i think it would be a very non-extravagant, classically blunt katniss statement. it’s totally out of the left field, and they’re probably doing something extremely mundane like chopping vegetables up for dinner or folding laundry. it’s something that she’s mulled over for a long time in her head, but that still doesn’t make it any easier to broach the subject - especially because i think she’d be particularly conscious that it’s something he wants so badly and so she wouldn’t want to mess it up.

i genuinely think she’d just come out with it, like “i think we should have a baby.” or something else along those lines. very much on the noise and to the point, while she continues with her task at hand and he absolutely freezes before cautiously resuming whatever he was doing. “that’s not funny, katniss.”, perhaps slightly huffily as he assumes she’s pulling his leg because it’s just so... unexpected. but, he’d pretty quickly realise that she isn’t teasing him, and she’d reassure him of that much.

i don’t think that would be the final conversation on the matter by any means, because i think they would have a lot of things to discuss and work through even before they started actively trying to get pregnant, but it’s certainly a start. he would worry that she might be feeling pressured into it because she knows that he wants to be a father, and she’d always have the lingering fear in the back of her head about something out of her control happening to her (as of yet unborn) child.

and i also think that peeta’s potential apprehension to bring a child into the world is so overlooked in comparison to katniss (which, in my opinion, is too often interpreted as her simply not wanting to be a mother). peeta had a less than ideal childhood and grew up in an abusive home, and that’s before you take into the account everything he went through in the games and as part of his captivity. he would, i’m certain, worry about what kind of a parent he would be and also worry about how the things he/katniss went through would affect their children. these are all things that they would have to deal with and discuss before they made that final decision, but you know by the point that katniss (not so subtly) tells him that she’s ready to start a family her mind has long since been made up.

Like I feel like he would either find out by A) you coming flat out to him and telling him or B) finding a test somewhere in your room and him confronting you about it.

And I feel like he would definitely be scared, like my boy is terrified…but I can see him being happy cause my HC for him is him loving kids and having baby fever 365 days a year, but him still being terrified bc he planned to have kids with you one day, just not that soon.

I want to like The Flaming Heart. I really do. I like Gong Jun and he is very good in it and the concept sounded good... but ooft...

The thing is... if you are making a drama about firefighters and doctors in a modern day setting... then your depiction of how emergency services work... and especially your depiction of how medicine works... needs to be at least vaguely accurate! Otherwise the action is simply not believable and you lose any real tension or drama, because the way things are happening are just laughably wrong.

Like... no... the deputy chief of a fire station, who just happens to be at the emergency services control centre when an emergency call comes in, does NOT get to tell the trained phone operator “I’ll handle this!” and take over the call. Emergency call handlers are specifically trained, both on how to use the phone and computer systems to accurately log and action the call, and on how to deal with the person on the phone and help them remotely. This is not training that a firefighter would have!

And no... in the event that the person on the phone passes out without having given his address... you can’t send out three fire engines in three different directions and get them to sound their sirens so you can see which one you can hear down the phone line and then magically by doing so somehow send the nearest fire engine to the *exact street* in a large city on which the patient lives and tell them to look for a “rectangular ground floor window with a light on” to find the right appartment!! The guy was calling from a landline in his home! They would have a record of the number and would be able to look up the address!!

And as for the medical stuff... oh wow...

No. A heavily pregnant woman (even if “due any day now”) does not go straight from literally ZERO contractions to “OMG my waters have broken and the baby is coming NOWWWW!” and she will absolutely have to push more than three (3) times for the baby to be born. Also... the process of giving birth, and the need for medical staff to be taking care of the person giving birth, doesn’t STOP the moment the baby is out, and the medical staff don’t get to smile in relief and just stand around holding the swaddled baby!

And No. When you (by some miracle) get to the apartment of the unconscious caller and find him on the floor with a head injury - but no fire or other immediate threat to his or your safety - you would not have 4 firemen lift him like a sack of potatoes onto an emergency stretcher and hurriedly carry him out of the building without having done any kind of examination or made any attempt to stabilise his neck or anything. You would wait for the paremedics!!

And No. Briefly holding a stethoscope over the *outside* of the bodice of an unconscious woman’s wedding dress, and doing no further examinations at all, is not sufficient to diagnose the patient as beyond saving (in a trauma situation) and to silently put a black wristband (signifiying that she is beyond saving) on her wrist without even bothering to speak to her distraught husband (who is *watching you do this*) or explain to him in any way that his wife is dead/dying and cannot be helped.

