this wasnt meant to be a modern au doodle, the initial idea was ilyn letting qyburn operate on him to achieve max efficiency as a headsman, hence his right arm being a single blade (it also makes him look mantis-like, which is a bug sonoa and i strongly associate with him) so the in-universe explanation is that he'd skate around, pick up the condemned with his skeletal hand and chop off their heads right then and there. the isopod on his head is his little friend. the appendages in his upper jaw help maneuver food to the back of his throat which makes eating quite a bit easier for him. it ended up as a modern au drawing anyways cos i got lazy and didnt feel like drawing an entire comic

Shaun is a tea lover. On and off camera, he likes to drink tea with food. Biscuits, Cakes, scones, etc.

Rebecca listens to 80's boy band music. You name it, NSYNC, One Direction, Boyz II Men, New Kids on the Block, etc. For those wondering, she listens to them while shooting with her headsets. It helps her caln down and remember her lines.

Lucy is just Lucy. If you ask me what does she look like ? She looks like a mother of the group who never asked to be there. (She's actually happy to be with the gang, The Gang cried when she ended her scene in Brotherhood.)

Clay plays musical instruments. From Basses to keyboards, he likes to collab with the other actors. (Him as the keyboard and Connor as the Bass for example.) His dream when he was a kid was one thing; Create a Boy Band with his friends. But that one time (Ezio on the Lute, Connor on the Bass, Jacob on the drums and him on the keyboard)...didn't go so well. After creating their first song 'Exploding skin and the Melancholy of Modern smell' for fun, mind you. (If you know which cameo this is, I salute you.) The crew instantly got dizzy and couldn't stop throwing up. (Thankfully, they didn't uploaded it to the internet thanks to Desmond).

William strikes me as 'looks like an asshole but actually a fun guy' type. In the scene where he slapped Desmond in Ac3, he quickly apologises to him. Asking if he hitted too hard. Desmond said it was fine (he got a bruise the next morning tho-)

Daniel is a bookworm. He loves reading books with Shaun, resulting them becoming really good friends.

As for Layla, she's actually best friends with Sei Shimazu from the webtoon series ; Assassin's Creed Forgotten Temple (if we read one of the chapters). They usually head out for coffee or lunch-As for the main character, Noa Kim, oh boy. He's a huge fan of the series. So if you read it (I recommend it for an Edward Kenway fan.) You'll notice some lines along with 'Subject 17', or a hologram of Ezio. Change my mind or not. When Ezio's Hologram (He was in the animus, either chapter 6 or 8) walked to him and held his hand, he resisted the urge to fanboy right on the spot. When the camera was off, he couldn't stop beaming like a boy who just got the toy that he really wanted, he even chatted with him lmao.

Sei and Saito are played by twin siblings. Sei is played by the eldest twin, as for Saito, she is played by the youngest twin. People thoughr that they were played by the same person (concept like Aguilar and Callum Lynch)

Pokemon dragon clan theory

Okay so in pokemon scarlet and violet we're introduced to Hassle, who is the art teacher at the school and the dragon elite four member.

When you take his class and finish all of them you have is personal quest and long story shot someone from the dragon clan keeps pestering him to go back and take his father's place as the head of the clan. That got me thinking what if all the dragon type gym leaders/elite four members were related in some way, shape or form

MDZS/Naruto crossover: What would happen of Sasuke was transported and became Jiang Cheng?

I got this small woice in my head that Jiang Cheng and Sasuke Uchia have a lot in common. The explosive temper, the thirst to avenge their families, the prodigious older brother and the father who always compared them to their brothers. So here is a promt. If someone got some ideas from this, please feel free to write to your hearts content. I'd love to read your works.

Uchiha Sasuke was a lot of things, murdered, terrorist, traitor, selfish, but he wasn't delusional. So when he opened his eyes and instead of the picture of the gruesome battlefield he saw a smiling stranger man, he knew he was in deep shit.

He tried and failed to recall how he could possibly get here, who was this man, and what happened on the battlefield. The thing he knew,nwas that he was small enough to be cradled to the man's chest as a newborn, and the strange man, who smiled at him and muttered nonsensical thing, like it was the most natural thing wasn't his father. He didn’t caught up in infinite tsukutomi, because he found this whole charade unsettling, and if the dojutsu user wanted him to believe he was in fact an infant, they would have made sure to erase everything wich might have pointed to the technique.

