i’m sure most ppl expected this so i’m not gonna make a big deal out of it but!! yes i am going on hiatus for an unspecified amount of time.

I’ve cosplayed Life series!Jimmy again!! :D
I was going to wait until I finished the wings to cosplay him but I was so excited to put together the design I had that I just couldn’t wait any longer
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
All the pins are all references to different series’/duos/characters! The sheriff hat is for empires s2, the codfather head for s1. The Ranchers symbol for DL/Ranchers, there’s a spyglass for LL. There’s a bi and ace pin cus those are my headcanons for Jimmy. There’s a cat for Norman, a blue axolotl for Lizzie (empires s1) and a disc for Joel since their duo name is diss track duo. There is a pin with the listener symbol on the pocket cus I adore Listener!Jimmy. A poppy for flower husbands and the red, yellow and green hearts for the life system in the life games.
The necklace with a rock on it is supposed to be netherite/ancient debris cus I feel like if Tango is immune to fire then he could easily get netherite easily for Jimmy.
One of my favourite headcanons/au’s atm is that every Jimmy is the same person (empires s1, evo, life series, empires s2 etc) and so I did the same green freckles/scales I did for my codfather!Jimmy cosplay and did gills on my neck as well!!
Sorry for rambling on a bit I just love this cosplay sm, I put so much work into it and I’m so proud of it

Please do Kakyoin and Pucci for the ask hcs thingy! (Or Josuke if you don't want to do/have already done one of those two!)
👾 KAKYOIN 🍒
sexuality headcanon: i love self-projecting (plus!!!! i think araki confirmed it idk) so he's bisexual!!!!! :D
gender headcanon: non biney. they've got no binary. insert video game pun here today no gender no nothing
a ship i have with her: ignoring all the other gross fans of it (i am looking AWAY) i rly do think j*takak works in a character foil for each other sorta way, plus it's just funny to me bc I think they fake-date but for real fake
a brotp i have with them: I THINK HIM AND ABDUL GET ALONG LIKE GENUINELY THATS UH *INCOHERENT MUMBLING* FUCKING they often talk abt mythology together and the fact that abdul also had his stand since childhood tells me they'd get along so well (plus that's why he wasn't there for the death 13 arc he'd believe kak plus that baby's a fucking tiyanak) and polnareff too even tho she's so mean to him (bc pol and kaks dynamic reminds me of me and my kuya ^__^)
a notp i have with him: well i don't wanna say any of the ships but y'know. anyone else bc as much as I'm "eh" towards it at least jotaros her age shipping him w anybody else makes me feel so gross
a random headcanon: having met his pinoy relatives (from mom's side) they were convinced hierophant was a dead relative's spirit for a long while guarding him bc pinoy superstition and all, that's why his mom scolds her family for making him think that way bc she hasn't grown out of hierophant. ALSO that's what he discusses with abdul!!!!!
general opinion over them: hugest cc ever oh my GOD the way most people treat him makes me froth at the mouth i only trust certain people about her but he's also another genuinely great character and i feel like even if he could've been used for great potential his final battle with dio wraps up his character nicely so he's played his part well.
🌙 PUCCI ⭐
sexuality headcanon: he's gay. *pointing* fruit (affectionate)
gender headcanon: i like to think of him as a trans man!!!
a ship i have with him: sorry pucci you deserved so much better also i don't ship him w anyone ¯\_( ͠° ͟ʖ °͠ )_/¯
a brotp i have with him: MAN it's gonna sound weird but if he were to get a redemption arc with aus I'd say jolyne, yes it's bc I remember that comic where he says he'll officiate her foo fighters wedding since she can't marry ermes. Yes I'm emotional thinking about him and jotaro too, it's also gonna take a lot of therapy and i don't think they'll ever think of him as great but him and weather...... fuck..
a notp i have with him: EASILY DI///OPUCCI GIRL HELP HE WAS 16 WHEN THEY MET........ i like to think that dios his fucked up roommate and also: pucci being his kids fucked up godfather
a random headcanon: him finding out he could insert random music discs into people to play them like a radio was entirely by accident when he decided to look cool by flinging one at someone like a frisbee only to find out it wasn't a memory or stand disc, he's seen them so much he just mistook it as his stand disc
general opinion over him: hes such a tragic character but also so beautifully written, araki knows to give villains fucked endings but he's one of the few who got a respectful death (choked out by an 11-year old which in comparison, is better than i don't know eternal limbo as a detective, infinite death loop by 15-year old or sent to space never to die EVER), he deserves good things but also he was a priest there had to be some sort of retribution for that (what word was it i forgot)
⚓ JOSUKE 💎
sexuality headcanon: SHES GAY BABEY!!!!!
gender headcanon: trans man who uses she/her!!!! luv the self-projection here
a ship i have with her: COME ON THE JOSUYASU DUOS SO ICONIC THEY LIKE TO FUCK AROUND AND FIND OUT!!!!! luv rowdy teenagers in love what can I say :]
a brotp i have with her: listen. listen dude. yukako and her hair buddies and SERIOUSLY when them and okuyasu were having a lunch date during that one episode r*han punches a kid i couldn't stop thinking about their friendship 🥺 also twins au lives in my mind rent-free
a notp i have with her: jos////uhan shippers don't look at me or I'll dropkick you into the nightmare dimension i SWEAR TO GOD YALL DONT KNOW WHAT A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP LOOKS LIKE AND IM NOT GONNA POINT OUT THE OBVIOUS REASONS WHY ITS BAD
a random headcanon: she's a gardener ^__^ people think she's the one helping her mom with it but it's the other way around, she's the one who bought the stuff for her and assists in uh. dirt activities!! idk if it's also canon but her mom does know about crazy diamond, she had to tell her dad that josukes ok and to stop worrying
general opinion over her: BABY YOU ARE MY. ANGEEEEEEEEEEEEL!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY best jojo and favorite jojo i *vibrating at the speed of sound * she's so cute and awesome and I love her sm 🥺🥺🥺🥺 the one thing keeping me from wishing j*seph out of existence was her how the fuck the worst jojo produced best jojo i once asked myself, well that's simple it's bc he didn't raise her 😌 girlboss milf tomoko did and that's fucking awesome

King Falls AM - Episode 5: Night of the Living Dread
View on Google Docs
Summary: July 1, 2015 - Sammy & Ben learn of some breaking news regarding the Lake Hatchenhaw John Doe, but not everyone is as pleased as the broadcast duo.
