Celebrity marriages have become very special these days. With fans raging with enthusiasm and are celebrating celebrity weddings as if they were their own house weddings. With celebrities getting so much love, even they are very humble and feel blessed that they've such loving fans. 2017 December was the start for this race. Once it started, the television and cinema stars started getting married in lots. Even earlier marriages used to happen but the ratio is far less than what is happening in 2018. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli: This wedding was the cutting of the ribbon for the wedding season. Their wedding happened on 11th December 2017. Virat as we all known is the captain of our Indian cricket team in all formats. He is one of the greatest we've today. He has made a lot of personal records. He is the fatest man to score 10000 runs in one-day cricket. Anushka on the other hand is our famous Bollywood leading lady who debuted with King Khan himself in the movie 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi'. Apart from this Anand is the owner of a clothing brand 'Bhane'. He also owns 'VegNonVeg' India's first multi-brand sneakers store. On the other hand Sonam kapoor is the daughter of the 'Dhak Dhak Karne Laga' actor Anil Kapoor. She has acted in several bollywood films with films like 'Neerja' giving her huge critical acclimation. Anand first met Sonam in 2014 and he proposed her within a few weeks from their first meeting. But Sonam did not accept the proposal immediately. He met Priyanka in a party and they started talking. He then proposed to Priyanka in London on her birthday on July 18, 2018. The couple tehn celebrated their engagement in Mumbai on August 18, 2018. They will get married on the 2nd December in Jodhpur.

We’ve seen many amazing Bollywood couples fall in love, get married, and grow old together — Dharmendra and Hema Malini, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bhaduri, Sunil Dutt and Nargis, and the list goes on. The latest marriage row was ignited by Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s wedding in December 2017 which spread like a wildfire. But there wasn’t an end to it, 2018 saw Bollywood celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Sonam Kapoor, Neha Dhupia, Himesh Reshammiya, etc. tie the knot! Boy, we could as well call 2018 as a year dedicated to Bollywood weddings alone. Out of all these weddings, if there’s one that has been the most anticipated, it has to be Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding. And why not? They were dating for around six years before they got married and they are super cute together! (twinkling eyes)

Ranveer and Deepika are real-life examples of how opposites attract. Ranveer (and his clothes), has clearly given us an idea about how colorful his personality is. He has always been vocal about his thoughts and he’s on the highest of energy levels when it comes to expressing his love for Deepika. On the other hand, Deepika has always been quite low key about her personal life. Also, her personality is classy and more towards the mellow side. If you’ve been following Deepika and Ranveer, you’d know how much of a cheesy husband Ranveer is. He thanked Sanjay Leela Bhansali for his blockbuster acting roles and then thanked him for becoming the reason why he met Deepika. He said, “Aur kya mangu mein uparwale se? Apni Leela, apni Mastani, apni Rani se shaadi kar li. Sach mein hero bangaya mein toh yaar.” (What else do I ask God for, I’ve married my Leela, my Mastani, my Queen and I’ve become the real hero guys!) Awww! Isn’t that just adorbs? No wonder why Deepika’s eyes started watering like a fountain after the speech. We feel you DeePee!

Right Behind You Pati Dev

When it comes to flirting on Instagram, Deepika isn’t far behind either. Her comments on Ranveer Singh’s posts are pretty “awww”some. Even before the hottest couple in B-town officially announced their wedding, Deepika was asked by Karan Johar about their relationship on his TV chat show, Koffee with Karan. Deepika turned all pink when Karan pointed out the couple’s flirty comments on each other’s post. Even though they have been denying the fact that they were in a relationship, for a very long time, we all know that wasn’t true. Thank you, Instagram!

Deepika as we know, had a rough break up phase after she parted ways from Ranbir Kapoor, her first Boyfriend in the film industry. The Deepika we saw back then was quite open about her relationship and even clicked family pictures with Ranbir’s parents! She then went through episodes of depression for a while, about which she later talked openly to the public. Well, can we blame her for not being too vocal and a little more reserved about her relationship with Ranveer? Nonetheless, she’s in a good place right now with Ranveer. Deepika’s life is a true testament to the old saying “everything happens for a reason.” She’s happy, successful, and stronger than ever before, and we know that Ranveer being a supportive husband has a big role to play behind the curtains.
