Bill thing

Ok so a lot of people have been making human Bill designs (or at least somewhat humanoid) and I've had a little idea for a bit. He talks a lot about human bodies being 'deluxe' and shit in the show (haven't read the book yet so idk how this would be) but he can sorta shape change in the show so I thought "hey, maybe he could turn human". But with the whole 'deluxe' thing, and just my love of nonhuman characters, I then thought that maybe it would be hard to imitate a perfect human form so he does this instead.

The image quality is absolute shit but it's on a Chromebook I'm trying my best ok

The horns would likely be retractable or sumn so he can wear his hat but when he wants them out or gets mad/uses magic, they come out and boink his hat off. The thing that holds the eye charm between them sorta looks like his hat though lmao. Usually the human eyes are closed and the forehead one is open, and there are little marks in his palms where the fire comes out of that also dilate based on his eye dilation.

The hooves are because silly but also because of the whole Salem witchcraft thing in the book where he was a goat.

I guess you could use this design if you wanted or even draw it as long as it's with credit, I will have a clothed/colored version hopefully soon.

Oh and he's like 7 feet tall ofc.