[Podcast intro music]
Announcer Dear listeners, please note that the following program may contain views that do not reflect that of King Falls AM, its management, or its subsidiaries. Listener discretion is advised.
[KFAM intro music]
Sammy You’re listening to King Falls AM, that’s 660 on the radio dial. I’m your host, Sammy Stevens, and as always we are joined by producer and co-host extraordinaire, Ben Arnold.
Ben [trying not to be amused] You’re so- you’re so happy, aren’t you? You’re a child. Getting so giddy over that message.
Sammy Listening to a warning before a radio broadcast I’m on has literally been on the bucket list for a long time. Thanks Merv!
Ben *laughter* Ridiculous. A glutton for punishment.
Sammy What can I say? I enjoy a nice game of hard ball! Uh, y’know, but enough about what Merv doesn’t want you to hear, let’s talk about what he does want you to hear. And what do we have cooking tonight, Ben?
Ben Dude, it’s stacked alright? Stacked. We’ve got the- lovely Miss Emily Potter from the King Falls Library giving us her picks for enlightened summer reading.
Sammy Terrific! We always love speaking with Emily!
Ben You and me both.
Sammy I said “we,” Ben.
Ben Uh, I know. I- *breathes in* [stilted] I- We-We-uh, We’ve got some really cool news! here. We-we are announcing the line-up for the first annual King Falls Ambient Music Festival. That’s coming up the second hour.
Sammy Wait a second. The King Falls Ambient Music Festival? Is this town even big enough for a festival?
Ben Oh yeah! It’s like Coachella[1] but for hipsters that just want to relax. It’s all about “setting the mood.”
Sammy You know, I’m wondering if they’re gonna make it to a second annual.
Ben And then, um, [reluctant and slipping into mumbling] opening up the show we-we’ve got the- doctor *mumbling*
Sammy I-I’m sorry, Ben, what was that? You’re trailing off, buddy.
Ben We have that umm, *sniffs, lets out breath* one… guy. You know that- fo- w- talking about that *deep breath* one thing—
Sammy [trying to cut him off] Ben—
Ben —from a month ago or so—?
Sammy What? What are you talking about?
Ben You know— May- maybe we should start it with Uh, callers first! [mildly frantic] Just-uh-Give us a call at 424-279-3858 and let’s talk about… *tsk* anything! Let’s uh, whats your-whats your-whats-whats on your mind King Falls?
Sammy Ladies and gentlemen, put down your phones for a second. What Ben is trying to say is we’ve got a scoop here this evening on King Falls AM. We’re gonna be speaking with—
Ben [cutting Sammy off]Or you can tweet us! @kingfallsam. I-I-I will literally talk about anything right now. Even to Mr. Derschwitz about that weird toenail thing. Let-lets-lets go, people!
Sammy I thought we agreed—
Ben I know. Sammy, I’m sorry it’s just, [slightly more frantic] I’m-I’m not feelin’ the best here. Alright? my stomach, is all… knotted up, just thinking about this.
Sammy That is journalism. That feeling is journalism—
Ben [speaking over Sammy] I think it might actually be an ulcer! It Tastes, like Fear and Feels, like Cancer . It’s way more than anxiety. I-I’m gonna call Dr. Raúl, at break.
Sammy He’s a chiropractor!
Ben Maybe he can refer me?
Sammy Power through it, buddy! Look at this folks, we got somebody dialing into the hotline right now! You ready for this Ben? Come on.
Ben Please, be Reverend Hawthorne so we can talk about the Revival next month.
Sammy Oh stop it. You know he isn’t even scheduled!
Ben I just thought— maybe that’s how prayers work, I don’t know, I’m not a reverend!
Sammy King Falls AM, you’re on the air.
Dr. Rosenblum [Dr. Rosenblum’s voice is measured and monotonous and mildly creepy at all times] Good evening, this is Dr. Jeffery Rosenblum, with the, King Falls County Coroner’s Office.
Ben C-can I please just say—
Sammy Dr. Rosenblum, it is a pleasure to speak with you this evening.
Rosenblum Excited to be here, Sammy. Ecstatic even. We listen on slow nights.
Ben That’s the scariest thing I’ve ever heard.
Sammy Much appreciated, Doc. Now, as fate would have it, you were the overseeing physician working on the Lake Hatchenhaw John Doe, is that correct?
Ben Doc? Can you just, hold on for- one- moment- please?
Rosenblum Of course, Ben I—
Sammy Don’t start, Ben! We agreed to see this through.
Ben All I’m saying i- lemme finish- a- i-is that maybe it’s not our place *deep breath* to break this kind of news.
Sammy Fine. You know what? You’re right! Let’s just give this to our friends down at Channel 13 and let them be the ones to alert the public about this.
Ben [journalist voice] Doc, Ben Arnold. Tell us about cracking open the mystery body.
Sammy [quietly] Oh.
Rosenblum It’s true that I was the operating physician on that particular John Doe, y-es, irrefutablyy
Sammy Now, as I understand, your official report was released yesterday morning, doctor, but amazingly enough, not one publication or news station in our town- including King Falls AM- reported on it.
Rosenblum You are correct. Busy news day- one would assume.
Ben So, that means, you are— free to talk about it on air.
Rosenblum I would be elated
Sammy First and foremost on everyone’s minds: were there any signs of, uh, y’know, the lake mo- *sighs* I can’t.
Ben Did Kingsie make the body, bite the big one?
Rosenblum There was no evidence that a creature large or small had anything to do with the deceased.
Ben *sigh of relief* That- I knew Kingsie didn’t have it in her.
