my problem with making vidz is that i have long periods of time when im unmotivated to do anything and i dont record/edit anything. but worse then that is this crippling feeling when i do that.

like, i havent been working on my new project for two days, and i feel like an unproductive peaice of shit. but im not!

Ive litterally made my weird nft short film the last week, completly unpromted, which took a lot of time but also was a lot of fun. im absolutley not an unproductive shithead.

It's just that 2021 i didint really do anything, so this year i promised myself to do more and better. which is good! but i think it coiunditioned my brain to be constantly working and view downtimem as sokmething bad. like, brain. its been just two weeks, leave me the fuck alone. that vid will probablly take me a whole month of work anywayws. its not like i have some deadline.

Hell, that short movie i did happened entarily on a wim. Why can't i accept that beign unproductive is okay? Of course i know i should be working, but the crushing weight i feel makes me even more unmotivated and horrible.
