kinda a grab bag of a lot of things? there’s something for me and for anyone in almost any and every genre. so let me give you two artists I heavily associate with and 10 albums that further explore stuff I listen to. the two most important artists or most heavily listened to at least are mewithoutYou and System of a Down. as for albums:

hey im gonna rant abt an album i like

happy 11th anniversary to just married by glocca morra, one of my absolute favorite albums.

i feel like a lot of people like the front half a lot more than the back half [there is a sharp decline in playcount on spotify after anniversary song], which is a fucking crime because the back half is so god damn immaculate it isnt even funny. black dog / cosmic being through me + geniene is such an incredible run of songs. broken cigarettes and eat the fucking snow are like pretty solidly in my top 10 if not top 5 favorite 4th wave songs ever. don't get me wrong the front half is pretty damn good too but like. god damn there are some transcendental moments on some of those back half songs.

anyway, glocca morra's entire discography is one of the best of the entire emo revival. pretty much only matched by like snowing and maybe modern baseball. not a whole lot of bands i can confidently say i at least like 90-95% of what they've ever released but glocca morra is one of those rare few. maybe its just because every one of their releases sounds at least somewhat different.

i love this album dearly. also its fucked up that 2012 was 11 years ago
