They’re about to become one of the most obnoxious in love couples. So much so that we won’t know what to do with ourselves (mostly because we already don’t know what to do with ourselves).

Personally, after watching Anthony level of unhinged happy married man and soon to be father, I have a headcanon (maybe it’s canon) that all Bridgerton men become slightly unhinged in a whole new way once their season is over and they’re settled down. Colin soft boy lover era is coming, we just had to get through Reputation and the All Too Well 10 min version before getting there.

i was thinking abt how i portray reader & her feelings in holding out and tbh she isnt rly. in love with bkg (yet) LOL. like… he’s a dragon… if anything bkg is the one in love with her 😋 i made her interactions w him v platonic in ch1-2 and things only shifted in ch3 after the basilisk thing bc it made bkg realize how down bad he was heehee. but only for bkg. reader’s still in her own lane. 💪 its the one sided pining okay

but like. she’s still emotionally attached to him. cuz she was the only one who really KNEW knew him—him, a dragon, that has not been seen for centuries in the human realm. it would make anyone feel special, i think. and she still grew close to him over the months they spent together… enough to form a friendship. so its only natural for her to be distraught when he leaves 🥺 and for her to miss him 🥺

i have discovered in drawing wink more Backstory despite having finished the game w them already lmao. but I have added another scar (accident from an unexpected acid splash) that obvs doesn't shoe up in game bc its not in the char creator. I have decided that it's something wink usually covered up (less so by the time act 3 rolls around) w some cantrip-level illusion. i think they were EXTREMELY sensitive about being a wild magic sorcerer for a long time and all the lack of control and that particular scar was just a regular reminder of their own shortcomings rather than some cool battle mark