And No. The correct response to realising that someone has a penetrating injury to their lower leg is not to tie a tourniquet around their thigh before you’ve even examined the wound to see how serious it is!

And No. That’s not where you put the pads for an ECG (and please god don’t remove the pads by just grabbing the bundle of wires and pulling to rip them all off!!)

You know once I decided to get rid of all of our pictures I made a personal vow to not look at them and I haven’t. Makes moving on easier.

Sometimes I wonder if I made a mistake walking away but I don’t think I did. Someone who truly loved me and appreciated me would have done things out of love not pity for me.

He changed a lot and I realize the man I loved and kept letting slide things for wasn’t there anymore. I’m just sad that it took me a long time to see he had checked out of the relationship a lot sooner than I realized.

Who deletes pics a few days after breaking up? texts the one person they told you not to worry about hours later after you are gone? and has the fucking audacity to tell you that you didn’t see something you saw with ur own 2 eyes? Tells you they don’t know if they were bored and therefore dated you? Would feel bad turning someone down?

Not going to lie it hurts now that my friends and I have started to hang out and do things he had mentioned he wanted to do because I know he would’ve loved being there. Things that he had thrown in my face for not keeping my word on bc of one thing or another are finally taking place bc of covid restrictions being lifted. I honestly didn’t tell people unless it came up and I’ve had 5 people ask me about us breaking up and I didn’t tell them so clearly he did. He’s good announcing to the world he’s single 🥺

I had a weird dream again. And there’s no proofreading as I type this.

So what I remember is that it started with the Walking Dead game. The one made by Tell Tale you know?

Okay so it started in the beginning of S2 where Clementine is getting her bag stolen in the girls bathroom. Anyways, she fights back against the girl in the dream and then Onid and Christa come in and stop the girl. The girl holds Clementine up by her throat And Omid talks the girl down and she lets Clementine go.

But then it skips to now Rebecca (the pregnant woman) in the bathroom and now we’re finding a way out. We suddenly decided to climb through the vents?? Idk why but we are. Then we enter a room that is like underground and I can either help her or some random guy that apparently knows me. Idk but anyways I think I chose to save Rebecca. Idk the dream wasn’t specific. But I do remember it being specific about me saving the guy bc I remember doing something to gain the zombies attention so I then killed that thing before it bit the man.

Anyways, it now switches to me. Like I’m me in a family and all Ik is that I’m being married to a prince. I love this prince, but I told my parents I didn’t want to get just married off. I envisioned a future (like in the dream I mean) that we could get married on our own decision and then I’d say how I loved him. Idk but thennnn. It skips to a scene of me trying to escape my parents and run out of the room. For some reason, I’m small in this scene??? I’m ducking under tables and running between their legs when they chase me and such. And to further prove this is a dream, I have to use arrow keys to dodge and such.

Like it moves and the scene continues, but then it will go in slow motion for a moment while an arrow shows on the screen (or in front of me I guess???) and I click it and then the scene continues. Anyway, idk if I managed to bc it slipped again.

NOWWWW, I’m talking to some guy on discord. For some reason I was looking up how bad people would look through peoples VR Avatars or the ones you use on twitch and would spy on people. The guy was very mad about this, but then suddenly I was talking to someone else. In my dream, I think it was Alex?? Or it could be me just filling in that gap now. Idk but anyways I was talking to them and they asked what did the guy want to do with me. I guess both of us had this weird feeling about him?

Anyways, I ask him and he sends me a photo and it’s like a meme template of a dog. Not doge but the other shimu dog??? Is that what it’s called??? Idk. I look at the photo on discord and it shows the dog have like bruises on it (drawn on. This wasn’t an actual picture of an injured dog I promise. It’s just hard to explain) and the next photo was the same meme but like I can’t remember what was on it but it was threatening to me. The guy wanted to date me?? But it was aggressive?? Idk.

But then suddenly I’m in a restaurant with no power and it’s just dark. I believe I was with the other person I was talking to (the one that wanted to keep me safe ya know? The one I thought was Alex) and we can barely see because of the moonlight from the windows. Anyways, the crazy guy is a waiter there and he takes our orders but he’s looking at my creepily and I just got a weird feeling.

But then the dream cuts off and I don’t remember anything else. Btw I just woke up and decided to write this so it’s 6:31 am and I’m tired. Time to try and go back to sleep :’).

