This was a lovely specimen of the houseplant Aglaonema 'Silver Bay' (Chinese evergreen). This is an upright, clump-forming, slow-growing tropical evergreen perennial which can reach up to 90cm.

Oh my goodness it was so cool to see all these orchids. Vandas, Dendrobium, oncidiums, Phalaenopsis and ones the owner hybridized herself in laboratory. It was absurdly fun.

Making these really sucked but mostly because of the teeth on the traps. If I do another I have some other ideas to try & would also vary the sizes of traps. Pretty good for my first stained glass 3D thing! Finally a carnivorous plant I can’t kill.

Some Phalaenopsis I saw today too.

They literally had hundreds of them. And I learned why they’re called moth orchids. They get pollinated by them. I always thought it was just because they resembled moths to someone.