Sammy Now, Dr. Rosenblum, can you tell us if there was any foul play involved at all?
Rosenblum During our first autopsy we were not able to distinguish with certainty the cause of death. But there were no signs of foul play
Sammy I’m sorry, did you say “first” autopsy?
Ben [confused] Is that normal? Did you- find out the cause of death during the… second autopsy?
Rosenblum Indeed. It was six individual gunshot wounds to the victim’s head. Three shots to the temporal lobe, two to the mendulla oblongata—
Sammy What?! Six gunshot wounds?!
Rosenblum To the cranium, yes. One to the frontal lobe, another to—
Ben So the Lake Hatchenhaw John Doe was, murdered?
Sammy I can’t believe this! This is big! Why didn’t one news outlet report this thing yesterday?!
Rosenblum Well, the cause of death was inconclusive and with no signs of foul play, it was not exactly a juicy story.
Ben and Sammy Wait a second.
Rosenblum …yes?
Sammy I’m sorry, doc. I’m not in the medical orrr criminal fields but, how is six gunshots not foul play?
Rosenblum Well, that was between the first autopsy and the second. The gunshots were self-defense administered via Deputy Kreighauser at my behest.
Sammy Ben, we’re gonna wanna get Troy on the phone and see what he’s got to say about this.
Ben “Things Ben Arnold would never think under ordinary circumstances for 800, Alex.”[2]
Sammy Doc, while we’re getting Deputy Troy on the line, would you mind if we took a quick break to hear from one of our sponsors?
Rosenblum That’s just- Dandy.
[light bg music]
Greg Frickard After a long day’s work or a tough day’s play, you probably just wanna come home and relax. No need to slave over a hot stove for hours on end. Well that’s where we come in! Here at Granny Frickard’s, we know that the less time you spend doing the things you don’t like, is the more time you spend with the ones you love. So come get some of the best frog legs that money can buy. Granny Frickard’s French-fried farm-fresh never-frozen filleted-and-fricasseed fried-and-flambeed frog legs. Mm-mm-mm. So get on down to Granny Frickard’s Froggery at the corner of Main Street and 7th Avenue. We’ll put some pep in your step and some hop in your heart.
[KFAM intro music]
Sammy And we’re back on King Falls AM, here with King Falls County Coroner, Dr. Jeffery Rosenblum.
Rosenblum A Pleasure.
Sammy Do you have Troy, Ben?
Ben He’s booking one of the Williams boys for mooning. He’ll call us in a few.
Sammy I’m a little out of sorts here, doc. Can you explain what happened between the first inconclusive autopsy and the point where Troy filled the cadaver full of lead.
Rosenblum Of course. As I was finishing the initial post-mortem, it came to my attention that the deceased began to emit a hissing sound, fluctuating between the lower thorax and the larynx.
Ben Oh my God.
Rosenblum I called for Deputy Kreighauser and he entered, as I wanted someone else to see this- phenomenon. That’s when the John Doe began a slight, thrashing about the upper torso.
Ben Um… are you saying—
Rosenblum The deputy began to fumble for his sidearm while we both discerned that something was wildly- amiss. The deceased opened its eyes and instantly grabbed for the lapel of my lab coat with voracious tenacity.
Ben Wh- ah- go on.
Rosenblum It gnashed its teeth as I emitted a terrified, albeit, high pitched, scream. And that’s when Troy unholstered his sidearm and administered six lethal shots to the reanimated corpse’s cranium.
Ben A zombie.
Sammy Alright, is there- [fumbling] Let’s just say- is there-
Ben We’ve got Troy on the line.
Deputy Troy [in bg] I don’t care if he was only joshin’. You can’t show your G-D derriere out in public! [car door slams] [pleasantly] Hey boys, what’s goin’ on tonight?
Sammy You tell us, Troy, holy geez! Uh, we’ve got Dr. Rosenblum on the line here and—
Deputy Troy Is this about the zombie?
Ben Yes! So-so you’re confirming this story, Troy?
Deputy Troy Well, hell yeah I’m confirming! I had to do three hours of damn paper work from unloadin’ my pistola into a corpse! Sheriff Gunderson was not the happiest of campers.
Ben [excited and awed] This is amazing… This is unprecedented .
Sammy [skeptical] This is a little unbelievable, Troy.
Rosenblum It is a first in my profession. Believe you me. [still tonelessly] Wowzers.
Deputy Troy Honest engine[3] boys. I capped the all get out of that thing! It had the doc by the face ‘bout to start chewing!
Rosenblum You’re my hero, Deputy Troy.
Deputy Troy Shucks, wasn’t nothin’ special.
Ben [slightly sullen] Except killing the first instance of a zombie in King Falls since—
Sammy Don’t say “since”.
Ben … Well… Since that one time at the mall in the '80s.
Sammy No, that’s not a real thing, Ben. That’s a film.
Ben [worked up] Sammy? How many extraordinary things are gonna have to SLAP you right in the face to make you buy into this? KING FALLS, MAN.
Deputy Troy You know me, Sammy. I always shoot ya straight. But it was the craziest sh[bleep]t I’ve ever seen. I mean it was like my-ex-wife-needs-alimony-money crazy.
Ben See? Even Barney Fife[4] saw it.
Sammy *sighs* I just—
Rosenblum I don’t want to cause an uproar here, but since that exam, there have been, other cases.
Ben Of frickin’ zombies?
Rosenblum Of reanimation among corpses… yes.
Deputy Troy Doc, you just give me a call if you need. I’m more than happy to go Clint Eastwood if the situation arises.
Rosenblum Will do, Deputy. Thank you so much for your- assistance. Without you, there may not have been this- interview.
Deputy Troy [proud] To protect and serve.
Sammy I can’t take all this in right now, Dr. Rosenblum I- e- Thank you so much for your insightful information.
Rosenblum As they say, [still monotone] “you got it, duude.”
[click, dial tone]
Ben You okay, Sammy? You… don’t look so well.
