The sheet mask is a cellulose mask that is meant to fit closer to the skin and deliver the essence more effectively to the skin. The mask is quite thin and really does adhere well and is soaked in essence.

Recommended use is after cleansing, prep skin texture with toner and then apply the mask following the contours of your face. Leave on for 10-20 minutes and then remove, tapping the remaining essence into the skin for absorption. After using it, the first thing to note, there's no artificial fragrance in here and if there's any natural fragrance it's pretty undetectable. There's plenty of essence and the mask is very soft and pretty thin. There are some irritants, especially if you're sensitive to tea tree oil, however for me personally I didn't have any irritation and I found the mask to be very cooling and hydrating, it was also soothing and the effects last a long time and my skin stayed pretty calm for quite a while after using, as it toned down the redness I have in my checks and my skin felt nice and rejuvenated. I'd recommend this to anyone with acne prone and oily to combination skin, but it also works on my sensitive dry skin so it's really versatile.

What I like: it's a very soothing mask for my redness and for my chronic hives. It's hydrating and very refreshing and I imagine it would feel pretty nice on super irritated skin. There's no artificial fragrance and I didn't notice any issues with the ingredients, so it's very sensitive skin friendly in my opinion. What I don't like: I actually don't dislike anything, I think it's a great mask!

To quickly note, I received this for free from Wishtrend for my honest review.

The ampoule contains 30 ml (1.01 oz) and has no fragrance or artificial coloring. The fragrance tag has a very noticeable scent which is amazing to throw in your closet or just hang in a room that needs a refreshing scent.

The ampoule comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a dropper.

The ampoule has a milky cream texture and is rather lightweight.

It blends out with a watery feeling on the skin.

Once blended in, it really brightens and refreshes the skin as well as being deeply hydrating and smoothing.

Recommended use is after cleansing and prepping your skin with toner, evenly apply 2-3 drops to the skin and gently spread over your face. Lightly pat for full absorption.  It’s cruelty-free, pH balanced, silicone-free, artificial coloring-free, artificial fragrance-free, and vegan. After using, I found as advertised this is amazing for sensitive skin. It's extremely gentle, hydrating and nourishing and really agrees well with my skin. The ingredients are free of irritants and it has some very good skin loving properties as well. As mentioned above this doesn't have any fragrance, artificial or natural and the packaging is quite nice. The fragrance tag shown above is also pretty amazing, it has a refreshing but strong fragrance and is ideal for throwing in the closet or hanging around your room to freshen up the air. I'd recommend this ampoule to anyone with any kind of sensitivity as well as to people with dry and naturally irritated skin.

What I like: this ampoule is very nourishing, moisturizing, and gentle. It has great ingredients and very nice packaging. The quality is really nice and it keeps skin hydrated and soothed for a long time after use. What I don't like: nothing, it's a great product.

There's still a lot of support for avoiding parabens following the better safe than sorry route. However, the majority of the scientific community have deemed these findings non-conclusive due to the limitations of these studies. There has been some healthy controversy surrounding them due to a few studies finding paraben presence in breast tumours and breast tissue.

He has more of a dry combo skin – slightly oily inside, generally dry outside.Parabens are a large group of preservatives which are used to prevent bacteria growing in cosmetic formulations. Not only me, but my boyfriend who has some troubles do notice that it helps his skin too as compared to without. Whenever I have pimples or irritated skin, I use this and I do notice that it helps accelerate the healing of my skin. Great for those who likes products with no added fragrance though! I don’t really mind but the smell could be strong and unpleasant for some of you who like their skincare products to be of calming and pleasant scents. Natural in the sense that you can tell there is no fragrance involved in the making which can be off putting for some people. Never had issues with my skin feeling dry or oily but the scent is a bit … natural. Sometimes when I’m feeling lazy or minimalistic, I use this as a last step, like a moisturiser. This is a hydrating and moisturising serum that feels so much like a lightweight moisturiser for me. Well, I almost did but I’m kind of glad I waited! Hearing Liah Yoo praising Tamanu oil, I almost got the Tamanu oil to try while waiting for GBR to release. That in itself was a pleasant surprise for me. This is a ‘serum’ with Tamanu oil and despite having 10% of the oil present, this serum is not oily at all. It lasted me quite a while despite having only 40ml because I didn’t use a lot each time.īottle is pretty sturdy too, I actually dropped this one by accident when I was going to take photos for this post lol.Īnyway, pump is easy to use and dispense.
