I don't own the audio. It belongs to a YouTuber called Shanieology. He cosplays and voice acts as Skeletor from He Man and has him react to things. His Skeletor voice and acting skills as him are spot on, and it's almost like Skeletor is actually sitting there in real life reacting to things.