Deputy Troy Ah, hell, boys.[siren whoop] I gotta go. I’ll call you back later tonight! One of the Williams boys is tryin’ ta saw through the bars outside the jailhouse? [sirens in bg] [through megaphone] Jacob Williams put your hands UP and the file DOWN.
[click, dial tone]
Ben Alright King Falls, you’ve heard our story, let’s hear yours. Have you or anyone you know experienced anything like what the doctor spoke of? Reanimation? The walking—
Sammy Don’t.
Ben You know what I mean. Give us a call or tweet us.
Sammy Looks like the board is lighting up!
Ben Um…
Sammy What’s up? Okay, it can’t be any crazier than what we just heard, Ben.
Ben Line One, Sammy.
Sammy Welcome to King Falls AM, you’re on with Sammy and Ben.
Line 1 [female, almost sounds automated] Good evening, Sammy—
Sammy Do I know you ma'am?
Riley — please hold for Mayor Grisham.
Ben He… Probably just wants us to— mark these tapes as, evidence. *nervous laugh* Right, Sammy?
Sammy Or burn them.
Riley Sammy Stevens, Mayor Grisham.
Sammy Mayor?
Mayor Grisham Sammy… Ben.
Sammy You’re on live on King Falls AM, sir.
Mayor Grisham [commanding] Take me off and go to break. We need to chat.
Sammy No can do. Ben says we aren’t scheduled for break for another- uh- at least ten minutes.
Mayor Grisham Ben. Cut. To. Commercial.
Ben Uh- uh- uh- the thing is- I- I- I can’t- do that. Sir.
Mayor Grisham [threateningly pleasant] You boys want to talk live on air? We can talk live on air.
Sammy [challenging] Nothin’ to hide on this end of the phone, Mayor Grisham.
Mayor Grisham I hear your snide remarks, Sammy. I’ve read the transcripts.
Sammy Which! let’s be honest, is pretty weird. We’re a late night AM talk show, why are you bothering with us?
Mayor Grisham Oh, I don’t bother with you. I try to keep up to date with all the local news and entertainment. I gotta say, I was really happy a big city radio guy decided to come play host at our little radio station.
Sammy Well, I’m more than happy to—
Mayor Grisham I wasn’t finished… But I have to say, I’m a little less than thrilled with [accusingly] all the excitement you brought with you.
Sammy I’d hardly call reporting the news “excitement”, sir—
Mayor Grisham It’s interesting to me that I don’t see Channel 13 breaking these crazy stories.
Ben [quickly] No offense, your honor, but those idiots don’t know their a[bleep]holes from their elbows.
Mayor Grisham And you boys being on site when these “events” happen? [softly, still accusing] It’s a little bit of a coincidence don’t you think?
Sammy Are you insinuating that we are staging these events, Mayor?
Mayor Grisham I’m stating facts. I’m sure your ratings are way, way up there since all these sensational events seem to coincide with your broadcast. Why do you think that is? Furthermore, I mean who’s up listening to you at this ungodly hour of the night?!
Sammy Seemingly most of the town, Sir. As well as whomever you’ve hired to keep an ear on us.
Mayor Grisham I’ve tried to be nice about this… And I tried to be civil… but I think it’s about time that you troublemakers changed formats. No more of this funny business. It’s not good for the listeners. It’s not good for the residents. And honestly? it’s not good for me. I don’t appreciated being painted in this light, gentlemen.
Sammy Oh! You mean the light where you as a public service,[sic] try to quell the voice of the people.
Ben It’s not your right to tell us what we can and can’t report on, sir. All due respect.
Mayor Grisham [rudely] All due respect, Ben Arnold. Just a couple of months ago you were digging up old records on eBay for Chet Sebastian to run on about. Now you’re a media star?? That’s worrisome! Seems you fellas have All the reasons in the world to fabricate these issues, and I have to say I’m not gonna sit here and listen to this, while you LIE TO THE GOOD PEOPLE OF KING FALLS.
Sammy Well, when we start “fabricating” and “making things up,” you can come throw the book at us. But until then- [click, dial tone] Whoops! Looks like you just got disconnected. I’d wait for you to give us a call back and all, but with it not being an election year I probably shouldn’t hold my breath.
Ben Line One iiis lit up again, Sammy.
Sammy [insincerely] Oh, sorry about that Mayor! I must have fabricated accidentally dumping your call when-
Esther Rollens [heavy metal music in bg] [voice old and wavering] Did you boys fund a lavender ball of yarn in there? Been looking for it all week! [click, dial tone]
Ben [shaken] Sammy, I think that commercial might do us some good right now.
[KFAM outro]

2016 EXO Canada Fan Choice Poll Results
EXO-L! You voted, we counted, and now the results are in!
It was a massive year for EXO: just when we thought they would slow down after the very successful EXO'luXion tour, they slapped us with two comebacks, a solo album, a sub-unit, and a third holiday album!  Magazine covers, MC spots, OSTs, collaborations, countless awards won... we did our best to keep up!
EXO has also had their busiest year crossing over to acting, which prompted us to add a few new categories to the poll this year.  Eight out of nine members have filmed or debuted in a feature film or drama this year.  Our EXO lads are truly triple threats!
Most significant to us, EXO finally graced us with their presence on this side of the Pacific.  EXO packed 5 theatres and arenas across North America, delighting long-time and brand new fans alike.  Were you lucky enough to attend the EXO'luXion in North America?
Let's talk numbers: Before selling over 2 million albums this year, EXO achieved the most views of an MV in the shortest period.  The colourful but edgy video for "Monster" amassed over 90M views from summer to winter.  "Monster" is right behind previous hits "Overdose," "Growl" and "Call Me Baby" in terms of YouTube popularity.
Enough of the chatter... what were your favourite EXO moments of 2016?  It's time to reveal the results of our 2nd Annual Fan Choice Poll!
Favourite OST Song
This was a close one!  The beautiful ballad "For You" by EXO-CBX, which was featured on the Scarlet Heart: Ryeo soundtrack, fell a few votes behind the winning song.  The winner managed to sneak into our poll choices at the last minute. Without further ado, from the super popular Goblin series, is "Stay With Me" by Chanyeol and Punch!