When he tried to speak the only thing that came out of his mouth is some unrecognisable infant bailing. So he was either totally insane, locked in a dojutsu or he just went and got himself in the biggest trouble he could manage, and somehow got reincarnated in an unknown world where he was surrounded wit unknown people. He really didn't know wich wan he was hoping for....

As the months went by, Sasuke needed to accept the fact, he was in a totally different world. It was a strange feeling. This totally strange, but oddly familiar world.

He still got his chakra, and as far as he could tell he could use it still. He didn't dare to experiment, because he didn't wanted to have more attention drawn to himself. The one lecturer that stuck from his last life is that, if you were exceptional, you got exploited easily. So the young Uchia's number one operative was to be ordinary.

So he didn't showed he got to use his chakra, he didn't react when he heard the adults talking about important, and highly sensitive information around him, and he definitely didn't experimented with this chi thing. Ok, he might have tried to meditate a few times, but he didn't push it after the second month. The chi was really similar to chakra, and it was easy for him to manipulate it in himself. And he was determined to be ordinary, and ordinary people did not have control over their chi before their first birthday.

The other big thing that happened was that he started to think about himself as Jiang Cheng. It was how everyone called him. Either that or A-Cheng. And if the girl, his older sister wanted to call him A-Cheng, well he had a soft spot for the girl. She reminded him.of his late mother. Not the current one. His mother in this world was sharp, and always one step away from blowing up. She got a naturally spikey disposition, and even though it resonated deeply with Jiang Ch... Sasuke, he really didn't think they'll get along well in the future. They were really too similar for that.

The one thing that didn't seem to change was his father figure. He was as distant as his original one. He was a caln... sorry sect leader, and even though the man got a gentle nature, he was often absent even when he was with his wife. It was disturbingly familiar, and as such comforting in this strange new world Jiang Ch... Sasuke found himself transported to.

After a few more months he didn't even searched for inconsistencies anymore. If someone trapped him in a genjutsu, they were a master, and it was unlikely he will get out. And honestly would it be so bad, if he got a second chance. If he really got a mother, who was spikey, but never failed to make her voice heard, a sister who doted on him, and a father who was... ok, who wasn't that much of a father, but at least he didn't compare him to anbody.

It seemed to be a good life. And in the life of a shinobi, one needed to cherish the good moments, so that was what Jiang Cheng did. He embraced his new identity.

I have no idea what her name is, but she's a bitchy Malestrom lady that comes off as aggressive and mean but is more "aloof" towards people she "cares" about. She's also a mad hypocrite when it comes to the Mox and sex-stuff in general. She comes off as a massive prude, but in her own head she fantasizes about doing BDs and pole dancing. Oh yeah, she's also got a spider-mouth like Calne Ca, so add to her scariness.

I think its like a 50/50 split HC Tad's mom as being from the surface, or Slugterra, and then someway, somehow going topside.

I actually lean to her being from the surface, and heading down for fun, only to stop when she ended up pregnant with Tad.

But im not opposed to her being a Slugterra resident who found her way topside.

As for Will and Shadow Clan, eh-

I doubt Will knew? and if he did, he can't exactly police someone coming down, and yeah, probably would have done what he could to make sure Tad's mom could get up top safely.

As for the Shadow Caln, unless Tad's mom did something to harm them, slugs or just hurt the balance in Slugterra they would not care. as they only act to protect the Caverns. to varying degrees lol.

Justice Prevails: Verdict Reached in International Sweepstakes Scam Case

A notorious case of deception and exploitation has come to a head as the verdict was reached in the trial of a former Florida man. Jack Mayer, once an international fugitive, faced charges stemming from a sweepstakes scam that targeted vulnerable elderly individuals. The case shed light on a complex web of deceit that spanned multiple jurisdictions and left victims across the country devastated.

The former Florida man who spent time as an international fugitive due to his involvement in sweepstakes scam targeting elderly men and women, has been found guilty of theft and conspiracy charges in Common Pleas Court. A jury of eight men and four women deliberated about 21/2 hours on Wednesday before returning with its verdict against Jack Mayer, who the prosecution had described as a “money launderer” in the scheme. An East Caln man lost more than $260,000, and others from Indiana to Arizona lost thousands more. Mayer, 43, was found guilty of six counts of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, seven counts of theft by deception, six counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of operating a corrupt organization and related counts of conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility. He faces a maximum sentence on the felony counts of more than 220 years in prison, although his actual sentence will likely be far less, given state sentencing guidelines. Judge Phyllis Streitel, who presided over the three day trial, ordered a pre-sentencing investigation be completed before she sentences Mayer. The defendant did not testify at the trial. He also faces extradition to England to begin serving a sentence for a similar conviction there. Assistant District Attorney Alexander Gosfield, who led the prosecution, expressed gratitude for the verdict.