It's Hot Isn't It? (KO And TKO)

TKO, the moody counterpart of KO. Was currently sitting on a chair near a counter in a kitchen relaxing while reading a comic book. It was one of the few times of the day he could relax. Unfortunately that was going to end. Because KO came into view. Holding a cup filled with some kind of red liquid, and holding a coffee pot filled with the same liquid. He was also smiling.

"Morning brother!"

"Don't call me that." TKO coldly said with a frown. Not bothering to turn around to look at KO. Who was still smiling. "What do you want?"

"I made a pot of Kool Aid!" KO happily stated with a hint of pride.

TKO stopped reading and turned around to give KO a shocked and confused expression.

"You don't make a pot of Kool Aid." TKO harshly told KO whose smile dropped.

"Well I did."

"Is it hot?" TKO asked still looking at KO with a frown.

"Maybe, maybe not."

"It's hot isn't it?"

"Yep!" KO replied happily

"Hot Kool Aid?" TKO asked still not believing what he was hearing. "Are you retarded or just stupid? Wait, don't answer that."

Not bothered by his doppelganger's harsh response, KO resumed smiling.

"I can put some ice in it if you want." KO happily offered. "Or some cold water."

TKO just groaned out in annoyance. He was not ready for today. He then resumed reading his comic book.

"No, I'm not thirsty."

KO's smile dropped as he looked like a kicked puppy.

"Brother."

"I'm not going to drink it" TKO refused again this time not caring about KO calling him brother. "Don't make me hurt you!"

"I made this for you." KO softy said with a pleading tone.

"Drink it!"

"No!"

"I want you to drink this!"

"I'm not drinking it!"

That's when KO started to get angry.

"Drink this right now or I'm going to spill it on the floor and blame it on you!" KO threatened with a light scowl.

TKO looked surprised by KO's threat. But resumed not caring while reading.

"Oh real mature!" TKO chastised KO in a childish manner. That only got him more mad. "You're really gonna impress everyone with that."

Having enough of his emo counterpart's attitude. KO exploded in rage.

"I MADE THIS FOR YOU!"

"Now why don't you grow up!"

"I DID, BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!"

"Well… screw you!" TKO harshly said still annoyed by KO's persistence. "I'm not going to drink it!"

"I HATE YOU!"

"God that's all I hear anymore! TKO try this, TKO try that!" TKO complained still annoyed. "Remember that uh… what was it? Burrito and uh… what was it?"

"Chocolate." KO finished, lowering his tone. "That was a good idea!"

"You didn't make a single techno!" TKO yelled out slamming his fist on the counter. "You dumbass!"

"I made a technos worth of burritos with chocolate."

"Oh and don't forget lightning cheese and strawberry ice cream right." TKO sighed heavily with a frown. "Was it three hospitalized? Three women hospitalized. Pregnant too!"

Tired of TKO's refusals. KO got really angry again!

"YOU, DRINK THIS!" KO yelled out as a dark orange aura flared around him! "RIGHT! NOWWWW!!!"

"Drink your own hot Kool Aid!"

"There's so much left of it! What am I going to do with all this hot Kool Aid?!"

"Drink it!"

"NO!"

"Do it!"

"NOOO!!!"

KO quickly took a seat next to TKO, who just sighed.

"Brother…"

"Yes…"

"Please!" KO began to plead as he got real close into TKO's face. "Drink. My. Hot. Kool. Aid."

KO then gently pushed the cup full of hot Kool Aid in front of TKO. Who looked hesitant. But after seeing no other way, he finally gave in.

"Ok…"

"Ok…"

"Alright."

TKO gently grabbed the cup of hot Kool Aid and took a long drink. A few seconds later he placed back on the counter. Still trying to make sense of the taste. TKO eventually sighed.

"Yeah… it's pretty good." TKO stated still not believing what he was saying. "Yeah… I like that."

