Hello! I am trying to add to the genderunholy system but the PSD template seems to not be working for me? I use ibispaint, and when I put the file in it's just one image (no layers or anything). Would you happen to know how to fix it?

did you press download on deviantart or did you download the image attached? the image attached is just the flag image
