I fucked up

I accidentally bought a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XT when I meant to get the XTX version which is slightly better and more expensive. (I was looking at different listings online during black friday and the product images and names are almost identical. I had the RIGHT one saved in several lists but I was checking around for any other listings that might have sales on them and didn't notice the name difference).

Now I'm not sure if it's worth trying to return the RX to Amazon in order to purchase the XTX.

I've heard of people getting denied refunds for dumb reasons and this was $900 pre tax, plus the black friday sales are over so it would be a difference of ~$200, instead of just $100 ... PLUS, I both spent Amazon rewards points on this AND earned them, so I have no idea what happens in a return scenario ... (if they were sensible they'd split the difference, but I'm guessing they won't bc that would end up with some people getting negative rewards points).

The performance difference is somewhere between 6-12%; the only real difference is the RX has 4gb less of Vram and a slightly slower clock speed.

I'm sure it would handle my current needs, but if I'd realized which version I was buying (RX) I probably could've found a better deal on it at the time ...
