I'm back after 4ish days!

Everyone is a monster but Alya AU

Gabriel/Hawk Moth - Vampire

Gabriel is actually Count Dracula (Prince Dracul of Walluchia?). After losing his kingdom and becoming a vampire, he has been periodically disappearing and returning to (human) society with a new identity. His current identity is his 100th one.

As one of the first vampires, he holds incredible sway over their society and is basically the vampire king of France. He uses that power to moonlight as Hawkmoth without vampires from other countries catching on to him. Even if they did figure things out, it's not like they could do anything to stop him.

Emile is Gabriel's 100th human lover. The pair found the miraculous when they were archeologists in China (the Emile lore expands).

Gabriel is absolutely overpowerd as Hawk Moth. Without a miraculous, he has all the powers and weaknesses of an old school vampire (sunlight only depowers them instead of hurting them, he can control the weather, he can control animals like rats and wolves, he needs to be invited into a house in order to enter) and is at the same power level of an akumatized supervillain. With a miraculous, he is just as strong as Witch!Ladybug.

Also, in this au Hawk Moth uses his vampiric hypnotism to make people accept his akumas. I only thought of this change because one of the writers made that stupid twitter post that "aKuMaS ArEn'T bRaInWaShEd" so decided to make a better justification for it.

Nathalie/Mayura - Ghoul

Nathalie became Gabriel's assistant/Ghoul about 40 years before the start of the show. During that time, Gabriel needed a more personal assistant that was loyal to him and decided to turn the first person that showed up to the job interview.

Okay so if a Vampire bites someone and uses their weird black magic it makes a ghoul. If a vampire shares blood with a ghoul/human then it makes a full vampire. If a vampire bites someone and dosen't use their weird magic then it dosen't do anything. I should totally be hired to worldbuild someone's show lol.

Emile was having an affair with Nathalie because woman bonding over protecting themselves from the man that thinks he owns them and because I said so!

More specifically, Nathalie's end goal is to stab Gabriel in the back and take Awake!Emile/Adrien far away from Paris. However, after seeing how devoted Gabriel is to Emile, Nathalie started developing feelings for him too (the plot thickens)

Nathalie has a special bond with Dusuu because she thinks their situations are similar. Just that.

Lila - Demigoddess

Lila is the half-human child of Mendacius, the Roman version of Dolos (the Greek god of Lies).

Basically, the gods are real and having still having kids like Percy Jackson's Olympians. But unlike Percy Jackson's Olympians, they got a lot (more) weaker from the majority of people not believing they exist anymore. So while they are still dangerous, the witch society/ vampire society poses a real threat to them which forces them to stay hidden and lay low.

Lila started using her powers to brainwash her mother with Lies ever since she was 12 years old. She does this so she can basically do whatever she wants. Lila's main powers are (obviously) making people believe everything she lies about, but she can also use the Evil Eye curse (like a real witch).

Lila came to France so she could find a way to steal the miraculous and use them for herself. Additionally, because her father's domain is falsehoods and deceptions, Lila immediately figured out Ladybug/Chat Noir/Hawk Moth's identities after seeing pictures of their civilian selves and superhero selves. She uses this information to manipulate all three of them; she makes an alliance with Gabriel/Hawk Moth; she uses her connections to get closer and closer with Adrien; and she manipulates the school to turn on Marinette because Lila considers her the only real obstacle to her true plan, stealing three miraculous! Lila is playing a game of chess with everyone, meanwhile Gabriel and Nathalie are playing checkers, and Marinette is playing chutes and ladders (and Adrien is just off to the side watching eveyone play).

In this AU, Alya originally believes Lila's lies, but since Marinette revealed her identity to Alya, it broke the effect Lila's powers had on Alya. Basically, a lot of the stuff Lila pulls happens way earlier, but this time Alya is aware of whats going on and exposes her lies (which should have happened in the show)

And that's that! Coming up with a bunch of ideas on the fly and writing them down was a lot more fun then I thought it would be, so if I make another original post it will either be me dragging a certain fandom for it's decades worth of racism (not miraculous, Harriyanna has her work cut out already doing that. Also the fandom I am talking about is way more blatant about it) or it will be me posting more unhinged ideas about this AU!!!

