Grace is never cheap. It is absolutely free to us, but infinitely expensive to God... Anyone who is prone to use grace as a license for irresponsible, sinful behavior, surely does not appreciate the infinite price God paid to give us His grace.

(vaccine anon) yeah, now that I think about that one part, “rude” is not the best way to put it. I’d probably say “hard to control” instead. Like most dark types just being that way naturally (not including the same pyroar, even though her terra type is dark.)
And again, I’m still quite young, so most of this is just innocent care by a child/teen. And believe me, it definitely goes wrong sometimes. Just ask my lycanroc, who due to her non-battling status, has probably seen all of this happen. She quickly bolted out of there when I came home with a shiny foretress one time. Honestly, who can blame her there? I had to keep the guy in his ball to make sure he wouldn’t explode on us.
i'm sorry, but i can't condone this. "innocent care" is not a thing when it comes to rehabilitating what seem like incredibly dangerous pokemon. you either properly care for the pokemon, or you do not. what you're describing from your lycanroc sounds like stress behavior, and given that you are bringing home pokemon that are beyond your skill level, i can't blame her.
please don't take in any more pokemon. between allowing an aggressive pyroar to burn its veterinarian and things like your generalization of dark type pokemon behavior, you are not in a place to do this sort of work right now. i will not continue to argue the point, so i will not be answering any more messages you send on the topic.

I got into a car accident yesterday and my very fucked up car is currently parked in front of my apartment and when I was coming home from work today (in my rental car) a kid that lives in my apartment complex who I've never met stopped me and asked what happened to my car. I told him I didn't look before I turned and got t boned (figured it might at least teach the kid to be responsible when he's old enough to drive you know?) and he told me that his friend got into a car accident last year and went to the hospital. I told him that really sucks and I'm sorry to hear that. And he told me that he's glad I'm okay. And then he ran back to play basketball with his friends.

also i’m so sorry but the people who were shrieking about aemond being “woobified” and “green propaganda” (lol) after the leak are soooooooooo offbase. idk how you watch that and think he’s not being portrayed as 100 percent in the wrong here.

Ngl I hate seeing on Instagram those pages that go into shelters and show the dogs on red, at-risk lists and then demand in the captions for applications, because if they don’t get them the dog will die. Not foster offers, but actual applications to adopt with no background and no explanation offered of the dog’s demeanor or behavior.
I literally saw in the comments someone ask if this large dog would be friendly with a 1-year-old lab. The page’s response? ‘If you care about the dog, you’ll make it work, it’s a matter of the owner’s mindset’.

So I just read the Polygon article about the youtuber who bought unreleased Magic the Gathering cards without his knowledge. Instead of privately contacting the youtuber about the situation, Warriors of the Coast sent a private investigator group to the youtuber's house to retrieve the cards
What pisses me off about this situation is that they sent these "big heavy hitter" guys to his house and scared the shit out of his wife when she opened the door over FUCKING TRADING CARDS
If I was this youtuber, I'd be suing Wizards of the Coast for hiring these stupid private investigators that have a history of extreme violence back in the 19th and 20th centuries and the distress of a woman who had no idea anything was even going on. They basically treated this guy like a fucking terrorist over some stupid fucking cards that weren't even stolen in the fucking first place
Do fucking better, WotC, before you become just as hated as Blizzard bc you thought it'd be a good idea to hire fucking thugs to go after an unsuspecting man and his poor wife over stupid pieces of paper

It bothers me when folks insist that there are literally no good reasons to surrender pets because it destroys their hearts. Like…. My dude…. That evil fuckin cat that slashed my literal eyeball should be surrendered. I found new homes for my three cats because I couldn’t take having multiple panic attacks triggered every single fucking day because they’ve got claws and I’ve got a new dose of fresh PTSD caused by that demon slashing my eye. I still can’t sleep well because of the nightmares about it. The pain and the blood and the temp blindness in that eye and the extreme fear. It’s been months. My life was fucking destroyed and my love of cats ripped from my soul. But I’m the villain? No. Needs drastically change sometimes and it sucks for everyone involved. It wasn’t good for me having cats around. It wasn’t good for my cats to have their only human destabilized and constantly rejecting their affection. They’ve got a new home where all three miraculously got to stay together and are dearly loved again as they deserve to be.

i think ranboo is a victim of having an immense amount of unrecognized privilege in being a white gay who grew up in a very liberal area like southern california where while there’s always still homophobia present, it still tends to be a much more accepting environment EVEN SYSTEMICALLY. so he doesn’t understand how saying things like that and equating queerness with moral good can be harmful because they’ve never had to consider it. I don’t think it’s actively malicious, but I do think it’s ignorance and that yeah at some point they ARE complicit in it since by not saying anything about it he’s somewhat enabling the behaviors. and i also think it breeds things like them being able to say “yeah I’m unlabeled but fine with gay as an umbrella term” and not consider you know. Why exactly that is.