“We are pleased the jury was able to see through the web of deception woven by the defendant and his co-conspirators and are grateful for their hard work in this case,” he said on Thursday. “This result proves that no matter how devious the criminal, a diligent and dedicated law enforcement officer can see that justice is done.” First Assistant Public Defender Nathan Schenker, who represented Mayer, declined comment on the verdict.

According to police records, in 2010 a caller using a false name contacted the victim by telephone and told him that he was the winner of a $3.5 million lottery prize. Police said the caller instructed the victim to send cashier’s checks to a bank account with “Private and Corporate Securities” to cover taxes and fees so the sweepstakes winnings could be released. According to a criminal complaint filed by investigators, the caller provided the victim with names and contact information of supposed representatives of the IRS and Federal Trade Commission and claimed to work for a sweepstakes company called Town & Country Inc., based in New York City. None of the names were real, and there is no sweepstakes company with that name. The victim, who was 86 years old at the time of the incident, sent a total of $262,035 to the account, but reported the activity to the Downingtown Police Department after the caller requested an additional $224,000. The man testified at the trial in a videotaped interview that was used because he suffers from medical problems.

Evidence presented at the trial by Gosfield included a series of stipulations, read by Downingtown Detective Paul Trautmann, that laid out how the money was deposited into a Citibank account that Mayer controlled in June and July 2010. Funds that mirrored the checks that the East Caln man sent to the address were shown coming into the account in July 2010, and later being dispersed. When he was interviewed by FBI agents in January, Mayer told them that he had agreed to accept the funds into his account in exchange for a 1 percent or 2 percent commission. “It’s like a bank,” he told the agents. “It’s (a) normal commission.” In a portion of the interview with the FBI, however, Mayer acknowledged knowing that the man he dispersed the funds to, identified as Luis Gasparini, was dishonest, and that he had worked with him previously in dubious activities. In his defense of Mayer, Schenker asked the jury to consider whether he would have used his own name to open the account if he were part of the complex scheme, unlike the caller who notified the victim of the sweepstakes prize and the other false identities given. He suggested that Mayer was an unwitting dupe of others involved in the scam.

In his response during closings, Gosfield pointed out that the scheme was designed to have multiple “fall guys,” so that all those involved could deny knowledge if they were ever caught. The amount of money flowing through Mayer’s account – almost a half million dollars – in such a short time span, combined with his admission to agents that he was sending the money to someone he knew was involved in illegal business dealings, made it impossible that Mayer could have been in the dark about this scheme. In his statement after the verdict, Gosfield paid tribute to Trautmann’s work to bring charges in the case. Once the victim reported the incident, Trautmann initiated an investigation and was able to freeze Mayer’s accounts and discovered multiple other elderly victims across the United States. Authorities said the other victims, included a 91-year-old man from North Carolina and an 88-year-old man from Texas, also fell prey to the same scheme.

Police alleged that Mayer left his Florida home and fled the country after his accounts were frozen and charges were filed. Officials said law enforcement reports indicated he surfaced in England, France and the Dominican Republic. After learning of Mayer’s whereabouts, Chester County law enforcement authorities contacted federal government officials stationed in the Dominican Republic and had him deported back to the United States in May 2013. “With little more than a telephone and the internet, Detective Trautmann exposed an international fraud scheme and brought down one of its principal players,” Gosfield said. “When criminals prey on the citizens of Chester County, they can run half a world away, but Chester County law enforcement will find them and bring them to justice.”

The conviction of Mayer, who faces the possibility of a lengthy prison sentence, marks a significant victory for law enforcement and the victims affected by his actions. The tireless efforts of investigators, particularly Detective Paul Trautmann, uncovered the extent of the scheme and ensured that justice prevailed. As Mayer awaits sentencing and extradition proceedings, this case serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance against fraud and the dedication of those who work to combat it.
