Thank you, dear ❤️ it was a lot of work, but it paid off in the end. Now I'm about to start my classes again! My holidays were really short-lived.

I don't know if posting a word count can be considered a sneak peek, haha. The thing has almost doubled in length since then.

I honestly don't know when it'll be posted... You know when you've got too many ideas all at once and you've got to figure out how to make them fit in a coherent story? That's me right now, and most of the time.

I've said it before. I often feel like I don't choose which stories to write, they choose me and I'm just a vessel. And being a vessel can be exhausting, as fun as it is.

It’s crazy to see you walking away from LS. I think yours was some of the first fics I read for the show. I completely understand why you have, I’m about one and a half feet out the door myself. It’s just been crazy to look around and see the fandom dwindling and some of my favorite people moving on. Again, I more than understand why because I’m about 90% there myself. Just sad how much fun we all used to have and how excited we were after the s3 finale, and now this.

I completely feel you nonnie. If I'm being honest I have basically spent the season grieving my love for the show and for Tarlos.

I have 108 fanfic posted on AO3 for Tarlos. The most I have ever written for a ship ever. They captured my heart from the moment they were on the screen and losing the happiness they used to spark in me has been painful (dramatic I know, but true)

What makes it even worse is I had all these fic ideas for them, and I just don't know if I'll ever get to write them even though they are mostly AUs.

Maybe I need this moment to step back and finish grieving the loss of all the potential Tim & Co have wasted to be able to come back to writing for them someday. Or maybe(hopefully) I will find a new ship to lose my mind over and write for them. I really miss writing, but I especially miss the joy 911 LS used to give me.

Fanfic Progress Update 161

So, Hazbin Hotel was effing NOICE :D Didn't inspire me to write so far, but we'll see how this brainrot progresses. Currently I'm at the stage where I watch the musical parts 15 million times a day, the next stage is usually reading fanfics written by others, and the next one is writing if I fail to find what I'm looking for or just feel like it. Again, we'll see. On other news, stay tuned for the last sneak-peek for A Sign that you're important at the bottom of this post!

A Sign that you're important

Fandom: Sonic the Hedgehog, movieverse

Summary: One month upon his assigment as Doctor Robotnik's assitant, Agent Stone is told to learn sign language. He doesn't know why, and isn't suicidal enough to ask, so he simply rolls with it. Turns out, it's not just a whimsy of the eccentric doctor, even though that doesn't stop the doctor from utilizing it like one.

Progress: Chapter 5 was posted on 18th of January. The last chapter will be posted on 25th of January aka the next Thursday. Chapter 6 is a bit over halfway written, so cutting it a little close here, but I'll get it done in time. The biggest problem will be the chapter title tbh. I have a placeholder title (the old title for chapter 5 actually), but it's not perfect, so I'll need to brainstorm at some point, which is hopefully not on Thursday right as I'm posting it XD;

Maybe it said something about Agent Stone - and probably not good things - that the poster in the cafeteria's pin board piqued his interest more than any of his official assignments had for a good long while. 

Dr. Robotnik, huh?

Progress: This one will be part one of a two-parter longfic, the first part probably... 10-ish chapters? It's a bit hard to estimate at this point, so the number is subject to change - will probably end up being increased tbh. My weekly writing hour (as in, a specific hour when I sit down and write, no excuses [other than not being home]) is devoted to this fic.

I have the first five chapters done. Chapter 6 is 1/3 written.

I also have two halfway written chapters that don't yet know their exact placement within the fic (they're scenes that will be slotted in to wherever they feel natural, once the fic is ready for them.)

Maybe it would have been better if he had never been able to talk with Knuckles. He could have just dropped the renegade red rascal at the hedgehog’s home to do whatever it was he had assumed Knuckles wanted – he had assumed punching, ripping some quills, and moving on, if he had had to hazard a guess when he had been unable to hear – and been none the wiser about the Master Emerald. He could have been content about the hedgehog getting some much deserved use as a punching bag and moved on with his own plans. Getting to Stone, kissing him silly, freshening up, eating actual food, getting a good night’s sleep in an actual bed (preferably with Stone in it), getting acquaintanced with the cafe lab, and making plans for further actions in the morning. Plans that likely would have involved checking up on the hedgehog to see if there was anything left to salvage in the wreck for science, and whether further revenge was necessary. Getting to his secret lab. Considering negotiations for his re-employment with the government – he had done nothing wrong, he had been acting on their orders to find out what had caused the blackout and he had been given the leave to deal with it in any way he deemed necessary.

I discovered when I wrote "Under the Boardwalk" that I use "as if" way too much. Like. Way too much. I think it was five times in one chapter. I'm glad I caught it and was able to edit it out.

🏅 What is the fic you’re most proud of?

Probably "Elixirs & Engagements." It was way more popular than I imagined, and I was glad there was an audience for a Regency Era Romance AU. I love Jane Austen and Regency Romances quite a bit and I was rather surprised to discover that no one else had written a zelink story like that (that I could find!), so I also got the pleasure of being one of the first to do so. I have a few more stories set in the universe I created for it, hopefully I'll get around to writing them soon instead of just thinking about them ...

🗑 What is one fic idea that you loved at first but then scrapped?

I have this story about Link lacking table manners and Zelda being kind of appalled and turned on by it. I really like the scenes I have written, I just can't bring them around into a full story. I keep trying and ... it just doesn't work. It had started as this way too long angsty thing and then I cut out the stuff I liked and it because kind of fun and fluffy, but still I can't get it to work. It frustrates me to no end because I really love what I have written. So it's scrapped for now, hopefully I'll figure it out someday.

Been forever since I've said anything here.

Hey everyone, Stranger here, and I just turned 30.

Live is... What it is, and I've yet to find a new job after the last one. Still too broke to buy all them cool new games, and like hell I'll be able to afford a PS5.

However, financial issues aside, I'm quite healthy, thank God for that.

I... Also understand the "rivalry" but I have a twitter account. Lots of cool artists over there that deserves the limelights and I enjoyed looking at all those pretty pictures.

It's the same thing I've been doing here, reblogging and retweeting cool pictures and shit to show others the same things I saw... Except there's more bots than actual people that follows me because I enjoy anime titties lmao

Don't worry, there are a few actual human beings who followed me and I know one of them because he's a friend, a kindred spirit of a sort.

I'm not too comfortable telling y'all what my account is because I'm mostly horny on main and I don't regret following a lot of artists who made them; pretty pictures are pretty and... Well, of course I'll follow my favorite hentai artists among others lol

Other than that... Sorry for the lack of activities, this stupid website with its stupid post limits, y'know?

I also have an AO3 account, but I haven't figured out that website yet so I've posted nothing yet. Kinda bullshit that I can't use Microsoft word files, I dunno how you whippersnappers understand that website.

I remembered seeing a fanfic there and a chapter has a section where it mimics the chat screen of a smartphone, wtf is that technowizardy nonsense, that's amazing.

Don't get me wrong, I understand what AO3 is about and I admire it... It's just too damn confusing most of the time. And I still can't find a dark mode for it, what gives?

Anyways, hopefully I'll find a job that'll accept a college dropout like me someday, and hopefully things will get better. Not just for me and my family, but for everyone else.
