Hello one more time, Hermitcraft fans! March is almost over... which means Hermit-a-Day May is fast approaching! As we lead up to the April 1st release of this year's schedule, I'd like to take some time to introduce the nine amazing featured artists helping us out with our fundraiser incentives this year!

Мы уже рассказывали, как интернет вещей (Internet of Things, IoT) вместе с технологиями Big Data и машинного обучения (Machine Learning) используются в нефтегазовой, транспортной, сельскохозяйственной и машиностроительных отраслях. Сегодня поговорим подробнее про промышленный IoT (Industrial Internet of Things, IIoT) на примерах его применения в тяжелом машиностроении и рассмотрим, почему индустриальный интернет вещей основан на решениях Big Data.

Чем отличается промышленный интернет вещей от IoT?

IIoT используется в индустриальных условиях для автоматизации производства, тогда как IoT ориентирован на решение более простых задач бытового плана. Например, «умный дом» в пределах одного домохозяйства – это сфера применения IoT, а эффективное управление многоэтажным зданием, жилым кварталом или целым городом – уже задача для IIoT-системы. При этом основная ценность от внедрения IIoT – это достижение максимальной результативности и экономичности (энергоэффективности) производства за счет оптимизации его стоимости с помощью ИТ [1]. Для этого IIoT-системы учитывают отраслевую или корпоративную специфику, объединяя в единую сеть все производственные объекты [2]. Таким образом, промышленный интернет вещей – это скоординированная система ИТ-инструментов для автоматического сбора и передачи потоков Big Data с технологического оборудования на облачный сервер с целью анализа данных и формирования рекомендаций, в т.ч. с помощью методов Machine Learning [3]. Согласно прогнозу аналитического центра TAdviser и госкорпорации «Ростех», российский рынок IoT к 2020 году составит 270 млрд рублей, 25% из которых придется на долю промышленных предприятий. При этом 75% отечестве��ных компаний из опрошенной выборки применяют IIoT-системы для обеспечения безопасности и видеонаблюдения, 70% – для диагностики оборудования и мониторинга, а 60% – для управления инфраструктурой. Также Industrial Internet of Things используется для контроля энергопотребления и хода работ, управления транспортом, отслеживания местонахождения движущихся и стационарных объектов и т.д. [3]. В этой статье мы собрали 4 примера успешного внедрения IIoT в сферу тяжелого машиностроения в России и за рубежом.

Как работают IIoT-системы на стеке Big Data: архитектура и принципы действия

В типовую IIoT-систему входят: ·       «интеллектуальные» конечные устройства (датчики, сенсоры, контроллеры); ·       программное обеспечение сбора и обработки информации, в т.ч. облачные IoT-платформы, со специализированными интерфейсами обмена данными (RESTful, Python API) и управления очередями сообщений (AMQP, STOMP, MQTT); ·       проводные и беспроводные протоколы передачи данных на транспортном уровне модели OSI - Serial, RS-485, MODBUS, EtherNet/IP, CAN bus, OPC UA, BLE, WiFi, и пр.   Таким образом, IIoT-системы являются яркими представителями Big Data технологий за счет своих архитектурных особенностей [4]: ·       множество источников данных – датчиков, сенсоров, контроллеров и других периферийных (конечных) устройств с высокой скоростью реакции на события и низким энергопотреблением, а также с малыми вычислительными мощностями; ·       непрерывные потоки данных с конечных устройств с высоким уровнем помех в сигнале из-за специфических условий производственной среды (экстремальные значения температуры, влажности, электромагнитные возмущения, вибрация, визуальные и звуковые шумы и т.д.); ·       использование SaaS/PaaS/IaaS-решений – сбор, автоматизированная обработка и интеллектуальный анализ данных, в т.ч. с применением Machine Learning, выполняются на облачных серверах с высокими вычислительными мощностями.    В связи этими архитектурными особенностями разработчики IIoT-решений и DevOps-инженеры сталкиваются с необходимостью использования распределённых систем доступа к объектам, в частности, обмена сообщениями через очередь. Для этого используются протоколы AMQP, STOMP, MQTT, реализованные в программных брокерах RabbitMQ, Apache Qpid, Apache ActiveMQ [5]. Однако, считается, что наилучшими ��озможностями масштабирования отличается распределенный реплицированный журнал фиксации изменений Apache Kafka. Именно этот брокер сообщений обеспечивает наращивание пропускной способности при росте числа и нагрузки со стороны источников данных, а также количества приложений по их обработке (подписчиков) [6]. Таким образом, IIoT-системы для быстрой обработки данных в режиме онлайн активно используют прикладные Big Data решения. Например, для быстрой загрузки данных с конечных устройств часто используется платформа обработки событий (сообщений) Apache NiFi, а для хранения информации – облачные сервера на базе Apache Hadoop. Про архитектуру IIoT-систем и брокеры программных сообщений (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) мы написали отдельные статьи, а сейчас рассмотрим еще несколько практических примеров использования интернета вещей с технологиями Big Data и Machine Learning в промышленности.