I just have this Idea for MLB fanfic, But I can’t write so I thought someone who can actually write, will write this story. So the idea is that many Mythical creatures and monsters in legends and beliefs like Dragons, Werewolf. etc are actually senti-monsters created by Mayura, and Hawk moth’s latest akuma sent them in different time in different part of earth and ladybug and cat noir need to fight them within a time of one week for each monster and after the fight Bunnix will help them to get to their next destination. For powerful monsters they get the help of that time’s ladybug and black cat’s help. And our ladybug and cat noir will help them also with their problem. And in the end it is revealed that the common people who saw these senti-monsters made stories about them and become legends.

My Current Anime/Manga List

Now that Fairy Tail is over, I thought I’d make a list (in no particular order) of all the series I’m currently following and how I feel about them.

1. Shokugeki No Soma:

This series is probably the one I’m most invested in ship-wise but not story-wise. The reason being, that there’s just way too little normal character interaction, and way too many food battles. There’s no balance and it frustrates me. Especially because most of the battle outcomes are obvious, so there’s no tension. I feel the complete opposite about the ship situation. Because the romance is on such a slow burn (which I love), we’re still in that “when and how will x fall for y” phase, so I’m not sure how things will play out. Obviously, in my case, x is Erina, and y is Souma. I’ve meta’d and made graphic posts about this ship, so you know I’m serious lol. But the double-edged sword of a slow burn, is that it literally takes ages for any progress to happen, so it’s easy to lose enthusiasm in the meantime. But when something does finally happen, my passion is usually reinvigorated again, so that’s good lol.

2. Boku No Hero Academia:

I’ve already made a post with my thoughts on the ships here. Basically, I ship only one thing so far, and think it’s cute, but I’m not obsessed with it. It’s definitely a story > ship series for me at the moment, and I honestly would like to keep it that way. I am all caught up with the series for the most part, but still haven’t read the newest chapters after I caught up, so that’s not a *great* sign. But I did the same with FT. I marathoned it, caught up, and then forgot about it for months and months until I fell in love with it all over again and never looked back.

3. Akatsuki No Yona:

It’s the only shoujo I’m following. I’m completely caught up, but tend to forget when new chapters come out, and then have to catch up all over again. I love this series. I’ll probably end up collecting the manga to own, because it has great reread potential, and is a favorite. But it’s not a series where I’m active in the fandom at all. And I ship Hak x Yona of course. And I want my own Hak. ^-^ This is a series where I love both the ship and story equally. And as it’s a shoujo the ship and story usually go hand in hand anyway haha.

4. Noragami:

Another series I love and am finally all caught up on. I watched the anime, and read the manga, but got very behind, and missed out on several months worth of chapters. I just caught back up about a month ago, but the series is on hiatus because one of the authors is ill? And it’s been on hiatus for months now, so I’m worried. :( Ship: Yato x Hiyori obviously (and I <3 Yato). But this series is definitely more a story > ship series for me. Though the ship is excellent and makes me happy. ^^

5. Twin Star Exorcists:

@rieriebee introduced me to this series. I fell in love with it immediately and marathoned the entire manga in a weekend. However, I’ve fallen behind and have yet to catch up. >_< I like both the story and the ships about equally. I ship the obvious couples, which would be Rokuro x Benio and Shimon x Mayura. However, because the ships are SO obvious (in Rokuro and Benio’s case, it’s clear they will have a child together), it’s hard for me to be too passionate about it. However, I confess that as hard as I ship the main pairing, I love Shimon and Mayura more (Shimayu woo!). Mostly because I adore Shimon, and the spoilers I saw recently really do make me antsy to catch up. *-*

6. 7 Deadly Sins:

Watched the anime and caught up on some of the manga. I like the story, and I like the ships (some more than others), but it’s another series where I’m just not that invested enough to keep up with regularly. Especially because my main ship (King x Diane) is already canon lmao. It made me happy because that was the ship I instantly liked. But, again, all the ships are obvious. There’s no tension in any of them really. And while I like the story, it didn’t grab me enough to keep me invested in following it. But I will likely watch the anime when it returns soon.

7. Tokyo Ghoul:

Another series @rieriebee introduced me to. I’m currently making my way through the anime. I’m in the middle of season 2. I like the story and don’t really think about the ships. Especially since I already know where the main one is headed ohoho. I’ll def end up watching season 3 when it comes out next year.

