Five Sokovians, members of pro-democratic paramilitary organization identified as The Eagles, were surprised, attempted to rush Green Arrow, and subdued with minimal force. SCOPE: The Eagles present ongoing, organized opposition to both pro-Sojanovic nationalist forces and foreign interventionism. Trafficking of military-grade arms and Ultron parts within and beyond Sokovian borders by multiple parties remains a concern, as does tampering with potentially unstable scrap.
