Actually, considering Eve definitely knows Vaggie is Adam's daughter, but Vaggie also is on good terms with Abel and Seth's best friend, what's her and Vaggie's relationship like? And what are the thoughts of Eve and Lute toward each other/what are their interactions like? I also ask for before the drama, since Lute, due to being Adam's army buddy, would have probably met Eve before sleeping with Adam.

Vaggie gets along pretty well with Eve. Because of how close Vaggie and Seth have been since childhood, it actually wasn't uncommon for Vaggie to spend a few hours after school at Eve's house, if Lute was busy for whatever reason and it wasn't a day the Eden boys spent with their dad. After all, sometimes Lute was busy and she couldn't leave her small child home alone for hours - so it was often just easier for Vaggie to go to Eve's house with Seth, have a snack and do homework until her mom got out of work and could come pick her up.

As Vaggie got older, she stopped going over to Eve's place after school quite as often, because after a certain age, she could just stay home alone for the time between when she got out of school and when Lute got home. But that isn't to say she never went over; Seth was still her best friend from as long as either of them could remember and there really was no reason why either of them couldn't hang out at each other's house sometimes. So Eve really did just stay as her best friend's pretty cool (and maybe a little hot, Vaggie may have had to admit to herself once she started really becoming aware of her sexuality) mom.

Lute and Eve were never close, but they were always civil to each other, both before and after Eve and Adam officially separated from each other. Their personalities were different enough that they never would have been friends, but they never had any reason to be hostile to each other, so their interactions tended to be fairly minimal, but were always pleasant enough when they did happen.
