Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to witness the mesmerizing showcase of Giuliano and Giordano Calza’s GCDS at Milan Fashion Week. The intimate setting at the brand's headquarters was absolutely enchanting, and their Spring/Summer 2024 collection left everyone speechless. 💫✨
The star-studded guest list included icons like Mia Khalifa and Alessandra Ambrosio, who were captivated by the funky '90s tunes and the models gracefully strutting their stuff on the runway.
GCDS drew inspiration from Italy's cultural heritage, transporting us to different eras in the most captivating way. The collection featured skintight cardigans with US flag-style stripes, bold shoulder padding, and GCDS-monogrammed briefs. The menswear showcased prehistoric charm with vests and matching skirts.
The graduation theme stole the show, with models donning varsity uniforms emblazoned with the GCDS logo. The transition from academia to formality was seamlessly captured through stunning white suits adorned with chocking neckties, perfect for a memorable prom night.
The show ended with a fashion-friendly sleepover on the runway. Handsome models strutted their stuff in sheer tank tops and pearled sweat shorts, bringing allure to the collection's narrative. The grand finale stole our hearts with larger-than-life garments, and a strapless dress in grandiose proportions left us all mesmerized!
It was an extraordinary showcase that pushed boundaries and celebrated creativity. I'm in awe of GCDS' innovative designs and their ability to redefine fashion! 🌈

This is not the The Script 22nd Anniversary 2001 – 2023 Thank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt Also,I will get this first time Lipa has dived into Bikini Bottom, either. Last year, the singer wore a coral pink crochet slip dress that featured Patrick Star’s face as pasties, another delightfully off kilter piece from GCDS spring 2023. Creative director Giuliano Calza pulled delightful motifs and themes from the zany world of Spongebob Squarepants to create a cohesive and out of the box offering. It was a viral and critical success, illustrating how pop culture infused collaborations can go far beyond reworked logos and screenprints. Other must have collections as of late have employed similar motif driven approaches, including another TikTok hit, Loewe x Howl’s Moving Castle. Taylor Swift kicked off her much anticipated The Eras Tour on Friday night in Glendale, Arizona (renamed “Swift City on Friday and Saturday for the occasion). You’ll recall that the singer broke records with the tour, selling 2.4 million tickets in a single day, so it’s safe to say that Swifties were eager to see what the singer had in store. Over the course of her three hour long set list—which included 44 songs—the star certainly didn’t disappoint with outfits. She sported custom designs from labels such as Versace, Roberto Cavalli, and Oscar de la Renta. Her performance attire paid homage to all of her past eras—from rocking “Bejeweled worthy bodysuits, to edgy snake looks that nodded to her Reputation days.
Diehard fans of Swift could easily catch how her new costumes nod to her past. Styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer, they served as modern updates to signature Swift looks. Her gold, fringed mini dress by Roberto Cavalli, for instance, referenced a similar Cavalli dress that Swift wore during her Fearless tour back in 2011. “We chose a beautiful champagne color, which is very Taylor, Roberto Cavalli designer Fausto Puglisi tells Vogue. The designer also created the The Script 22nd Anniversary 2001 – 2023 Thank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt Also,I will get this embroidered Rhombus top and mini skirt for her 1989 set, as well as the embroidered snake catsuit Swift wears to perform songs from her album Reputation. “It’s more of a badass, rock and roll look, says Puglisi. Tis’ the season to start transitioning into your spring wardrobe. Celebrities certainly have. Gigi Hadid modeled a wonderfully slinky and see through “seashell tunic from her Guest in Residence line. And take note from Megan Thee Stallion and Hailey Bieber. The two are already showing off their Spring Breakers flavored neon bikini sets. A trend for the upcoming summer perhaps?