8. Welcome to the Ballroom:

I’m just following along with the current anime series. I started watching it, because I wanted something to fill the void of Yuri On Ice. But, it’s not really like that series at all, of course. The ships are strangely not as important or prominent as I thought they’d be when I started watching. In fact, right now I don’t know what, if anything I ship. I just like the story, but it is SLOW. But I always enjoyed ballroom dancing, so that’s ok with me. ^^

9. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun:

I kind of low-key follow this one, because I usually forget about it, or never know where to go looking for translations. So, I’m really behind, and just aware of recent story developments thank to @chanting-to-u. I really want to catch up, though. I watched the anime, and wish they’d make a new season, because it was hilarious and I want more. ;_; I ship all the obvious ships, but my fav is Hori x Kashima. But, I’m happy to hear all the ships have been making more progress lately. *-*

I think that’s about it. There are some series I’ve watched (like Magi) and really loved, but never caught up on the manga. And other series (like Attack On Titan) where I watched and read part of the series, but kind of fell behind/lost interest.

But, all that being said, I’m not really involved in any fandom right now. I’d like to be. That’s a huge part of what made FT so special for me. The people I met who loved it as much as I did. But, then again, when I started following FT, I marathoned it, too, and then fell behind, and didn’t properly catch up and start following it weekly until the GMG arc. That’s when I started posting about it on forums and tumblr, so who knows what the future will bring. ^__^

We start with the first being Nathalie Sancoeur as Mayura. So, in Miraculous AU her powers are easily overlooked as insignificant unless used properly. Her lesser power is beauty manipulation, allowing her to twist and alter the beauty of a creature or object. A sort of perception manipulation of you will. Her second power is mesmerization where she immobilizes her foes with her stunning beauty, leaving them vulnerable.

Activation Phrases

Transformation: "Duusu, Spread my Feathers"

Lesser Power: Beauty

Greater Power: Mesmerize

Now we have Gabriel in Salvation. His power is limited to the mesmerization that Mayura possesses. Since he'll never become an avatar in the story, that's all he'll ever have.

Transformation: "Duusu, Spread my Feathers"

Power: Mesmerize

Juleka Couffaine as Ghoul on Separate Worlds. These powers will function very much like Absolution's power system with a passive and main power. For Ghoul, her passive is absolute beauty, meaning she will be regarded as the most beautiful creature alive, putting even Aphrodite to shame. Her main power will be mesmerization.

Activation Phrases

Transformation: "Duusu, Spread my Feathers"

Power: None/Innate

Ah, what are the odds. Emilie Graham De Vanily getting the peacock in All That Remained when Amelie gets it in Paradise? Beautiful. Anyway, going with a theme made obvious now, Emilie will be called Hera. Her power is mesmerization.

Activation Phrases:

Transformation: "Duusu, Spread my Feathers"

Power: Dazzle

Ah, Amelie has her chance with peacock in Paradise as Erinona. Unlike the previous peacocks that have been relegated to mesmerization, Erinona is capable of beauty manipulation that allows her to create, shape, and manipulate the beauty in everything. This includes things on a physical, mental, conceptual, and natural.

Activation Phrases:

Transformation: "Duusu, Spread my Feathers"

Power: Glamor

You know, you'd think I'd have made Adrien the peacock sooner, but here we are at long last in Court of Miracles. Adrien is amongst the few highborn in this AU with a generous selection of powers. These include:

Absolute Beauty - They are the most beautiful thing to ever exist

Beauty Inducement - They can make modifications to any person or object to make them more aesthetically pleasing

Shapeshifting - A power that can be used to alter themselves completely to be more what a person desires, though they also use this to take the form of the gender they associate with at the time

Siren Song - Able to lure in people with a beautiful, supernatural song

Mesmerizing Presence - Very similar to the default peacock power that others have had.

Activation phrases: None/Innate

Ondine takes center stage in Siren's Song as Siren. Unlike the other peacocks on this list, with the exception of Court of Miracles!Adrien, her power is that of mesmerization through song. Like the old Greek sirens (that were more akin to birds) luring away sailors to their deaths, Siren can do just that. Entrance people with her enrapturing songs.
