I'm sorry it's genuinely been bothering me but.. when did Aziraphale and Crowley switch bodies in ep6 S1??? in which bit of the episode? Cus while eating the icecreams they seemed to act as themselves.. just can't figure it out myself!!
They've switched when you see them the morning after the bus ride back to London.

During the Final Fifteen, there’s flashbacks to the Metatron’s and Aziraphale’s conversation. Why are they having this discussion at Marguerite’s? It’s early morning. Marguerite’s seems to be an evening restaurant(lunch at the earliest). All of the chairs are stacked on top of the tables, but interestingly all the fairy lights are turned on. There seems to be some lights on inside where they would be setting up for the day. The lights inside are not very bright though. It seems the conversation is taking place there because the restaurant is closed at this time. It would be hard to have this conversation at Nina’s coffee shop, because it’s bustling during the morning. But Marguerite’s wouldn’t be. It would be quiet. No humans interrupting just two angels… having a very nice and polite conversation with absolutely no manipulation at all…

Are there Two Gabriels?
PSA: Do NOT send anything to NG about any of this or any theory please! I don't want these things to be DOA.
Not literal two versions of the same guy, but is there another meaning of the word Gabriel that we're conflating with, er, Gabriel?
For example, what if Gabriel is a title (like supreme archangel?), or a type of angel, or a legend, or a record, or a type of miracle? When things involve Gabriel or Gabriel is missing or we're all looking for Gabriel, is it really, truly, Jim? Or are they looking for something else?
Thoughts I've been chewing on:
When Aziraphale says Jim isn't Gabriel, Jim responds, "Then what am I?" Not who am I
Later when Crowley is grilling him, at one point he says, "if you're not [Gabriel] then what are you?" not who are you
If it is a title, are some of the Crowley (and Shax) scenes later? (i.e. is "his royal smugness" Aziraphale with the title of Gabriel??) (tbf I do think Crowley is in cahoots with Aziraphale at the end and won't actually be going through sad breakup times but that's neither here nor there)
There's also a focus on names that have various/ambiguous meanings: Inspector Constable, Bildad the Shuhite, Mrs. Sandwich, Mr vs Dr Dalrymple, Jane Austen, and of course, Jim.

Their miracle was so big because Crowley and Aziraphale are the only demon and angel who eat and drink on a semi-regular basis

I just know Aziraphale and Crowley will end up retired the way Pestilence is retired. Going on and on about how relaxed they are and how happy they are not to be working, meanwhile you glance at their calendar out of the corner of your eye and take immediate psychic damage.
(every retiree I’ve ever met is like this)