Favourite Side Project Song
2016 showed us the most EXO extracurricular there has ever been!  EXO had the chance to collaborate with some great artists from outside of SM, and in the process, let their individual talents shine.  They also added to the EXO discography in two big ways, with Lay's solo mini album and the debut of sub-unit EXO-CBX.  The latter won nearly half of your hearts, EXO-L!  "Hey Mama!" is your favourite side project song of the year!
Favourite Drama
We had loads of ways to watch EXO this year outside of the realm of music videos and stages.  If we weren't munching popcorn at select theatres, we were curled up to our laptops watching whatever subbed drama episodes we could find!  57% of you couldn't get enough of Baekhyun and his ponytail in Scarlet Heart: Ryeo (nor could you use enough tissues).
Favourite Movie
Here in Canada, once in a blue moon, we are treated to an EXO member movie.  The winning title was one of them, and it was wildly enjoyed by EXO-Ls all over the world, whether they were Chanyeol-biased or not.  So I Married an Anti-Fan is your favourite EXO movie of 2016!
Favourite Social Media Star
Chanyeol takes the title of Favourite Social Media Star for the second year in a row! And deservedly so: he posts original music on Sound Cloud, delights Chinese fans on Weibo, wishes us a good night on V Live, and has the most Instagram followers of any EXO member.  Thank you for keeping your fans close, Chanyeol!
Favourite SM Station Song
The SM Station project has given us a lot of great songs and videos this year, and it was another way to get more EXO throughout the year.  We heard some wonderful duets and gave us the first taste of some EXO solo work with the heartfelt "Monodrama" by Lay.  In the end, it was the first-ever Station track, the soulful "Tell Me (What Is Love)" by D.O. and SM songwriter Yoo Youngjin, that won our followers over.
Favourite EXO Single
EXO made the summer sizzle with the twin release of "Monster" and "Lucky One," two songs and videos that showed two very different sides of EXO's aesthetic and sound.  Then we were treated to the August comeback with "Lotto," which maintained the edgy side of things.  And to keep us warm in the winter, EXO released their second Japanese single "Coming Over," bringing back a more upbeat sound.  So which of these solid tracks did EXO-Ls have on repeat in 2016?  More than half of you said it was "Monster!" (Please note that "For Life" was omitted from the poll as it was released after the poll was published, so it will be included next year)
Favourite Choreography
When it comes to dance routines, EXO never disappoints.  Our followers made it very clear that "Monster" showcased the best EXO moves of the year.  Congratulations to husband-wife duo NappyTabs for giving us a real spectacle!
Favourite MV
If "Monster" is your Favourite Single and your Favourite Choreography, it makes perfect sense that it's your favourite EXO music video of the year!  Three for three!
Favourite CD
We asked our followers which album did they not only enjoy listening to, but also had the most spaz-worthy packaging.  Not surprisingly, our followers are very Monster-biased!  EX'ACT (Monster Version) is your most coveted disc of 2016.
Bias List Ruiner of the Year
Which EXO member made you turn your head in 2016?  Was it Chanyeol with his shock of red hair?  Lay with his smooth moves and vocals?  D.O. showing off his acting chops?  Nope.  It must have been Baekhyun's juicy pierced lips (and possibly his chocolatey abs).  For the second year running, Baekhyun is your Bias List Ruiner of the Year!
Not only do we celebrate the success of EXO in the passed year, but we are also proud of everything we have achieved as a fan club.
We had many milestones in 2016: our first convention booth, our first group order, and best of all, our first time covering an EXO concert!
And we continue to attract fans online:  we launched our website, opened our Instagram account, and passed 70,000 followers on Twitter!
Thank you to the Canadian EXO-L and our followers all over the world.  We have more in store for you in 2017, and wish you all the health and happiness for the new year!  We are one!  사랑하자!

Two 427-Powered R-Code 1966 Ford Fairlanes Share Common Bond—or Do They?
When you think of Ford’s top-of-the-line, bad-to-the-bone offerings of the muscle car era, don’t forget the über-rare R-code 1966 Ford Fairlane. The race-ready stunner has both the beauty and brawn to back up the observation that this racecar in street-car guise could be Ford’s greatest gift to the muscle car movement.
There is no doubt that the Ford Motor Company put out some wild rides in the day. And yes, the later 7.0L powerhouses and Boss-motivated offerings are what many muscle car lover’s dreams are made of. But given the rarity (only 57 made) and the quarter-mile stats, 1966 Fairlanes could just be the ultimate Blue Oval burners.
Bob’s Buy
Bob Klemann was a 20-year-old college student in April 1968 when he got the hankering to buy a muscle car. A buddy of his at school had a 1966 Fairlane with a 390 under the hood, and Bob thought he’d like one to call his own. He loved the look of the intermediate, and knew Ford offered some healthy powerplants for the car. He soon located a nice example for sale and quickly snatched it up.
The Fairlane had already been through two owners but was in decent shape when he took possession. The Wimbledon White car was blessed with a potent 427 with a dual-four-barrel setup. “At that time, R-code really didn’t mean anything to me,” says Bob. “I just liked the look, and the performance.”
He drove his new ride briefly while he was home and then stashed it away the following week when he returned to college in New Hampshire.
Arriving back home in New Rochelle, New York, for the summer, Bob worked at local Rye Ford in the parts department. At night and on the weekends, the young gun and his trusty Fairlane hit the streets, taking on anyone who would challenge this new dynamic duo. He admits that he won as many races as he lost but enjoyed every moment of the competition out on the street. That is, until he dropped a valve in the Ford’s big-block one race night.
Bob had to think fast, as he would soon need to get himself back to school in the fall. He found a temporary fix in a healthy junkyard 428 that would serve him well through college. Up at school, the new mill didn’t scare anyone on the street, as it idled at 500 rpm and was quiet through the Fairlane’s stock exhaust. But Bob still enjoyed tearing up the local roads and taking down some of the unknowing competition with his replacement powerplant.