Примеры IIoT-систем в машиностроении

Одним из наиболее популярных примеров применения IIoT в машиностроении является кейс Harley Davidson – американского производителя культовых мотоциклов и сертифицированного поставщика продукции военного назначения для вооружённых сил США. Благодаря внедрению IIoT-системы, компания в 7 раз увеличила свою акционерную стоимость и почти в 20 раза сократила производственный цикл. В рамках технической реконструкции рабочих площадок на каждом производственном этапе были установлены датчики, контролируемые программным обеспечением класса MES (Manufacturing Execution System, система управления производственными ��роцессами). Это позволило существенно ускорить процессы перенастройки оборудования для кастомизации выпускаемых моделей [2]. Аналогичные результаты демонстрирует машиностроительная компания Brexton, производящая станки для обработки камня. Благодаря подключению оборудования к удаленным сервисам, вероятности его поломки рассчитываются заранее, что позволяет вовремя запланировать профилактические и ремонтные работы. В результате производительность предприятия выросла на 30%, а прибыльность – на 70% [2]. Отечественные машиностроительные предприятия также успешно используют IIoT-системы. В частности, Ульяновский автомобильный завод оптимизировал маршруты и график перемещений межцехового транспорта, снабдив его GPS-датчиками. Предприятие вложило в проект всего 100 тысяч рублей, и теперь экономит 2,5 миллионов рублей в месяц при использовании пяти GPS-датчиков компании [3]. Другая промышленная компания, сталелитейное и горнодобывающое предприятие ПАО «СеверСталь» также решает свои производственные задачи с помощью IIoT. Технологическое оборудование на промышленных площадках оснащено десятками тысяч датчиков, которые передают информацию в одно из крупнейших среди промышленных компаний России гибридное хранилище данных Data Lake. Собранные данные автоматически обрабатываются и анализируются с использованием алгоритмов машинного обучения. В частности, на Череповецком металлургическом комбинате в промышленной эксплуатации находятся 2 предиктивные модели Machine Learning, которые позволяют предсказывать поломки на стане горячей прокатки. За 8 месяцев эксплуатации эти модели предотвратили 10 аварийных ситуаций. Планируемый ежегодный эффект от сокращения простоев специалисты предприятия оценили в 200 миллионов рублей. Также в рамках цифровизации компании по программе «управление качеством» ведется работа над прогностическими моделями оценки удовлетворенности клиента. Анализируя большие данные, получаемые в режиме онлайн с технологического оборудования на каждом этапе производства, алгоритмы Machine Learning должны предсказать, насколько продукт удовлетворяет заявленным параметрам клиентского заказа и каковы отклонения. Это позволит значительно улучшить качество продукции и, соответственно, выручку компании [3].
