw I love the bus. thank you bus #I love to sit and write my silly fan fiction instead of doing cardio #but I just get cold so easily. and I didn’t bring a jacket today of all days. and for some reason TODAY every building has been so cold 😭😭😭😭#anuway I’m excited to get home and eat my new snacks 👍 and play vidya game #also I just had therapy! it was good :) I didn’t really have anything to talk about but I think it went well regardless #I kept apologizing for talking too much and also. everything. and she was like ‘let’s reframe that shall we’ 🥲😅😅😅#ellyposting

What would they wear on vacation? Sweaters and Florida don't mix well, and the only casual SK Moon outfit I remember seeing is a bathrobe

Sun would wear a t-shirt and pants. So would Moon. They'd carry around umbrellas as well as an extra way to keep cool while their cooling systems work.

air conditioning has been broken since yesterday im in hell

#le p2iigh #i GENUINELY fucking despise living in florida even before the politics REALLY god bad i still hated it here #whoever named this place the sunshine state mustve only been here in like january it rains/storms almost every day in the summer #thats not even counting hurricanes or whatever. the weather is just Like That #anyway ive had to accept and learn about myself that being hot as balls and sweating all over myself adds to sensory overload

first day in Minneapolis is done. Cool place. Heard many birds, didn’t see that many. I did see an indigo bunting and a pileated woodpecker though.

Also I saw this in a bathroom 🫡

One thing I have noticed though, and I noticed this throughout texas as well, other places are so.. clean? Very little trash on the side of the road and they have people cleaning up the litter. It might seem basic but Miami doesn’t do this and there’s trash all over as a result

#I was outside all day. during the summer. and not once did I sweat #I’m not even joking when I say that the weather today was cooler than the average ‘winter’ day back in Florida #when I got here it was in the 50s and then it slowly went up to mid 70s #as nice as it is idk if I will move here #I’m um. a little terrified of dealing with a real winter.#I have been in cold places before but living there and dealing with it is very different #and I don’t really want to be stuck living ‘in’ the city anymore. I’d like to not be able to hear my neighbors footsteps #tomorrow we check out the city some more and on Sunday we’re driving north to see smaller towns #and then on Monday. all day in the airport again.#after this the plan is to check new mexico but not anytime soon. the flight is expensive.#I can’t really afford any other blue state so it’s most likely going to be one of these #I’m so tired. I’ve been up since yesterday at 5:30 AM #the flights were awful. crying babies on both. kid kicking my seat on one. lady behind me did gross things that I won’t type out

Today is the 32nd anniversary since monster Category 5 Hurricane Andrew hit in August of 1992 (08/16/92 – 08/28/92). I remember the storm very well.