I like how all these pics are some of my most recent ones lol. 2017 really brought about so many new changes in me. ✨✨I’ve never been more proud of the person I’m becoming! My life is so fulfilling, and I’ve never been happier. My kids have literally brought me more joy than anything ever has or ever could. I can’t wait to see what happens in 2018! Always improving myself 😈 You know, I never actually set goals for myself for the new year. So I’m going to this time. ✅✅ I find myself becoming calmer and more focused since I’ve started doing yoga and meditating. 🧘🏻‍♀️ I wanna be more consistent with it. I’m super intent on working on my flexibility. 🤸🏻‍♀️ I also wanna start writing 📖 again. Ah! And I got a new juicer for Christmas from my mother-in-love and I’m really SUPA excited about it. I won’t lie: I’m kind of a picky eater (though not nearly as bad as I used to be) so I think juicing will be the best way to get all those important veggies 🥦🥕in my diet! It’s what I had to do when I was pregnant with Jocelyn. See there are definitely ways to be healthy even for us picky folks 🤗 I never thought it was even possible for me to eat clean when I was younger but look at me nowwww 🙌 . . I actually have something super incredible planned for my future too! I’ve been having some trouble sleeping lately because that’s how excited I am about it!! On Friday, Graham, 32, showed off her baby bump in a fun video, which shows her dancing in a bra and underwear as she tried on different shades from her new lip gloss collection with Revlon.

“Baby Boy is coming SO soon!!” Graham captioned the clip, which shows her shaking and twirling to YouTube star Starrkeisha’s viral hit “Baby Mama.”

“But that’s not the only thing! We’re launching NEW SHADES for my @Revlon Never Enough Lip collection!! Coming sooooooon!!

The supermodel looked as happy as ever as she flaunted a variety of moves in a bathroom mirror while also showing off the new lip shades, which are an array of pinks and reds.

THE THIRD EDITION IS HAPPENIN NOWWWW

It was impossible, you two could barely keep your hands off eachother, Junkrat had fallen in love with you so much. Whenever it was Mako’s turn with you, he’d leave out of hatred and jealously and destroy whatever he could, he’d get into fights, burn things and make bombs only to throw them into the nothingness of the desert around his home. When Mako was done you’d request a bath, you wanted to get his scent off of you and it was no sooner the water had ran that Jameson was back with you, in the tub kissing you all over and holding you close mumbling that you were his and his only. You’d hold him close, whimpering that you wanted to be his forever, you’d kiss him and reassure him that you had no feelings for Mako.

Every chance you two got to be alone, you’d take it. When Mako went to the store, when he was asleep, when he had to go pick up parts or food, you two were clinging to each other tightly, sometimes you didn’t make love at all, you’d pretend to be a normal couple and cuddle or you’d simply watch him work. Tonight was the night he’d ask hog to give you roam of the house with a shock collar in case you ran. You both knew you wouldn’t, but it’d provide some sense of security. You’d be cooking and cleaning and continuing to serve their sexual needs but at least you could sleep in the rats room.

You waited in your shackles nervously, you could hear the two arguing in the other room about your freedom.

“She’s not special! She’ll run like the last one!”

“She is! She’ll stay and if she runs we can shock her with the collar!”

“You just want more time alone with her!”

“Of course I do I’m a man ain’t I?”

This continued for an hour until the hog was so fed up he agreed just to get James to stop him from making any more noise. You were so excited when he put the collar on. Hog just tossed a sponge at you and said, “Dishes”.

In the week that followed the house had become neater and neater, and Jameson would smile more, he felt normal. The good couldn’t last forever, as careful as you were it was inevitable you’d land in one of his traps on accident, causing you to get locked up again by the hog until your foot healed.

“I. . I didn’t mean.” Jameson frowned as he looked away from the large wound on your ankle and calf.

“James..I avoided it, I did..I fainted..” You sighed as you traced his face.

“A..Are ya sick!? Do ya need medicine I don’t want you dyin!” he panicked before you shook your head, leaning into him and sighing.

“James. . .” you would sigh, reaching through the bar to hold his chin and lift him to look at you, “I’m pregnant. . .And-

“Y’mean I might be getting a little Joey?” He smiled nervously, “Like, my own little family yeah?” It hurt you to hit him with reality, you pulled away.

“It could be yours, or it could be Makos. Neither of you wear protection, Jameson..”

“Is too hot to wear a condom.” He pouted as you rolled your eyes.

“James. . . You have to think of the possibilities, a child can’t grow up seeing it’s mom in a cage. . .”

He looked down.

“And if you’re the father you have to take responsibility. . . If Mako is..”

“He can’t have it..Any baby comin outta you is mine.” He said childishly. You nodded, dismissing him for now.

“We still have to tell Mako, and we have to tell him about us. . .I don’t want to carry a child in a cage. I want a bed beside my husband-”

“Heh..husband, has a cute ring to it. Mr. and Mrs. Fawkes...” You could understand why he was like this, he never had a normal life, orphaned by the omnium explosion and a child of the war all he ever wanted was to be normal after all, it’s no wonder that after all these years living as a criminal he’d want a family.
