Oh don't mind me, I'm just reliving the absolute and total euphoria I felt when the season 2 teaser for Our Flag Means Death was finally released. The ecstasy I felt as the first opening lines of The Beautiful Ones played simultaneously with Stede's romantic speech as he sighs and moons over Ed and then Ed emerging from the waves and then sword hacking a british colonizer so hard he flips into the air as he gracefully slides underneath him in the sand is still just absolute *chef's kiss*. I salute whoever made that trailer it's so beautifully edited.

And I don't care what the haters say, the second season absolutely lived up to the excitement and expectation I felt watching that trailer over and over and over. I love this show so much.
