oh i forgot to mention at therapy while we were discussing psychotherapy methods for my anxiety and depression my therapist was like “do you pray? i’ve found that in a lot of my patients, praying helps a lot” and i had to try and give this christian guy a cliff’s notes rundown of judaism and our extremely complicated relationship with G-d in like 20 seconds or less

5 good/positive things that happened to you in 2019:

first of all surviving because seriously last years was a big chaos i got these acknowledgments for having some of the best grades in two semesters i got my best friend back because he moved back home  i made more money than last year and got to buy gifts for me and my parents  oh i was a finalist/got special mention in three writing contests!!! got two short stories published in books!! (i almost forgot this and it was maybe the best  things that happened to me this year!!! i got so happy remembering it!!)
