#anon - ur leaving out the posts she did make things she did do etc#and I mean I think I’ve said this before but I do think part of the movie PR is leaning into some of the drama - not disputing that#and I’ve acknowledged the casting video is yikes but that’s entirely separate from the rumors that were being discussed earlier#i don’t think it’s accurate to say she’s ‘done everything she can to distance herself from’ the movie that’s a huge exaggeration#her comments on the sex in the movie have been taken out of context I urge you to go read her full quote in the context of the article#in short - yes I will continue to pin the most harmful of the rumors on larries insofar as them making it to mainstream press#(when I say larries I’m referring to a specific subset ofc)#when it’s them who Literally Published The Anons we see being quoted as ~legit today#I’m not publishing ur message in full bc I think it misrepresents what I’m trying to say#which is that the most intense and ridiculous of the rumors started w fandom#that’s the crux of it#this is a messy ramble but I’m too lazy and busy to rearrange and make it make more sense#so I hope it’s good for thought🤷♀️
