I created a personal player-model to use in the Half-Life multiplayer mod, Sven Co-op. Built using a HEV model from Blue Shift as a base, and additional clean-up on the model's UVs and animations - to support the tail!
I've uploaded this model to SketchFab, complete with animations! Speaking of...
youtube
My favorite part was porting the death animations from Nintendo 64's GoldenEye 007 to fit the Half-Life skeleton, even though sadly they had to be cut due to Sven Co-op limitations. Got this video out of it though, so!
And yes, he's been battle-tested. Screenshots under the cut!

PSA STEAM-ADMIN SCAMMERS
There is no such thing as steam-admin nor item check, it is only use to scam and baiting to lure log-in info to hack your steam account.
This scam method is rising more up recently, as more steam users are deceived and got their steam account hi-jacked.  scammers will hi-jack any account and trade/steal all the items that they can quick sell on steam-market.  (tf2 unusual, strange/stat-trak, tf2/csgo/any other games skins, etc.) (there’s still the chance the scammer will trade away all your items that are tradeable.)
But this time the scammer will use the hi-jacked account to chat with everyone on the friend-list (not a bot, but the scammer texting) and the chat can start with:
Tumblr media
It can be this or something similar. ^  and the scammer will try to get you in  contacting with a steam admin (there is no steam-admin, only steam moderator or Valve Employee, but also they can be use to impersonate by scammers) When you add the steam-admin, then the scammers will use scare tactics to try to get you to trade  your items to be checked (item check on steam is not a thing.) and it you don’t trade then steam-admin(scammer) will threaten with banning your account.
Tumblr media
uhm yeah, Valve definitely just has a “ban account” buttons lying around, just waiting for a misclick.  Sometimes later the scammer will send a link to a fake website or fake steam website to try and get your log-in info. so also, IMPORTANT Don’t click any links in Steam chat. Scammers can send links with special characters that look exactly like real Steam-related websites. If a website automatic download a png fill, then the .png can be hidden as .scr(file with malware that can hijack pc or steam account) like: fake steam main profile with redirect to PHISHING LINK url
This scam can happen to anyone who thinks it’s look legit or low experience traders or people with low experience with Steam.  links of these screenshots  https://twitter.com/DoovadHohdan/status/1051759011178209280 other links also related to read https://forums.steamrep.com/pages/about-item-checking-scam/ https://twitter.com/Chloemew/status/1051896720597106688 https://twitter.com/uberchain/status/1051899957131665408 https://twitter.com/SteamRep/status/1047976558470868994 https://the-talon-ted-meem.tumblr.com/post/176129394116/important-steam-scammers

ps. HTTPS(Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is an extension of Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) for secure communication over computer network.
also PLEASE DO NOT TRADE WITH ANYONE WHO CLAIMS THAT THEY ARE STEAM STAFF AND THAT THEY WANT TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS FOR DUPLICATES VIA TRADING AND THAT THEY WILL BAN OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT YOU IF YOU DO NOT COOPERATE.
also also, another steam scamming to know:
1) Someone asks you to visit a phishing site,  or you search on Google and click on a phishing ad.
2) You click "Sign in with Steam."
3) A new frame/popup/tab opens, and it does not say "steamcommunity.com" in the navigation bar. No "Valve Corp [US]" SSL indicator in the navigation bar. This replicated page that's logging anything you enter in login/password fields.
4) You enter login credentials, it asks for Steam mobile guard code. You enter the code, but you are not sending this data to Steamcommunity.com.
5) Using (4), the attacker can log into your Steam account until the Mobile guard code expires (~60 seconds). They can now access/modify/perform actions on your behalf on Steam (except confirm trades).
6) You get trade requests from anyone in which you send items? The trade now gets cancelled by the attacker, and they immediately send you another trade offer with the same profile name, trade offer message, and list of items.
7) You think (6) is legitimate since you were expecting a trade offer from that entity, you confirm the trade.
8) You have just sent your items to the attacker. The scam is complete and will repeat as long as your Steam profile is accessible to the attacker.
also, Valve Employees will almost never contact you through the Steam app, opting for email instead, and also display a badge on their profiles.  same with Steam Moderator they do also display a badge on their profiles.
Tumblr media
PS. also: There is a service of the Online Fraud Prevention Foundation name steamrep.com (SteamRep is hosted by the non-profit Online Fraud Prevention Foundation and is not affiliated with Valve/Steam in any way.) (also recommender rep.tf which is almost the same thing.)
There is also other scam method beside this that everyone should read about: https://forums.steamrep.com/pages/safetrading/ and steamrep guide for trading  https://forums.steamrep.com/forums/steamrep-guides.22/ r/tf2 "Pending Ban" scam https://www.reddit.com/r/tf2/comments/9ns1hj/pending_ban_scam/

Just fyi
I’ve tried to keep this blog sfw and animation focused, so I’m not afraid of this blog getting flagged, but I’m not a fan of tumblr’s new tos; consequently, I won’t be posting here anymore.
So just a reminder to my followers here I have a twitter and I’ll start posting more of my animations and general artistic work there.