After he graduated, Bob fell into a fulltime job at Rye Ford and started amassing parts to rebuild his 427. He soon met a guy with another 1966 R-code, a race car that had been ridden hard in its near-decade of life on the local tracks. Bob ended up buying this car as well, and pulling the non-original motor and trans out for use as a spare. The carcass was sold off to well-known local race outfit Downing and Ryan, which raced Fairlanes and other Fords throughout the 1960s and 1970s. They took some of the Fairlane’s important parts, including the fiberglass hood and OE grille, and put the car up for sale.
Over the years, Bob rebuilt and reinstalled the original engine. The paint was freshened up in the 1990s. This car retains many of its original parts, including the exhaust. The interior is totally factory except for the Sun tach (which Bob bought through Rye Ford) mounted on the dashboard. Bob thinks his R-code is probably the most original one in existence, and feels it might be the only one out there still sporting the original engine.
Scott’s Score
In 1974, North Jersey racer Scott Davies was looking for a suitable Fairlane to use as a drag car. He heard that Downing and Ryan had a few for sale in nearby Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, so he decided to take a look. They had three up for grabs, and Scott chose the only that wasn’t lettered by the race team. For the princely sum of $400 he had his new racer, though it was just a shell, missing most of the key parts.
First a 390 found its way into the car with the help of good friend Bruce Mailly. It ran D/Stock with that mill and performed well out on the dragstrip. Two years later Scott would source a 427 for the ride, which came from a 1964 Galaxie lightweight Super Stocker. He started racing A/SM with the Fairlane, and then both A/ and B/Stock as well.
After successfully racing for several years, life took over and Scott put the car aside to concentrate on family and work. After the kids were grown, he decided to bring the car out. Though not a very original ride, it is still a true R-code 1966 Fairlane. Interestingly enough, he didn’t know that little factoid when he purchased it. “I didn’t know at the time that it was an R-code car, but then again, it didn’t really matter back then,” admits Scott.
The Common Bond
So this two-sided story raises a big question: Was the car that Scott purchased from Downing and Ryan the same one that Bob sold to them? Without any record of the VIN from Bob’s second R-code Fairlane, it’s hard to figure out. Scott stated that there were three for sale at the time, and since he chose the nonlettered car, that makes this all the more possible. But there is no definitive answer here.
Scott first contacted Bob back in the early 2000s on a tip that he might know the back history of the car. It was then that the two discovered a possible link in Scott’s car’s history. Nevertheless, both guys are longtime owners—Bob at 49 years and Scott at 43—and both plan to keep their cars for the long run. Through their R-code Fairlanes they became good friends and developed a bond over a rare engine option that only a few lucky drivers have been able to experience.

Once identical, the R-code Fairlanes belonging to Bob Klemann and Scott Davies went down different paths after leaving the factory. Bob’s car stayed mostly stock and was driven on the street.
Bob street racing in New Hampshire in 1970. They called it their own Winternationals!
Bob put the original engine back in the Fairlane and has retained most of the original parts.
Bob’s pristine R-code is nearly factory stock, with just a Hurst shifter and a Sun tach to keep track of the revs. The car still has its radio delete plate.

While Bob’s Fairlane stayed a stocker, Scott’s was turned into a dragstrip terror almost immediately. It has just 1,100 “quarter-mile-at-a-time” miles.
When Scott bought the car in 1974 (for $400) it was essentially a shell.
As a race car, Scott’s Fairlane lost its original 427 early on. He first put a 390 in the car, but two years later sourced a built 427.
While the interior in Scott’s Fairlane is largely original, it now boasts a six-point roll bar, as well as some typical racer add-ons like the big Auto Meter gauge up on the dash and a Vertical Gate shifter.
Bob’s Fairlane has run 12.96 at 109 mph with manifolds, mufflers, and 14-inch tires in F.A.S.T races. Scott’s car has run a best of 10.31 at 125 in this setup.

SUJU's History
Super Junior (Korean: 슈퍼주니어; Syupeo Junieo), also known as simply SJ or SUJU, is a South Korean boy band. Formed in 2005 by producer Lee Soo-man of S.M. Entertainment, the group comprised a total of thirteen members at its peak. Super Junior originally debuted with twelve members, consisting of leader Leeteuk, Heechul, Hangeng, Yesung, Kangin, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook and Kibum. Kyuhyun joined the group in 2006 Super Junior launched into international recognition following the release of their best-selling single "Sorry, Sorry" in 2009, the title song of their most critically successful album, Sorry, Sorry.[1][2] Over the years, they have been divided into smaller groups, simultaneously targeting different music industries and audiences. Individually, the members have also branched out into hosting, presenting and acting and their successes and popularity as all-rounded entertainers have led other Korean entertainment managements to begin training their music groups in other aspects of the entertainment industry.[3][4] Super Junior is the best-selling K-pop artist for four years in a row. Super Junior have earned thirteen music awards from the Mnet Asian Music Awards, sixteen from the Golden Disc Awards, and are the second singing group to win Favorite Artist Korea at the 2008 MTV Asia Awards after jtL in 2003.[5] In 2012, they were nominated for "Best Asian Act" in MTV Europe Music Awards.[6] In 2015, they won the "International Artist" and "Best Fandom" in the Teen Choice Awards.[7] Their fandom name is ELF, which stands for Ever Lasting Friends. Musical career Edit 2000–2005: Formation and debut Edit In 2000, SM Entertainment held their first overseas casting auditions in Beijing 101, China and recruited Hankyung, who auditioned against three thousand applicants.[8] That same year, Leeteuk, Yesung, and Eunhyuk were recruited after auditioning for the company's annual casting system in Seoul. Sungmin and Donghae became trainees after jointly winning first place in an SM-sponsored contest in 2001. In 2002, Heechul and Kangin were recruited along with Kibum, who was discovered in Los Angeles, California by a casting agent. Siwon became a trainee after being scouted in 2003. Shindong became a trainee in 2004. Ryeowook won the 2004 Chin Chin Youth Festival singing competition and became a trainee just two months before debut in 2005.