It was the night before prom, and Garrett was sitting on the patio of his house with Elizabeth,. They were just hanging out, talking about plans after high school. They decided to try to at least get into the same college, so they wouldn't have to worry about trips across the country just to see each other. Garrett was sitting there smiling like a dork until he found himself smacked in the face with a pillow and being questioned on why he was smiling like an idiot. "I'm smiling because if back in Sophomore year someone told me I would be dating the hardest girl to get, I would call them crazy because you were definitely difficult back then. But look at us now, one week from graduation, both attending the same college, I don't know but I think I nailed it. I bet you don't regret giving me that chance now, do you?" Garrett teased and dodged another pillow.

Finding a good character Spotify playlist is hard cause I want THEIR playlist not a playlist of their vibes.

Like no I don’t think they listen to this artist. Does the song apply to them? Yes. Do I love this song? Yes, but they wouldn’t play it themselves.

Like I want a playlist they created themselves.

Yeah, we can joke and say they’d listen to this or that, but they actually wouldn’t and it so weird when a one of those songs pop up.

"Want you as the tribe leader but talk shit about your dad? That's not a good way to go about that; what will they do if you decide to leave?" he asked.

"Just a suggestion, hotels around here aren't cheap even the cheap-looking ones, we get a lot of out of towners so what do the hotels do, jack up the prices"

Looking at the diner, he turned back to Tallulah. "Well, the offer is there if you want; that spare room just sits there; the only thing there is a bed and some drawers; my mom insisted I use it as a guest room," Garrett said.

"Please, if I had a dollar for every time someone didn't like me, I'd probably be on a beach with a beer and relaxing," he laughed.
