Feel free to talk about whatever! Or don’t! All we ask is for a brief intro so we know you’re a real person, and something to call you. Don’t ever feel bad for lurking, or suddenly jumping in to say something if you haven’t for awhile. I promise it is welcome.

We are also queer friendly. And we like to keep this server feeling small because larger Red Rising groups are intimidating. The vast majority of current membership are all tumblrinas. Introvert central.

All I ask is you please follow the short list of rules we have (basically: be excellent to each other). Especially please follow our Light Bringer spoilers policy (see pinned posts in the relevant channel). And keep spoilers for the other books in the proper channels for the handful of people reading it for the first time. Otherwise, go nuts.

You only rent game nows....

Now, I have not denied once when we made games digital AND required an internet subscription, we didn't own the games. We don't! Not like we can sell our rights/access to it to another. Kinda fucked up when you think about it; If I had bought gotham knights digitally, I would have ZERO dollars for selling it. But because I got the disc, I sold it for $20. $60 (going on $70 per game), and if you are LUCKY (cuz some games do NOT have a disc to buy) you can sell it for $20? That's like buying a new car and selling it for the HUGE loss of taking it off the lot...and not every car is sell-able!!!!

I say all this cuz xbox gold gives 4 games away a month. And I was reading the reviews of one of their newest free ones (most of them are SHIT), and somebody said 'we don't even own these. They aren't 'free' games. If we don't have an xbox live gold membership, we can't access these games.' Which is 100% true. So they are...rentals. ALL of it are rentals. Cuz without internet, it's practically a dead box.

How do we work so hard, spend so much to have less than we ever had before? Ugh. Humans are fucking dumb. Always settling for less. That's the summary of the species....
