One thing i absolutely ADORE about captain swan is how open Emma becomes with Killian. Like you have this pirate that, for so long, only had the Jolly Roger and revenge to expect in his life, and when he meets Emma, is completely inthralled by her and is willing to show her that he will STAY. Not only that, he is determined too. And Emma, once she’s used to him being someone to rely on, comes to really be comfortable with him. And becomes a necessary part of her life. Then we have S5a with them in Camelot and they are just determined to hold onto each other while she’s experiencing the hardest times right now—
Anyway, all that to say that I completely adored them ever since me and my mom stumbled upon this crazy show and I miss them sm!

What is perhaps the saddest part of why Wheatley GLaDOS and Chell all remain alone in the end is that this could've been easily fixed if literally any of them valued friendship and connections more
If Wheatley valued his friendship with Chell more he at least wouldn't have tried to kill her and just let her go, and at most he wouldn't have betrayed her in the first place
If Chell valued Wheatley's openness and genuine want to help she would've catched him and gave him signs that he wanted and he probably wouldn't have betrayed her later
GLaDOS came close, but it was at the very end and way too late for her and Chell to form a healthy bond, or at least it's the very very start of it. As for Wheatley she literally left him in space and while yeah he was a massive jerk but they have a lot in common and could've found a common ground too
It's a story about at least two characters who have a giant need in connection and friendship, but because of their warped priorities and unwillingness to open up they always end up alone

Something about airports that has dads at their most attractive… so now I’m just stuck w/ the imagery of Bakugo in his travel fit w/ your baby daughter strapped to his chest, both of their hair a little mussed, and both with the grumpiest glares and puffy eyes because neither were able to go to sleep at the right bedtime last night.
And she keeps fussing against him, not because she’s hungry or hurt, but because she wants to talk to him; tell him to stop letting you get up every five minutes, that the airport restaurant smells weird (he thinks so too), that she doesn’t like the hideous, matching jackets on the couple next to you… and all he can sit there and do is rub her little back in agreement :(
Oh my god, and Kirishima with a runner little boy… on his feet the entire trip trying to keep your son from dashing off and getting lost in the vast expanse of the airport. To make up for it, he puts him up on his shoulders and stands by the window to help him look at the view… but then he gets his own hair (which is scruffy and down because he’s a mess) pulled because the kid suddenly wants to play ratatouille and make him do all the running.
Definitely the kid who needs to waddle around in the aisle the whole flight, and stand at every row just to say to everyone, too (Kiri’s just behind him, trying not to bump his head, apologetic: “hi, everyone. Sorry, everyone”). It’s okay because they’re both cute, though.
And Deku’s the one who has a 45 minute Q+A session with his son… just about how long your flight is gonna take. Sitting on the ground and sharing every snack you give them like little prisoners. Stop this madness.

I want this to happen!!!
Ok... so...
After being able to think about last chapter again... I still can't process it fully until now or bring myself to read it from the start, i'm still stuck at its ending and can't get past it I got this in mind...
Ahhh... so... I think we're going in a nice direction with these 2...
...... thinking ahead of me, I see at one point in the story... Nene will come to find Tsukasa a great help, a nice friend, someone she can trust, rely on and get along with so well ....... she got to know how truly good and dear to her he is..... ah...... now...... after saying all that...... what I want to happen is........
Um... let's see... I want to get an old moment between the 2 repeated... to put my aching heart that wants to see it happen so bad at ease?
So, uh... after getting to know him well and just... things go nicely between them...
Nene sees (any Tsukasa, I can't choose between the past or present one) by chance somehow or by going to him herself... and just.... Ah...
-imagine he is older-
And sayyyy....
but this time... without being confused on who he is... she just knows... feels happy and relieved to see him... dashes towards him and calls him "Tsukasa-kun!" and then hugs him. ahhh... just like what happened in the moment above, but 100% intentional this time!!! Ahhh! It would make me so happy!!!
It would make him so happy! Like... Nene-chan is so sweet!!! I see he will be confused a bit at first but then... smile? laugh? then hug her back and pat her back and say "there there, Nene-chan" ........ I will cry for real.... if that happened........
I mean!!! Look at him in here!!!
He is happy to see her again and treats her the same way as in here...!
And in here... !
I bet he was a bit hurt this happened... when you got to meet after such a long time...
Ahhh.... I say... we need to fix this... and go back to how it should really be... Nene-chan!!!
...
Like this!
I want this to happen!!!
Please Nene-chan!!! Next time or the one after it or the one after it ... ... ... you will see him... please do it!!! I'm counting on you! Like he does!
Ehhhh...

there's this. tendency on this site, i've noticed. that whenever someone talks about the exorbitant price of medications, or their inability to obtain their insulin, inevitably there's always someone who comes out of the woodwork to comment like, GoodRX links or linking Eli Lilley's assistanceship site, and idk it just seems really condescending and pretty rude.
like unless that person is specifically asking for help, you can assume they know what their options are. that diabetic talking about how they can't afford their insulin and are risking their life rationing has probably googled it before. that disabled person talking about America pricing them out of their life is talking about a huge problem, and aren't just looking for some rando to tell them that actually, they don't HAVE to be suffering, because look, here's a coupon!
i know it might seem crazy, but disabled and chronically ill people aren't stupid! and i know it usually comes from a good place but it is just SO condescending in tone, and often just like, obfuscates the original point. did you know sometimes coupons exist? cool. but price gouging is still a problem, and this is not even a little bit a solution. and every time this happens, that's always the comment that goes around, as if we're all spreading super cool and necessary information that negates the problem in the original post.
insulin in America is price gouged to the point where people die. right now, there is no solution to that. no matter the coupons, no matter the state laws, no matter the copay price caps, the fact of the matter is that insulin is too expensive, and these things are a problem. until there is a federal, all encompassing law to make insulin free (insurance or no insurance) there are people who will be suffering. stop acting like you're doing everyone a favor by reminding those suffering that insulin manufacturers sometimes offer coupons
unless the problem someone is talking about has an actual solution (like new legislation passed in their state), shut the fuck up on these posts
