god can you imagine a Charlie chaperoning prom au.
- over dresses
-gives bella a thumbs up from the side lines during a dance and stage whispers "hey Bells!" to get her attention when she ignores him
- side hugs her when she steps away to get some punch
-*angry glares at edward when he touches bellas waist like "go any further down and ill killyou"
-says "im a cop" to kids he thinks are Up To Something at least once
- Bella eventually loosens up and invites her dad on the dance floor during a not-slow song and he fuckin kills it. Mike and Eric are hyping him up of course
- tries to help Bella in her cast hobble back to the car but she shoos him away and edward helps her into the volvo
-obligatory Serious Glare at Edward part 2 as they are driving away to go to dinner afterwards
