Look at him!!!! Look at Haillie!!!! They are both so cute with their feet up on the railing like that. She’s copying her dad which is totally adorbs . Also, interesting that Stevie is up higher, so is not as likely to be photographed. Mr. Porter, Em, Hailie and her fiancée are in the limelight already whereas Stevie not so much so it makes sense that they would be more shielded and in the background, protected. The whole scene is laid back, relaxed, comfortable.

Trying to remember all of them, but I'll probably forget a bunch:

Haillie's dress is beautiful, but the lowhanging neckline is making me nervous. Hitch it up a couple of inches, and we're golden.

Emily Blunt: idk why they've drawn underwear on her dress, or why it appears to come with built-in clothes hangers? Or some sort of scaffolding? Idk what to call it, but the shoulders are very stuff looking.

Issa Rae: stunning.

Billie Eillush: love her hair and make up, and I admire her commitment to her own personal style.

America Ferrera: stunning🤩🤩🤩

Vanessa Hudgens: looks radiant, and love how she's showing off her bump.

Juliann Hough: uh. It's apparently pants? But the top is crooked, and everything from the bust down is massive and drowning her in a very unflattering way. (Also, I can't stand her voice, I find it incredibly grating on the ears.)

The men: lotsa black here, which is classic, but safe. I see a few pins or brooches, which is nice.

Emma Stone: someone called it a mermaid dress made of coffee filters, and now I can't get rid of the mental images. It's a lovely colour though! And I like the necklace.

Brittany Snow: I didn't recognise her face🙈 but the dress is nice, and the necklace too.

Anya Taylor-Joy: I like it. I see lots of comments hating it, and I don't get why?

Xochitl Gomez: absolutely stunning.

Tldr: I think America Ferrera and Xochitl Gomes have the best dresses, and I'm happy to see necklaces back, because too many outfits looked weirdly incomplete last year.

I was a little alarmed at how many of the townies I made “playable” just kind of got old without really doing much. So when I moved Mathew Wheeler (one of Haillie’s boyfriends) and Ashley DeBore (another playable from Cactus Canyon - formerly a sorority girl) into the same apartment complex I decided to give them a little push in the right direction. They’re both romance sims, after all, and they already had crushes on each other!

Ashley has some other irons in the fire romantically, though. So we’ll see what happens :)

The Battle of Adwa was the climactic battle of the First Italo-Ethiopian War. The Ethiopian forces defeated the Italian invading force on Sunday 1 March 1896, near the town of Adwa. The decisive victory thwarted the campaign of the Kingdom of Italy to expand its colonial empire in the Horn of Africa.

The Ethiopians surrounded the Italians for two weeks and, upon Empress Tayitu's advice, cut off the fort's water supply. The Italian commander agreed to surrender if they would be allowed to leave with their firearms. Menelik agreed that they could leave the garrison unharmed.

Starting a business always comes with challenges, and for our venture at Central Mindanao University (CMU), the biggest challenge was making sure we were solving the right problem. Our goal was to provide rental lockers and umbrellas that would truly help the CMU community, including students, faculty, and staff. To do this, we needed to understand their needs and problems.

We tackled this challenge by conducting detailed interviews and surveys. By getting feedback directly from potential users, we identified the key issues they faced. This data-driven approach helped us focus on the most important problems and create solutions that were relevant and effective.

Like any entrepreneurial journey, ours had its setbacks. One major challenge was thinking long-term and starting small. We knew we needed to build a sustainable business, which meant growing slowly and steadily. This required patience and strategic thinking. Although we didn’t face outright failures, progress was slow, and success didn’t come immediately. This process taught us the importance of resilience and adaptability. Every small success built the foundation for future growth, and we stayed focused on our long-term goals despite short-term challenges.

Dealing with these challenges helped me discover new skills. One key skill was effective problem-solving. Identifying and addressing the right problem sharpened my analytical abilities and taught me to tackle issues methodically. I also improved my communication skills through interviews and surveys, learning to listen actively and ask the right questions. Another skill I developed was strategic planning. Understanding that our business needed to grow gradually required careful planning and foresight. This involved setting realistic milestones, managing resources efficiently, and keeping a clear vision for the future.

Reflecting on the entire entrepreneurial experience, several important lessons stand out. First, understanding the needs of your target audience is crucial. Our success depended on our ability to listen to the CMU community and adapt our services to meet their specific needs. This customer-focused approach is essential in any business.

Secondly, resilience and patience are vital qualities for an entrepreneur. The journey is rarely smooth, and setbacks are inevitable. However, seeing these challenges as opportunities for growth and learning is key to long-term success.

Lastly, starting small and scaling up is very important. This approach reduces risks and allows for continuous improvement based on real-world feedback. By focusing on incremental growth, we built a solid foundation for our business and ensured its sustainability.

Overall, the entrepreneurial journey of establishing rental lockers and umbrellas at CMU has been a transformative experience. It taught me valuable lessons about understanding customer needs, being resilient, and the importance of strategic planning. These lessons will undoubtedly guide me in future ventures and endeavors.