[9] Kyuhyun then joined the group in 2006, after winning third place in the 2005 Chin Chin Youth Festival. In early 2005, Lee Soo-man announced that he had been preparing for an all-boy project group of twelve members to debut at the end of the year. He called this singing group to be "The Gateway to Stardom of Asia,"[10] as most of the members in this group were chosen for their experiences as actors, MCs, models, and radio hosts prior debut. Heechul and Kibum were already established actors at the time, and most of the other members had already made various kinds of appearances in television and media.[11][12][13] Inspired by the rotational concept of Japan's girl group Morning Musume, Lee said that his new group would also experience line-up changes, with new members replacing selected members every year to keep the group constantly young and all-rounded. This concept was then newly introduced to the K-pop market. For a while the group was rumoured to be called O.V.E.R, the acronym for "Obey the Voice for Each Rhythm."[14][a] However, before the group settled with their current name, the company simply referred to them as juniors, a representation of the members' young ages when they first became SM trainees.[14] After the members' showcased their different talents to the company at a picnic, the company finalized their group name to Super Junior, and officially became Super Junior'05, the first generation of Super Junior.[9] Super Junior 05 made their pre-debut performance on the Korean channel Mnet on September 11, 2005.[b] At the showcase, they performed various styles of hip-hop dancing, where they danced to B2K's "Take It to the Floor". Hankyung, Eunhyuk, and Donghae also performed a separate dance together, dancing to Usher's "Caught Up." However, the performance did not air on television until May 16, 2006 as a segment in the Super Junior Show, the group's first television documentary. The group officially debuted on SBS's music program Popular Song on November 6, 2005, performing their first single "Twins (Knock Out)". A digital single with "Twins (Knock Out)", "You Are the One", and three additional tracks were released online on November 8, followed by the release of their debut album Twins on December 6, 2005. The album sold 28,536 copies in the first month of release and debuted at number three in the monthly chart of December 2005. 2006–2007: U, Don't Don, and commercial success Edit In February 2006, Super Junior 05 began performances for "Miracle", the second promotional single from their debut album. "Miracle" topped the music charts of Thailand, drawing interest from international markets.[16] As promotions for "Miracle" ended, SM Entertainment began selecting new members for Super Junior's second generation, Super Junior 06. The company even prepared a list of chosen members that were to graduate from the group. However, the company abandoned the rotational concept after adding a thirteenth member, Kyuhyun, in 2006. The group then became known as just Super Junior, without the suffix "05".[17][18] Member Eunhyuk indirectly explains in a variety show that junior group SHINee could have been part of the group, but that was contemplated before Kyuhyun broke the rotational concept. After the addition of Kyuhyun, Super Junior released their single "U" for free download on May 25, 2006 on their official website. "U" exceeded 400,000 downloads within five hours of release and ultimately surpassed 1.7 million downloads, crashing the server.[20][21] The physical single of "U" with a total of three tracks was released on June 6, eventually selling over 81,000 units in South Korea.[22] The single became one of Korea's most popular songs of the year, taking up number one spots for five consecutive weeks on two of Korea's top music programs.[23] By the end of the year, Super Junior collected over seven awards in five of South Korea's top music award ceremonies, and was one of the three Best Newcomer winners at the 21st Golden Disk Awards. In late 2006, Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung formed the subgroup Super Junior-K.R.Y., Super Junior's first sub-unit. They performed their first single "The One I Love", theme song to the Korean television drama Hyena, on the KBS music program Music Bank on November 5, 2006.[24] In February 2007, Leeteuk, Heechul, Kangin, Sungmin, Shindong and Eunhyuk formed Super Junior-T, a trot-singing group. They released their first single "Rokuko" on February 23, 2007, and made a debut performance on Popular Songs two days later. Super Junior's second official album was intended for a late 2006 release, but due to several accidental setbacks, Don't Don was not released until September 20, 2007.[26][27] Don't Don sold over 60,000 units the first day of release and debuted at number one on the monthly chart of September 2007.[28] Although Don't Don received mixed reviews from critics, the album went to sell more than 160,000 copies by the end of the year, becoming the second best-selling record of 2007.[29][30][c] Super Junior received seven nominations at the 2007 Mnet/KM Music Festival, winning three of them which included Artist of the Year, termed by many as the highest recognition of the ceremony.[31] Super Junior collected two more recognitions at the 22nd Golden Disk Awards, including a Disk Bonsang award (Record of the Year). 2008–2009: Sorry, Sorry and career breakthrough Super Junior performing at SMTown Live '08 in Bangkok, Thailand Super Junior-M, Super Junior's Mandopop subgroup comprising members Hankyung, Siwon, Donghae, Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Super Junior-M members Henry and Zhou Mi, was formed in April 2008.[33][34] Although the creation of the subgroup initially created a strife between the group's fans and their management,[d] Super Junior-M went on to become Super Junior's most successful subgroup,[35] selling out two concerts in Hong Kong,[36] topping weekly ratings with their appearance on Chinese variety programs,[37] and was the idol group with the most endorsement contracts in China.[38] They won numerous awards at Chinese music festivals, and achieved critical acclaim after the release of their single "Super Girl" from their second record Super Girl, which garnered them a nomination for Best Vocal Group at the 21st Golden Melody Awards. A fourth Super Junior subgroup was created soon after Super Junior-M's debut. With five members from Super Junior-T and Yesung, they formed the subgroup Super Junior-H, releasing their first extended play (EP) Cooking? Cooking! on June 5, 2008. In November 2008, Super Junior-T made a debut in Japan, collaborating with Japanese comedy duo Moeyan.[39] Their single "ROCK&GO", the Japanese-language version of "Rokuko", debuted at number 19 on the Oricon Daily Charts[40] and ascended to number 2 three days later. Super Junior's first Asia-wide concert tour, Super Show, started on February 22, 2008, in Seoul.[34][42][43][44][45][e] The group held a successful two-day fan meeting in Japan at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, selling out 12,000 tickets in several days.