Finally finished reading homestuck. Took me only half a year with long breaks. It was quite a journey to finish this monolith of a story. Kinda sad I hadn't read it earlier.

Thinking of reading the epilogues which part is better to start with meat or candy? Or is it even worth it to read them at all?

im posting this on my old blog instead of my new main bc ill be damned before i get caught in 4k beefing about homestuck fandom, but like. Yeah no sorry I fully agree with Egbert's points in the last update. I do realize that thematically this is setting up for the june d'egging, depression paying attention escapism wont make you happy blah blah blah, but on an actual events terms she's right.

People talk a lotta shit about her traumas and mental illnesses influencing her character but like. The same is happening to everyoneel else too, i think