[46] The group released a compiled single "U/Twins", which includes the Japanese version of "U" in the limited release version, to complement the event. The single peaked at number four on Japan's Oricon Daily Chart on its first day of release, and dropped down four places on its second. The single broke a new record for being the first Korean single to have made within top 10 on Japan's Oricon Weekly Chart.[47] The group released their third studio album Sorry, Sorry on March 12, 2009.[48] It was their first album to debut at number one on the Hanteo Charts, selling over 29,000 copies the first day.[49] After only a month of release, the album became South Korea's best-selling album of 2009, and ultimately sold over 250,000 copies in South Korea.[50][unreliable source] It became the best-selling K-pop album in Taiwan,[51] Thailand, China, and the Philippines, in which the latter credited the album to be the first K-pop album to reach number one in music charts from the country.[52] The album's title single "Sorry, Sorry" became an instant hit,[53] collecting a total of ten number-one awards for ten consecutive weeks in Korea, and stayed as number one for a record-breaking 37 weeks in Taiwan's K-pop singles chart. "Sorry, Sorry" achieved national and international success, and has since been the group's best-selling single in South Korea.[2][54][55][56] Sorry, Sorry won several accolades at the 24th Golden Disk Awards, including the Disk Daesang (Record of the Year). After the success of Sorry, Sorry, Super Junior commenced their second Asia-wide concert tour Super Show 2, on July 17, 2009 in Seoul. 2010–2011: Bonamana, lineup changes, and international recognition Edit Despite their critical and commercial success, the group was plagued by legal turmoils and lineup changes during their concert tour. Though Kibum was shown in the ads and promotional videos for Super Show 2, he did not officially participate in the concert tour, and announced his temporary leave from the group to pursue his acting career. In October 2009, Kangin was charged with a DUI and hit-and-run after crashing into a parked taxi holding three passengers.[57] In December 2009, Hankyung filed for contract termination from SM Entertainment, claiming that the provisions of his contract were unlawful, harsh, and against his rights.[58] He parted with the group and released his solo album Geng Xin in July 2010, which sold over 510,000 copies. That same month, Kangin announced his hiatus to fulfill his two-year mandatory military service. With only ten members left, Super Junior went off to release their fourth studio album, Bonamana in May 2010. Although the album did not fare well as Sorry, Sorry critically, it sold over 300,000 copies in South Korea, outselling Sorry, Sorry. "Bonamana" was originally made by moves from Michael Jackson's MV's choreographed together. The album remained at the top of Taiwan's Korean-Japanese Music Charts for 61 weeks, breaking their own previous record of the said chart.[59] To promote the album, Super Junior embarked on their third Asia-wide tour Super Show 3 in 2010 and 2011,[60] and had sold-out concerts for each stop.[61] In February 2011, Super Junior released a 3D movie version of their tour,Super Show 3 3D in all CGV and Primus movie theaters.[62] The movie debuted at number six on the box office charts and went off to become the best-selling 3D movie in Korea.[63] After touring in Japan, they released the Super Junior Japan 'Super Show 3' Opening Commemorative Album in February 2011, which debuted at number two on Japan's Tower Records online sales charts. The DVD version of Super Junior Japan Limited Special Edition – Super Show 3 also debuted at number two, while the CD version debuted at number 10. The album also debuted at number 5 and remained at number three spot on the Oricon Daily Chart for two consecutive days and number six on the Oricon Weekly Chart.[64] Following their commercial success in Japan, the group released a Japanese version of Bonamana's self-titled single in June 2011, which debuted at number two on the Oricon Daily Singles chart, selling over 59,000 copies the first week of release,[65] however, SM did not see the release as their official Japanese debut and has stated that their debut in Japan will occur at a later time.[66] Between Super Show 3 stops, the group took part in the SMTown Live '10 World Tour and toured in Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo and New York City along with other SM Entertainment-managed artists, performing outside of Asia for the first time.[67] Super Junior's performances were well received by the media,[68] and they were honored as Korea's National Pop Culture Icon for their role in spreading the Hallyu Wave (Korean Wave), receiving the Minister of Culture Awards by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at the Pop Culture Art Awards. They were featured on CNN's Talk Asia program, and talked about their popularity and strategy for advancing into the world music industry.[69][70] The group has achieved recognition beyond Asia, reaching notability in Europe, North America, and South America. Peru’s Top 30 ranking of The Sexiest Men in the World included all of the members on the list[71] They gave exclusive interviews to Slovenian and Iranian magazines,[72] and were selected by Brazilian Hallyu fans to be the number-one Korean artist they want to visit Brazil.[73][74] Both Mexico's TV Azteca and the United Kingdom's BBC acknowledged Super Junior to be the leading icon of the Hallyu effect. 2011–2012: Mr. Simple and the world tour, Super Show 4 Edit Super Junior members at LG Optimus Super Junior Fan meeting at Chateau de Chine in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in November 2011. (L-R: Leeteuk, Ryeowook, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Kyuhyun, Sungmin, Yesung, Shindong) Super Junior Mr. Simple debuted at number one on the South Korean Gaon Chart, selling 287,427 copies. The album stayed on the chart as number one for four weeks, and sold over 441,000 copies in South Korea by October 2011.[77] It peaked at number three on the Billboard World Albums Chart and number 17 on Japan's Oricon Album's Chart. The album's title single Mr. Simple won first place on the first day of the group's comeback performance on the music show M!Countdown.[78] In September 2011, Heechul left temporarily for military service. Super Junior began their first world tour, the Super Show 4 in November 2011.[79] The group's second Japanese single, a Japanese version of "Mr. Simple", was released December 7, 2011 in Japan,[80][81] however this was still not recognized by SM as their official Japanese promotional debut.[82] The group, with Super Junior-M members Zhou Mi and Henry, also recorded the song "Santa U Are The One" for the 2011 Winter SMTown – The Warmest Gift album, released on December 13, 2011. In addition, Donghae and Eunhyuk released their collaboration digital single "Oppa, Oppa" on December 16[83] and performed the single on Music Bank that same day.
